I'm honestly sick of talking about Britta Curl so I'll say my piece and then shut up.

Yes, there are undoubtedly other conservatives in hockey. But most of them shut up online. If you're a public figure making public statements (as she did about trans athletes), then you open yourself up to criticism. It's also disingenuous to suggest this is the fault of her upbringing. I'm a white Catholic hockey player, but I'm also a queer, trans-positive, pro-Palestine anarchist.

Moreover, I don't see the fit for her on Minnesota. She's not good enough to play top-six (who's she going to displace? Taylor? Kelly? Kendall? Grace?) and she's not physical or conditioned enough to be a bottom-six grinder. She was a non-factor on the international stage save for getting a stick to the face and taking dumb penalties.

Also, yes, I do give this same energy to shitty men in sports. I canceled my partial season ticket packages for the Flyers when they traded for DeAngelo. I donated $79 to WOAR when Carter Hart was arrested for sex assault. It's not that bigots don't have a place in hockey. It's that they shouldn't.

ok I am gonna start rattling off statement ideas I had written down bc I need to get them out of me

- A Stranger statement, lady gets plastic surgery only to be given a completely different face entirely. Her own friends even start calling her a different name and saying she lived a completely different life

- Can be seen as either Spiral or Stranger, person was a cake artist that was gifted a strange set of edible paint and brushes. Slowly, everything around them becomes cake and they become more and more paranoid until they kill their boyfriend. Idk it was more of a joke idea

- Corruption statement, lady is pregnant with some type of insect thing and shows obsession for it, even when it stays in her body much longer than it should. Follow-up documents reveal it was a twelve-foot tall centipede.

- End statement, guy owns a bunch of clocks with the name of his friends written on them. The clocks are broken until the year they are going to die, when they start ticking. When they chime, the person dies.

- End(?) statement, more typically spooky one of a body still being alive during an autopsy and it tormenting the coroner afterwards.

- An End artifact, a birthday card that has the exact amount of time someone has left to live written on the inside and constantly shows up in the person’s life to keep reminding them.

- An Eye statement, person watches a TV channel that has ads that get increasingly more personalised as the night progressed. It progresses more, becoming ads on YouTube videos accusing them of things they’ve done and even shows up in anything they overheard. Any and all conversation they hear seem to be tied to their life in some form.

- if they live together: their doorlock is broken and they have a chain to close it but don't really care about it because they both loose their keys quite often

- barty curses in italian if he's really REALLY mad and evan finds it fucking attractive

- a bit a more niche one: they go out in bars in the slutties outfits ever and both individually flirt with handsome guys and if they like one they introduce him to the other to take that guy home together if hes down.

- barty the type of guy to walk around with a waterbottle filled with straight vodka and take sips from it as if it were water

- evan wears those tees with the black and white pictures of rappers on it (2pac or smth)

- barty once tried to dye his hair blonde but it fried his hair so he had to get a buzzcut

- pandora retwists evs locks

- barty wants people to call him bj because of his initials (bcj) and he doesnt like the 'crouch' cuz it reminds him of his dad. (and also the meaning of bj yk)

- barty calls evan ev, evs, rose or rosie

- if evan had lived today he would have listened to new school rap (like carnival or fe!n)

So, because of your video I've been back at my WIR hyperfixation for about a week now. My little cousin came over today and she wanted to watch a movie so we watched Wreck-it Ralph together! I was baffled to learn she had watched WBTI but never WIR. The only good aspect of WBTI not mentioning Turbo at all was seeing her expression when she connected the dots in that Turbo reveal scene. She had so many questions later and I gladly explained all of them
