So

I was saying the worst head empty moment I've had*

*That I can remember

Was this one time during an exam when I wrote my dad's name on my exam because I forgot mine. I didn't even realize, I was like hmmmm name. What names do I know? Automatically wrote my dad's name.

So a couple weeks go by and I still didn't realize that was a mess up because I was just going over the answers in my head like yeah I got that one. Got that one. Ooooof I only did that one partially correct. So if the professor gives half credit for half correct work and then a baseline 5% for an attempt --

All that good stuff right

Exams get graded and I get a 0. I was like WHAT? NO!! I can argue my points back right now! Tf they think I did? Cheat? I can resolve the the paper right now! I'm gonna fight!

And the professor goes "oh is this yours?" That's when I noticed that wasn't even my name and I was like "oh yeah thats mine that's my dad's name"

And this guy goes. This guy deadass asks me "how do I know your dad didn't take your exam"

BROTHER!!!! YOU WERE THERE!!! DID YOU SEE A 50 YEAR OLD MAN???

And I was ready for some knowledge test or retaking the test or getting grilled or whatever. This mf who is the professor who was there!!! He asked me HOW DOES HE KNOW MY DAD DIDNT TAKE THE EXAM????

Its so over. So I was like, bro I can call my dad right now. And also my dad doesn't even know my field of study. But whatever I'll call him. And so I called my dad on video call and the professor goes "yeah I don't recall seeing him there but he could've been sitting in the back" IS THIS GUY FR? bro is CRAZY!!

so I was like damn this guy is a brick. OK then, what if I brought back eye witnesses? People who were sitting next to me? And do you know what he said to that

He said I could've bribed other students to pretend I was there.

And I was like ooooooh shit this guy is an absolute brick and if he's not convinced, he's gonna report me for academic dishonesty.

No ok. See. For some reason at this point, both me and the professor forgot that he had 6 TAs there acting as proctors for all sections of the rook. I didn't notice them so I forgot they existed.

I deadass have no idea why the professor didn't know this. Maybe he was testing me? But bruh! I was taking the test! Why should I notice anything?

So I'm in my TA section and I'm like brooooo the professor is gonna beat my ass I'm gonna fail and then die. And the TA was like if it's academic dishonesty just confess. And I was like noooooo the professor doesn't even believe I was there. I couldn't say the full reason because I think it's hard to believe that a person can be this

And she was like oh is that it? I saw you.

And then I'm sure I said something stupid in response to learning this and then they started checking student IDs for future exams and everything got resolved.

And I started writing my name as the last thing on my exams so I can use my entire brainpower to remember.

re: tsumugi being a terrible mastermind: i’ve seen the theory that the person they were supposed to bring back in the chapter 3 trial was kaede, bc irl kaede actually had a twin (implied by the final chapter tsumugi trying to push the idea that kaede had a twin who was the mastermind) and they could rewrite her memory to be kaede, but angie took it over and wanted to revive rantaro instead, which they wouldn’t actually be able to do, and the flashback light that angie destroyed would’ve actually made them want to bring kaede back but angie, y’know, destroyed it, so tsumugi just got lucky kiyo killed before they could’ve tried to revive rantaro

chapter 2 also has the mistake of the motive videos being switched up! really v3 was a horrible mess the whole time and ‘mugi got lucky it lasted that long 😂😂😂

i had to think for a bit bc im stupidly easy to please but i guess id have to say.. hanyo no yashahime?? i went into it optimistic, but i just dont think it lives up to the original (although the first opening song is pretty good)

#its supposed to be a sequel/spinoff to inuyasha and it came out around the same time i was watching inuyasha #i stopped watching it cause there was way too much stuff bouncing around and i guess it didnt sit well with me #especially the fact that the protag is the daughter of sesshomaru and rin. who is basically his kid... cmon man.....#and she was like FOURTEEN when she had the twins. AND sesshomaru didnt stick around and just fucked off forever???#the same sesshomaru who went to hell and back for rin?? who learns to be kind bc of rin??? nah #and they couldnt think of anything else and just made sesshomaru pull a 180 and trap inuyasha and kagome in the black pearl #its.. very confusing... i ended up dropping it at some point so for all i know those plot gaps could have been filled by now #but still... idk. i guess im reluctant to say anything else if someone IS enjoying it in which case you do you #but it just wasnt for me #this question was kinda hard to answer bc i dont really dwell on things i end up disliking. i just walk away lol #i also dont really watch that much anime to begin with so i dont have a lot of material to work with #yapping #ask

"what would your character be like without their trauma?" is such a hard question for me because it makes me feel like a massive asshole LMAO

(im attaching a picture of a tundra literally to add context to my ramble in the tags because my posts are structured by a sane person) (you should read the ramble in the tags i talk so much about rivers fsr)

#like. rivers would probably just purpose funky things for the hell of it and study lizards and stuff #i think environmentalism would matter to him since he was created long before the great equalizer when there was like. actually a view #have you guys ever looked at a tundra for real theyre so pretty. i think the colours would be funkier though #purples and blues along with the reds and oranges i think but id have to draw it tio be sure its not ugly #anyways. rivers would probably be interested in nature conservation especially since the ancients destroyed the world-#but the iterators construction obviously had a massive part in that so hed feel ownership #him and glass wouldve got along VERY well in this circumstance since that matters a lot to her (specifically animal conservation though)#but at the same time glass doesnt exist without rivers trauma right. she cant exist if flowers isnt in his life because he Literally built #her (glass) just to be mean to rivers #doomed for real #i....... want them to be friends in the walky au. my massive block is trying to think of some reason nights Needs to leave his can because #he wouldnt if not required. and glass just wouldnt leave him. in no circumstance would they willingly separate from eachothers company #theyd ALSO need to be really fast because the only opportunity nights would get to get out is when odyssey goes to him to help her build #the weapon she needs to kill dune.
