Elvira’s Movie Macabre (2011): The Brain That Wouldn’t Die (1962)
Overall thoughts: Silly, schlocky black & white mad scientist monster movie. Wayyyy too much unnecessary dialogue in this one but had its fun moments. Ofc Elvira is always fun!!
Did I enjoy it: Yes
Would I recommend it: With Elvira, yes. Without Elvira, no.
Reminds me of: The Blob (1958), A Bucket of Blood (1959), Re-Animator (1985). I actually have not seen Frankenhooker yet but it seems like this movie has basically the same premise as Frankenhooker (1990)
