Currently wishing I could read two books simultaneously.
#i bought some new books yesterday and i'm really excited about two of them#i'm not sure which one i should read first#(she says while ignoring that her copy of dune is coming in tomorrow and she has several books that she's opened and the read partially#and then put aside)#(you know the thing about adhders with opened tabs?)#(i also have that with books)#(and it's not that the books are uninteresting)#(it's just that i think i'm what the kids call a “mood reader”)#(that or i'm just very capricious)#(and my desire to read something will make me forget about the other book i was reading)#(over and over and over again)#(it wasn't always like this)#(but now i have access to so many books i think it's unavoidable)#personal
