IT’S FOLLOW FOREVER TIME

Well... it finally happened. I actually hit 100k followers. The cynical side of me presumes that at least two thirds of the people following me are bots but let’s just pretend that at least 100,000 of you think my blog is actually worth following shall we? Seriously though, I didn’t think I would ever reach 5k followers on this hellsite let alone this number. Sportafake is undeniably one of the most critically acclaimed and recognized episodes of the series. But.. is it really all that Spectacular?

The episode begins with Sportacus flipping around in his airship, fiddling with some of his things, ready to visit the town. He then flips into his pod and then flies straight into town.

Anyways, Milford has agreed to help fix some "odds and ends" around Bessie's house because he just can't say no to her. (S I M P. A L E R T ! ! ! ! ) Milford is however, not experienced in this type of stuff (he can't use a hammer properly..). Bessie replies by saying it's only a couple of things and then gives him a comically large list of things to do, assuming Milford can handle it. I don't think Bessie has ever MET Milford before.

Anyways, Robbie is in his lair sulking about how nobody listens to him. He then starts a heartfelt speech about the topic, and once he's finished he plays a stock applause sound on his speakers (he turns the volume up twice). Man, he needs some friends, but he's so vicious and funny.

So, that aside, the kids have once again completely forgotten what Sportacus has been teaching them FOR SEVEN EPISODES, and they are relaxing in the hot sun. You think it's hot in Iceland? Try experiencing a heatwave in Australia for a week.

Stephanie throws what seems like a very very very very mini hula hoop and asks the kids to play catch. They decline because they are too sweaty and Trixie asks Stephanie to go with the flow. She then attempts to sound like she's at the beach by saying stuff no normal human would say unironically.

So, anyways, Sportacus has come to end this awkwardness (or add some more it seems) by asking the kids what they're up to. Since they seem to be enjoying sitting down and doing nothing, Sportacus does a frontflip and lands in the chair next to Pixel.

However, it seems to just be a prank, and Sportacus says that they can play catch. (Why does nobody wanna be active until Sportacus says so?) Except for Pixel. But it turns out it is just another prank. This scene was cut out from the Discovery Kids and Super Sports Show DVD versions for uh.. y'know, racism?

So, anyways, they all enjoy themselves playing catch while Robbie is spying on them. Robbie assumes that they listen to Sportacus because of his mustache. He has the amazing idea to disguise himself as Sportacus (for some reason the number on the back of Robbie's shirt has a 9 and not a 10.. maybe Robbie was Number 9 and that would explain why he never liked Sportacus).

However, he when he tries to exercise and stuff, he fails miserably. So maybe call him Weakacus. Anyways, back at Bessie's house, Stingy is looking around and claiming random stuff (for example, a FENCE). Once he sees a ladder he says it belongs to his father (now that's just greedy) and takes it. At the same time, Milford is trimming leaves off a tree when a big bee gets in his way and he decides to get off.

Meanwhile, the kids are still playing catch with Sportacus when his crystal beeps, and he promises he won't take long. He climbs up in his airship and as soon as he flies away, coincidentally in comes Robbie. Is it just me, or does Stefan look hilarious with a mustache?

Anyways, Robbie climbs over the wall in his Sportacus costume with a gruff voice. It turns out he swallowed a hairball (one that looks like a ball of fluff from his chair). He coughs it out and throws it and it somehow breaks a glass window. The logic in this show is sometimes just.. non-existent. Also, look at JRM's face in this screenshot!

Anyways, Robbie "plays" catch with the kids, and manages to get all the hoops on his arms before he yells at them to stop playing. Meanwhile, the real Sportacus is out to save Milford, and he catches him once he falls off.

Anyways, with the kids, Robbie has just yelled at them to stop playing and he declares that he wants the kids to start listening to him now. Ziggy obeys saying that they do that all the time.

Anyways, Robbie says that he wants all the kids to eat some bubble gum, and he spouts the excuse that it is good for your jaws. I mean, just at this point you could tell it's not him. And that crystal, obviously made of plastic! Anyways, Pixel says he is joking but Robbie says 'BINGO BONGO YOU ARE WRONGO', the famous quote that was stolen from Steven Universe.

Robbie's crystal 'beeps' and he goes to 'save someone', then he falls over the wall. Ziggy asks what he is doing, Robbie says he is taking a nap and Ziggy BELIEVES IT. Little by little every episode I like his character less and less and less. Stephanie feels something is wrong and she writes about it in her diary. She is afraid to say anything in fear that her friends will laugh at her.

Anyways, Sportacus has just finished saving Milford, and he asks Sportacus to help him with some of the work Bessie wants to do. He accepts to do so right after he saves someone.

It turns out to be Pixel and Trixie shaking Ziggy by the legs for some gum, which might be one of the most idiotic things they have ever done. It's already in his mouth, let him eat it. Anyways, Ziggy spits it out on Sportacus' mouth and he vomits the rest.

Maybe it's better not to show a screenshot of the vomit.. anyways, Sportacus recommends that the kids play basketball. Sportacus' crystal beeps and he goes to Bessie's house. The fence wood has fell off, but Sportacus puts it back up in a jiffy. Then he goes to his airship, and they perform 'No one's Lazy in LazyTown' ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE BEST LAZYTOWN SONGS IN THE WORLD. The song ends when Robbie yells at them with a pile of junk food. Burgers, fries, pizza, popcor and chocolate. Stephanie wants to complain about it but Trixie stops her. They want to eat that food (and I don't blame them!).

Meanwhile, Robbie is at Bessie's house and he throws the fence wood away. To Bessie who has her eyes closed, it sounds like Milford is fixing it. Meanwhile, the REAL Sportacus is bringing them some Sportscandy, but they're too full to eat. After all, they ate all of Robbie's junkfood.

Anyways, Robbie is looking at the kids and he is filled with joy. Sportacus is confused. Stephanie goes over to Milford's house to talk to him about the whole situation. Milford's advice is to speak up about the situation, and ironically, Bessie yells his name and he runs right to her.

Anyways, while Milford is running to her, Bessie's drink spills all over her dress. In comes Sportacus, and he says his work is just beginning. Then Robbie says HIS work is done. BAM! They walk into each other. Then they start testing each other to see if they will do the same things.

Anyways, Milford has now arrived at the scene, and even after the real Sportacus does his power jump, they still think that a race is the right way to declare who's who. Sometimes I wonder why I watch this show, but then I realize if the LazyTown kids were smarter that would make for a really boring short episode. While Milford is at the end of the race track, Stingy is carrying a ladder and he says it is his. Milford agrees.

So, anyways, the race starts and Sportacus is bound to be the winner until his crystal beeps. So anyways, Bessie is standing in a wagon while Stingy accidentally hits her with it and the wagon goes rolling. Sportacus loses the race to save Bessie.

So, anyways, everyone believes Robbie is the winner, Sportacus must leave the town and that he is Sportacus until Stephanie speaks up and pulls off his mustache. Sportacus is glad Stephanie spoke up. Bessie is glad Milford helped her with some housework and almost kisses him, then they perform Bing Bang.

Robbie is in his lair on his fluffy chair, sitting down, and sleeping. Thus marks the end of the episode.

THIS EPISODE IS A LITERAL TREASURE TO THIS WORLD.

How old are you? I turned 23 this year. Yep, I´m having an internal crisis

What's your sexuality? I will say bisexual for now. But there´s a VERY high chance I'll change it to 100% lesbian. Like, right know girls are the only thing that interests me.

What I love the most about myself? I´m very kind and loyal. It could be seen as something bad, ik. But I´m trying to not let people use it against me. What are your hobbies? I´m trying to make myself busy with literally anything. I can't stand the thought of not being productive (doesn't stop me from laying in bed, watching youtube for hours!). So basically anything productive. Drawing, some sculpturing (nothing professional, calm down), very rarely write (obviously, I haven´t been updating this blog for like ages!). Recently I've been trying to learn how to play the piano AND electric guitar (ik, you can give me your number after the show).

Do you plan your outfits? Yeah, way more than I think anyone who sees me thinks. Idk how many nights I've spent, planning out in my head the outfit for the next day. Even if you see me wearing sweatpants and an oversized t-shirt you better believe that t-shirt wasn't the first one I tried on. Even if I´m going to the fucking hospital I can´t wear socks that doesn't match with the rest of the outfit...

The meaning behind my username? Tbh, I just started thinking of random stuff, like "sayings" that doesn't sound too...cringe? Then the Patrick meme of him in a knitted sweater with the writing "Mom, can you pick me up? I´m scared" (or something like that) popped into my head. I rephrased it a little before checked if it was taken, and it wasn't.

Any addition? Vanilla Coke or/and Dr Pepper (apart from my huge cocaine addiction), like I´m obsessed. Ik it sounds sooo dramatic, but if I had a no limit access to either of those sodas I'd die of diabetes in a week. What skill would you most like to learn? To be able to comprehend any social situations without wanting to blow my brains out. I´m the worse when it comes to socializing, like overall. Doesn't matter if it's my relatives or complete strangers, I'll dig my nails so hard into palms inside my pockets. People who can start having a random discussion with someone on the streets, or blend in with their partner´s family first time they meet them PURLEY amaze me. I wanna be like them sooo bad.

Favorite ice cream flavor? I will say just plain vanilla, CAUSE if a brand is good the flavoring doesn't need to be so complicated (to slap). The brands who has these crazy flavor combinations are usually doing it to try and conceal their shitty ice cream *cough* Ben & Jerry *cough*. But if I wouldn't choose that I'd probably be something super childish, like "rainbow bubblegum cotton candy confetti".

Joe: What were you wearing the day we did the shoot?

Maria: I was wearing one of my absolute favorite independent designers named Maroskpeech. I was wearing their Décolletage Tank. I’ve never known anyone to create clothing that truly spoke to me such as them. In fact I’d like to work with them in some way someday.

 J: What inspired you to wear that outfit?

M: Truly one of my greatest inspirations yet it's hard to say that exactly because even though they inspire me so greatly, I feel that I’m intrinsic to the nature of their creations. So I feel less “inspired” and more so deeply connected, which is simultaneously inspiring because it is so uncommon for that to happen.

The skirt I was wearing is actually a thrifted piece that I cut up and opened from the waist. I then created a draping effect out of the “discarded” pieces. I love personalizing everything and I love draping/ layering in the stylization of my expressions. Lastly my shoes are the iconic and very unique designer Azalea Wang.

J: What influenced your choices in clothes?

M: What influences my choices in clothes is what speaks to me internally. It is not so literal. It's just a vibe, a feeling, a viewpoint, a je ne sais quoi if you know what I mean. I greatly value individuality and I don’t copy and paste what I wear, I make it my own and I make it for myself. That way I can feel myself in my body and the world around me. My two values when it comes to choosing what I wear revolve around multidimensional principles of design and [their] physical functionality. I’m a dancer and I pretty much dance wherever my body is, so, being able to feel freedom in the clothing my body is encapsulated by is most important to me, alongside the beauty of the individual experimentation that comes with multidimensional clothing design. Multidimensional clothing design basically refers to a top that has the capability to be worn in several different ways or a dress that can also be a top or a skirt and the list goes on…This allows personal choice and a certain level of liveliness [in] everyday wear. Maroskeepch does this so well and it's something I aspire to do in my own designs. I also have a friend(s) who makes their own clothing and values this as well, which is why we work together sometimes with styling, modeling, and/or simply sharing mutual thoughts. -Se que lo primero que me dirás es que yo decidí esto… -¿Esto? -Si, esto… —volvió a  decir Kurt esta vez señalando el sofá, el televisor, las palomitas y todo lo que lo rodeaba. -¡Ah!, hablas de este «San Valentín tranquilo»… -Si… -Efectivamente tu lo decidiste… yo tenía un gran plan, que por supuesto tú y Rachel arruinaron descubriendolo antes de tiempo… -En mi defensa, debo decir que solo fui a ocupar ese «laptop» porque el mio estaba sin baterías y no es mi culpa que tu dejaras abierta ventanas de páginas de hoteles, restaurantes y compañías que se dedican a escribir mensaje en el cielo…—dijo Kurt haciendo una mueca de disconformidad infantil. -Acabo de decir que era un gran plan… -Pues lo era… —repitió Kurt quedándose un segundo con la vista fija en él. Blaine fue esta vez el que gesticulo un   «¿que?», en demanda de una explicación— ¡Blaine!... —exclamó dándole un pequeño empujón. -Kurt, juro que no se que quieres de mi… -Pues lo que acostumbras a darme… no se… pense… —Kurt soltó un suspiro y se cruzó de brazos— pensé que, bueno… organizarias algo de todas maneras…. -¿Cómo?... pero tu dijiste… -¡Se lo que dije!…—interrumpió abriendo ambas  manos en señal de alto— se que   hace menos de 10 segundos que te dije que sabía lo que había dicho y decidí… pero como siempre tu te comportas como el «señor romance» —Blaine no pudo evitar sonreír al escuchar aquello— pensé que bueno, no se… -¿Había preparado algo igual? -Exacto… -Pues no… -¿Qué?... —dijo Kurt como desinflándose. -Eso.. -¿Deverdad? -De verdad… -¿En serio? -Obvio que no… —dijo Blaine levantándose, abrió un cajón de una  de las mesas de arrimo y sacó un pequeño sobre— toma… —dijo entregandolo. -¡Lo sabía! —exclamó dando unos aplausos antes de abrirlo de inmediato. -Es algo simple pero elegante, y nos podemos ir en cuanto llegue Julianna… -¿Con ella hablabas entonces?… -Con ella… llegará en 20 minutos o menos y me costó un par días y un gran cheque para convencerla de quedarse hasta mañana… -Lo imagino, ¿qué hotel es?... —pregunto Kurt mirando los tickets de reserva que incluian la cena, la habitación y una mañana de spa al día siguiente. -El «The Mark»… —contesto Blaine  señalando lel logo con a letra  «M» en color negro enmarcada en dos octogonos del mismo color. -Me encanta ese hotel… -Lo sé… y sé bien que no es un mensaje en el cielo… pero creo que te gustara…—dijo sentándose a su lado de nuevo. -¿De verdad ibas a escribirme un mensaje en el cielo?.. —quiso saber Kurt mientras dejaba con cuidado el sobre encima de la mesa de café. -Por supuesto… si tu y Rachel no hubieran arruinando mi sopresa… -¡Oye!… ya di mis explicaciones y pedí las disculpas, además no fue de manera intencional, tú tienes mayor culpa por dejar esas ventanas abiertas en tu computadora… -¿Y la persona que abrió una computadora que no era la suya, no tiene nada de culpa entonces? … -Por supuesto que no… además, era una emergencia… no sabia que que tu «laptop» era privado o algo… —agregó haciendo algunos ademanes que describian a alguien particularmente delicado o remilgado. -No es privado, pero es mío… -Ay, esta bien… lo siento… pero quiero que sepas que todo lo que vi,  me encanto y si quieres hacerlo el año entrante, yo lo acepto feliz…. -¿Incluido el mensaje en el cielo? -¡Obvio!, esa era la mejor parte Blaine Anderson-Hummel… ahora cuéntame … ¿qué ibas a poner?... —preguntó acercándose a él en el sofa. -Algo simple, pero verdadero… «Te  amo Kurt» —Kurt sintió que moría de amor y ternura en ese mismo instante— escrito a gran altura para que lo viera todo Manhattan, Queens y parte de Staten Island… y Rachel por supuesto… -Claro… —dijo sonriendo y acomodándose sobre él— igual creo que le habría dado algo al verlo hecho realidad, cuando  lo leyó conmigo quedo con más rabia aun… -¿Rabia? -Si… ¿no te conte?... estaba super molesta porque no tendría cita para hoy, juro que hasta le tiro unas maldiciones a Finn… —contó Kurt haciendo el gesto de maldición hacia el cielo cuando mencionaba lo de los reparos de su amiga para con su hermano fallecido. -Ahora siento pena por ella… -Y yo… pero no nos apenemos,  ya encontrara a alguien que la ame incondicionalmente… -¿Incondicionalmente? —repitió Blaine  como si escuchara lo increíble. -Si… ¿qué?... —dijo Kurt incorporándose para mirar a su esposo a la cara— ¿tienes algún problema con eso? -No, no un problema pero si… - ¿Tú no me amas incondicionalmente acaso? -Te amo… pero creo que eso de «incondicional» no debería de existir…—respondió Blaine haciendo con sus dedos el gesto de comillas y todo. -¿QUE?!  —exclamó Kurt sobrereaccionando. -Kurt… -No, no, no… nada de Kurt… ¿qué estás queriendo decir?, ¿que tu amor tiene una fecha de expiración  o algo? -No,  he querido decir eso, de hecho, no fue eso lo que dije, para nada… veras… ¡Kurt!… —exclamó Blaine al ver que su esposo se levantaba y comenzaba  a pasearse por la sala como si quisiera hacer de aquella escena la más dramática del mundo. -No puedo creer que escogieras justo este día para decirme algo así… —comenzó a murmurar junto con otras palabrotas que Blaine optó por pasar por alto. - Kurt… —repitió levantándose del sofá, camino el par de pasos que lo separaban de él y se ubicó delante, Kurt se cruzó de brazos y miró hacia otro lado— Kurt… —insistió buscando su mirada—oye… —dijo  Blaine abrazandolo, su esposo seguía resistiéndose— ¿puedes escuchar mi explicación? -No creo que esto tenga explicación, pero bueno… —respondió haciendo un gesto de fastidio. -Ok, me quedo con el “bueno” y olvidaré ese gesto que sé y no lo haces a menudo porque se te arruga aquí, y aquí… —dijo señalando la comisura  de los labios  y el entrecejo, Kurt seguía más que serio— ok… Señor Hummel-Anderson escúcheme… pero  escúcheme bien, sin hacer más gestos, ni levantar esa ceja  que estoy viendo y se ha empezado a arquear…—agregó ciñéndolo un poco más a él— cada neurona de mi cabeza y cada célula y fibra de mi cuerpo te ama desde el día que te escuche cantar “Black bird” y se que eso no cambiará ni mañana, ni pasado, ni dentro de 50 años… ¿continuo?, ¿o ya te convencí?…—pregunto al sentir que su esposo ya casi rendía su cuerpo al de él. -Continua… —contestó Kurt como reaccionando y volviendo a lo de la actitud distante.. -Muy  bien… si me escuchaste decir que no creo en la incondicionalidad, es porque creo que el amor es tan espectacularmente magnífico que debe, DEBE… tener ciertas condiciones para que siga siendo lo mejor que ha descubierto la humanidad después del fuego.. -¿Y qué condiciones son esas? -Respeto, reciprocidad, equidad, no violentar… fidelidad… -Te odio Blaine Anderson-Hummel… —dijo Kurt abrazándolo ya totalmente rendido. -¿Por qué?... —preguntó su esposo abrazandolo de vuelta. -Porque si…—respondió recostandose en su hombro— porque tienes razón… y odio cuando tienes razón porque te sientes invencible y no deberías, porque al ser inmensamente guapo e inteligente… ya lo eres… y vi eso… —agregó al presentir la mueca engreída en la cara de su esposo. -Te amo Kurt Hummel-Anderson… —dijo Blaine dándole un par de besos en el cuello, Kurt se dejó mimar un par de segundos antes de apartarse un poco para mirarlo a la cara. -¿Condicionalmente?... —pregunto sonriendo -Condicionalmente… —terminó por decir Blaine,  también sonriendo pero mas maravillosamente como era costumbre.
