#delete later#why do I feel nauseous after eating so often#(the answer is probably stress)#but damn it!!#I didn’t use to have nausea from stress before??#and I don’t have intermediate exams before early April#the lack of productivity is getting to me#*shaking my brain* work you fucker!!#do I really have to buy another bottle of fucking sedatives???#(the power of having pharmacology knowledge yay)#(a little trick: H1-antihistamines (can be found in cough syrup) have anxiolytic properties (sedative) and help with stress-induced nausea)#but yeah. They’re sedatives so they make you sleepy (you can’t drive etc.)#senshi help me senshi…#vent
