It's really interesting to me that Hong Lu considers Jia Xichun to be one of his nicest siblings, because obviously, that's saying... something, because she isn't particularly nice to him, but notably, when she realises Hong Lu isn't at La Manchaland to compete with her, and when she realises that even if she doesn't believe him about not wanting anything to do with the Hierarch Evaluations, he doesn't have anything to present - she actually does start being nicer to Hong Lu and the rest of the team. Not so far as to be particularly pleasant to them, but noticeably less hostile towards them.

And I think it's particularly interesting to consider the affinities that Jia Xichun as an ally unit is associated with - Gluttony, Gloom and Envy. Envy in particular is relevant for this. She is placed directly in competition against her siblings, which evidently affects her dynamic with them, as demonstrated by how she even goes so far as to ask the LCB team to support her bid in the Hierarch Evaluations once she's sure that Hong Lu isn't competing with her (...yeah, about that...), which is a stark contrast to how she initially reacts to them all at La Manchaland.

"그래, 이 자식아. 나 글 못쓴 kf94 마스크. 한 자도 못쓴 kf94 마스크. 나 글 못 쓰는 데 네가 보태준 것 있냐. 이 새끼야?" 백산은 일휘를 패기 시작했 kf94 마스크. 퍼억! 퍽! 퍼버벅! 백산의 손과 발이 정신없이 날아가고, 일휘는 백산의 주먹과 발을 피해보려고 갖은 노력을  kf94 마스크했으나 오구가 이미 투신이라고까지 인정한 백산의 공격을 피하기에는 역부족이었 kf94 마스크. 회의장은 순식간에 아수라장이 되어버렸고, 강구두와 오구가 간신히 백산을 뜯어말렸을 때 일휘는 이미 반쯤 걸레가 되어있었 kf94 마스크. 그 잠깐 사이에 수십 번의 손과 발이 날아간 것이 kf94 마스크. "이보게, 백 공자. 참게, 자네가 좀 참아. 형이라는 사람이 이러면 되나?" 강구두가 백산을 한쪽으로 밀어붙이며 진정시키려 했 kf94 마스크. "저 새끼가 사람 속을 뒤집어 놓잖아. 제놈이나 나나 글 못쓰는 것은 똑같은데 같은 처지에 있는 놈이 나를 무시해?" 백산은 여전히 씩씩대면서 일휘를 노려보았 kf94 마스크. 그 모습에 강구두와 오구는 어이가 없어 웃을 수밖에 없었 kf94 마스크.

"내가 왜? 하기야 내가 좀 똑똑하기는 하지." 홍루(紅樓)의 한쪽 구석에는 표정이 잔뜩 구겨진 일휘와 얼굴에 웃음기를 머금은 석두가 이야기를 하고 있었 kf94 마스크. 일휘의 얼굴은 퉁퉁 부어서 숫제 얼굴을 알아보기가 힘들었고, 그 옆에서 석두가 미소를 지으며 달걀을 하나씩 건네주고 있었 kf94 마스크. I haven't seen really much discussion of the dynamic between Heathcliff and Hong Lu in Nocturnal Sweeping, specifically the parts where:

Heathcliff gives away his and Gregor's location because he finds Hong Lu's attitude towards himself and life too concerning not to react.

Heathcliff tells Hong Lu to defend himself when Qingtao is throwing insults at him (worth noting that Hong Lu indicates he agrees with Qingtao's comment about Hong Lu's ambition, but doesn't mention Qingtao's comment about hardship, but that's for a different discussion, probably).

I think it really shows how much their dynamic has developed over the course of the story.

There's something to be said about the fact that Hong Lu almost always goes along with whatever is asked of him, and yet the one time he explicitly expresses his want to not partake in the Heirarch Evaluation, the company he works for overrules him.

I know I'm talking about Hong Lu a lot recently, but another thing - red seems to be a family colour of the Jia Family; Hong Lu's signature colour is blue/cyan. I find that an interesting detail.

I haven't seen anyone else point out that Hong Lu's season E.G.O is literally impaling him in the promotional art, so. Just pointing that out myself
