My vote goes to Bachira.
I'm going to rant about him soon.

ITS a little short but Can you explain abiout 4th squad vice captain isane kotetsu shikai and her released command ?
I'd love to, but sadly there's really nothing to explain.
Tumblr media
Her release call is hashire[奔れ]: "hurry/run/rush" and the name is Itegumo[凍雲]: "freeze/frigid+cloud" which is as far as I'm aware just exactly what it looks like...(although go figure, Viz somehow screwed it up and called it "Frozen Snow" having pulled "snow" just out of their ass entirely... The word for snow is yuki/setsu[雪], which admittedly shares a prominent radical but is not interchangeable with kumo/un[雲])
There appear to be no homonyms or puns at work here, as far as I can tell.... It's not an existing compound word for anything else either, and I'm not really sure what is has to do with Isane's visual design or personality, or even what it has to do with the form it takes... Itegumo didn't even show up in that one zanpakutou filler arc.
I really wonder if there was anything to it or if Kubo just slapped it together for that one singular scene it appeared in and never looked back.
Poor Isane, always getting the short end of the stick... She's one of my favorites too.
Tumblr media
(Tied for super last in the zanpakutou popularity poll along side junk like Don Kanonji's dumb cane, Isshin's dropkick, a perfectly generic asauchi, and Rangiku's boobs....)

Recent TVBS mayoral election polls: headline and other #s
Sources: Summary of six majors; Taipei (Jul. 11-13); New Taipei (Jul. 13-17); Taoyuan (Jul. 6-11); Taichung (Jul. 18-20); Tainan (Jul. 4-6); Kaohsiung (June 29 - July 4); Hsinchu County (Jun. 26-29)
Comments -Framing "coal power or nuclear power?" as a binary question puts the national government in a tough spot. -According to this poll, the KMT went with its less popular option in Hsinchu County. -Lin is the incumbent in the greatest danger, but this Taichung poll was conducted before China's intervention to strip Taichung of the right to host the East Asian Youth Games, which may have rallied support to Lin. -After all that’s happened, Ko Wen-je's net favorability is still positive. Pasuya Yao, meanwhile, is toast. -Cheng Wen-tsan fever continues. -Hou You-yi has broad support and is perceived to be a clean politician. -The KMT is disintegrating in Tainan.

My vote actually goes to everyone—I, literally, cannot imagine all the above characters handling kids/toddlers.
Rin: Nah
Sae: I think he is the kind of person who finds every baby gross unless and until they are blood related to him. Don't come at me, "Oh but he is a big brother!" Didn't we all see how Rin turned out to be???????
Ego: I don't think he'll ever care about anyone who doesn't have anything to do with soccer.
Nagi: Leave him to feed a baby and you'll come back to see the baby feeding him.
Barou: Nah. Just nah. Maid Barou, I know, but just nah.
Zantetsu: Somehow, the toddler will end up selling him somewhere.
Tokimitsu: He'll cry seeing the kid cry and the next thing you know is that the kid is babysitting him instead.
Noa: Too awkward.

I don't know if it's already been done before or not:
Personally, I like BM's the most, especially the full sleeves + gloves. I like their name too—Idk why, I think it's the Bastard in its name that makes it appealing to me, LMAO.
