이달의 소녀 1/3이 미니앨범 [Love&Live]로 여러분 들을 찾아 왔어요. 타이틀 곡 “지금, 좋아해”는 좋아 하는 사람에게 마음을 숨기지 않고 지금! 많이! 좋아 한다고 용기내어 고백하는 내용을 담은 따뜻하고 귀 엽고 사랑스러운 곡이에요.

이번 앨범 자켓 촬영을 위해서 희진, 현진, 하슬, 비 비가 함께 뉴질랜드와 홍콩을 다녀왔는데요! 촬영 내 내 카메라를 들고서 서로의 사진을 찍어주며 추억들 을 많이 남겼답니다. 그 중 이달의 소녀들의 추억 중 알짜만 여러분들에게 살짝 공개할께요!

���꿍! 날씨가 맑아서 기분이 너무너무 좋은 ViVi에요.

A. 이달의 소녀는 ‘우리는 매달 새로운 소녀를 만난 다'라는 컨셉을 가지고 매달 새로운 멤버와 싱글 앨범 을 발표하며 다양한 색깔과 캐릭터를 가지고 활동 하 는 것을 목표로 하는 걸그룹이에요.

첫 번째 멤버 희진 공개 이후, 현진, 하슬, 여진, ViVi 까지 공개 되었고 그 중 희진, 현진, 하슬, ViVi가 이달 의 소녀라는 큰 세계관에서 ‘이달의 소녀 1/3'이라는 이벤트로 먼저 여러분들을 찾아뵙게 되었어요.

Q. 다른 걸그룹들과 차별점이 있다면요?

A. 이달의 소녀는 퍼즐을 맞춰 나가는 즐거움, 블록을 쌓아 나가는 듯한 즐거움을 팬들과 나누며 성장하는 그룹이에요. 멤버가 공개 되고 앨범이 발표될 때 마다 팬들과 함께 소통하며 하나 하나 큰 그림을 완성해 나 가는 점이 다른 걸그룹과의 차별점 같아요.

Q. 미니앨범 [Love&Live] 앨범 소개!

A. [Love&Live]는 타이틀 곡 ‘지금, 좋아해'를 포함 하여 총 5곡이 수록 되어 있어요. 첫 번째 트랙 'Into the New Heart'는 이달의 소녀 1/3의 시작을 알리 는 신호탄 같은 곡이에요. TRAX의 정모 선배님께서 멋진 기타연주를 선물 해 주셔서 완성도를 높여주셨 어요.두 번째 트랙은 모노트리 황현 작곡가님께서 주 신 타이틀 곡 '지금, 좋아해'로 좋아하는 마음을 숨김 없이 표현하는 사랑스러운 곡이에요. “지금, 보고싶 어”라는 가사에 팬 여러분들을 너무너무 보고 싶어 하 는 저희의 마음을 은근슬쩍 표현 했어요. 너무 보고싶 었어요.

세번째 트랙 ‘You and Me Together' 청량하고 상 쾌하는 느낌으로 들을수록 기분이 좋아지는 곡이랍니 다. 그리고 네 번째 트랙 'Fairy Tale'은 동화만큼이 나 아름답고 꿈을 꾸는 듯한 멜로디가 귀에 스며드는 곡 이에요.

마지막 트랙은 발렌타인데이에 선공개 했던 '3월을 기다려' 입니다! 팬 분들이 타이틀 곡으로 착각 하셨 을 만큼 너무너무 좋은 곡인데요, 초콜렛으로 마음을 고백하고 화이트데이에 답을 기다리는 수줍은 소녀의 마음을 담았어요. “3월을 기다려” 선공개로 팬분들에 게 다가가고 3월이 된 지금! '지금, 좋아해'라는 팬분 들의 답을 기다리는 이달의 소녀 1/3의 마음과 같은 곡이죠.

Q. 프랑스, 아이슬란드, 영국, 일본, 대만에 이어 뉴질 랜드와 홍콩까지 올로케 촬영을 다니면서 있었던 에 피소드

A. 각 나라마다 재미있는 에피소드가 너무 많아요. 그 중에서도 가장 최근이었던 홍콩에서의 일이 기억에 남아요. 이달의 소녀 1/3 멤버들이 다 같이 뮤직비디 오 촬영을 진행 중이었어요. 마침 그 장소가 홍콩의 남고 옆이었고, 저희의 안무, 손짓 하나하나 마다 반 응을 해 주는 학생들 덕분에 팬미팅을 하는 기분으로 촬영을 했어요. 긴 일정에 지쳐갈 때 쯤 저희를 보고 응원 해 주는 목소리들이 너무 큰 힘이 되어 즐겁게 촬영을 할 수 있었어요. 이 외에도 정말 재미있는 에 피소드들이 너무 많은데요, 더 많은 이야기들은 ‘이달 의 소녀 탐구'를 통해 확인 하실 수 있어요!

Q. 이달의 소녀 1/3을 기다려 준 팬들에게

초딩 - a slang word kinda, meaning "an elementary school kid", (used a lot jokingly, to call someone or their preferences childish, meaning is light-hearted and not offensive)

비글 - someone, who has a personality, similar to a beagle! this person is playful and kind (inspired by this word I'm actually working on a whole post about different dog breed personality types, find it here)

도저히 - possibly, completely (used a lot just for enhancing the existing meaning)

진도 - progress (usually used in phrases where the word progress is implied and not translated directly, like "it's not going well", "it's coming along nicely"),

판씩 - 판 seems to be a counter word like 개, 마리, 명 etc, meaning "round"/"edition"; the grammar 씩 means "each"

오로지 - only, nothing but (seems to be similar in use to 일뿐)

벼락치기 - hasty preparation, (used a lot with studying & exams , has a slightly different translation of cramming)

흔한 - commonplace, familiar

인증 - verification, conformation

당췌 - (my best guess is that it's a form of 도대체, "exactly/really" with sub-meaning "even", eg "도대체 뭐 하는거야?", "what exactly are you doing?")

물러가다 - leave (but fancy), retire from (in terms of leaving a place)

어그로 - "agro" or agression, (also seems to be used as a slang for interntet trolls? yk cause of "orge")

반발하다 - oppose, resist

악당 - villain

정모 - a regular get-together (not used that often it seems)

소외감 - feeling of alienation, being left out

진행하다 - to lead (especially a tv show, like a host does) (also to progress, to head to)

려고 들다 (하려들어) - an upgraded version of a grammar 려고 하다, where the user is even more determined to do something, watch the explanation here (in part 려고 the syllable 고 sometimes can be omitted)

협상능력 - negotiation ability

봉쇄 - blockade

당하다 - grammar that means, that someone suffered because of someone else, eg "이혼했다" - "I divorced" VS "이혼 당했다" - "I suffered a divorce" (meaning that the speaker didn't want this to happen)

본사 - headquarters

나서다 - interfere, set out, go with a purpose

힘 합치다 - cooperate, work together (literally "to put strength together")

굉장히 - very, extremely

전용 - exclusive, privat, only (used a lot in phrases like "resident-only area" etc)

혜택 - benefit

제외 - exemption (제외하다 - to be exempt)
