Ya'll I love writing Tera's personality out on paper.

With OITTB wrapping up I'm writing into stone certain aspects of characters and she is just fascinating to me as a concept.

She's so, so friendly to everyone for most of her childhood. Even those who are mean to her, her smile reaches the edges of her face; she gets the other kids out of trouble and protects those that are getting bullied.

And then... something happens.

And she gets scared of herself, of what she's capable of, of what's inside her. And she slowly stops talking as much, starts training more seriously, starts getting more and more agitated because she's more isolated and that's not her nature, she wants to have friends and hang out and do normal teenage things but she feels like she can't without something awful happening.

And she thinks being unapproachable is keeping people safe from what's inside. But it's not. It's just bringing her closer to that edge-

And at some point, she stops seeing herself like a person, she see's herself like a gaurd dog for a heard of vulnerable sheep, she admires the sheep, loves them dearly, sometimes longs to be them, but sometimes she's hungry, she's still a carnivore, sometimes her mouth waters while she looks at them and it scares her all over again.

So she's the gaurd dog on the leash, and whoever holds the leash... controls the beast on the end.

What kind of job doesn't pick a candidate for a position for months? My husband is one of 2 candidates for a position in our dream location in central Florida. We have been waiting since freaking November! He called today and still no choice. Come on, man!

today at a work meeting we played a game where we all had to write down on a piece of paper which fruit we perceive ourselves as; the paper goes in a bowl, and then randomly, everyone has to guess which fruit belongs to whom. when you get it right, the person has to explain why.

i wrote down blueberry.

strawberry came up twice, and both times my coworkers thought it was me. i thought it was sweet, and we all found it ironic that it wasn't me since i was wearing my strawberry earrings.

when it was my turn, i explained that i picked blueberry because i associate their small size with being sensitive, which i am, but when you eat them they can often be sour, which i can be, even if it doesn’t seem like it. i also love purple.

after i came home, i asked my mom which fruit she thinks i am, and after a bit of thinking, she said strawberry. she explained that strawberries can be sweet, and even if they’re sour, you can let them soak in sugar for a while and they’ll be delightful, and that they look lovely. she also said, and i'm paraphrasing: "cherries, because they’re naturally glamorous, like you, even when you try to hide it and make yourself look small and shy away from the world...", so that blueberries fit me just right, at the moment, but that i should strive to embody a cherry/strawberry.

i’d like to register this moment in my life, remembering the lovely people i have around me today, and as a reminder to stop putting myself down and doubting myself too often.

We talkin Yandere Dev.

So another set of allegations have been made against the creator of Yandere Simulator, and these ones are evidently concrete enough that even he can't weasel his way into calling them fake or hate. Imo, a long time coming.

Yandere content is a lot like BDSM in the sense that consent should be placed above all else. It contains a lot of dark acts, psychological "issues", and violence that should not be forced upon those who are not keen to read or see it. Minors cannot consent. And yet, a large portion of his fan base are minors.

As a huge enjoyer of yandere content myself, and someone who unfortunarly played this game in midde school, I cannot express enough how glad I am that his project is now on the road to dying, and how much I hope that it remains on that road. Several larger youtubers that played the game regularly like Kubz Scouts (or however they're spelled) have said they're no longer going to play it, and many of the team is leaving, such as the voice actors and volunteers. Good.

I don't have the receipts to share, personally, but there are multiple videos out there for you to see yourselves from creators, some victims and some just compiling the evidence, if you look for "yandere dev controversy" on YouTube.

Take that with his previously incel/misogynistic behavior, his constant sexualization of many of his characters, and his previous fanfics where he writes about forced intimacy. I read a lot of noncon. But I don't then make a game based on high schoolers using PANTY SHOTS as currency. No, they aren't all 18. Because one of the "18" year old characters has a younger sister...who is also 18? Make it make sense.

If you are a minor, or you know minors who enjoy this sandbox of a game, please ensure that you know what kind of manipulator is the one designing it.

Hello! I'm quite taken by your response to my stories, it's very flattering!

I have to ask, what do you like about my stories? Is there a particular character or is it the world they are in?

OH HELLO HI UH HI GREETINGS-

But the stories? I guess I just get pulled into it by how characters act (Specifically Tydfil, Great Northern, Green Arrow, the ones I relate to basically-) and how relatable it can get to how some bits brighten my day ^^

And a bit angst there and then sometimes gets me all thrilled up all yknow energetic in a sense-

I guess it's how at the same time

It can be a fun story with all these fantastic thrilling plots and characters with diverse personalities

While also being a relatable sometimes giving you a moment to reflect on reality and life as well

Yknow like it just switches to that mood switches to this mood in a way where it isn't too quick or too slow in transitioning said mood

But in general, my curiosity and interest keep getting pulled into reading more and more I guess-

ok ive finished puyo chronicle. dont play puyo chronicle. if you want to see puyo chronicle just watch the precise museum video uploads of it and ignore the fact they dont have eyebrows because its in citra. im gonna talk about puyo chronicle now.

absolutely miserable slog of a video game. every single open area is nearly completely empty and full of dead ends. every chest is full of lame rewards that i almost never got use out of and i eventually just stopped opening them so i wouldnt have to fight mimics anymore. you dont want to explore anything because there's hardly any reward for it and your movement speed is so slow there's even less of an incentive to go out of your way to trek to a random corner of the map for 200 coins that you wont use.

the final gauntlet, which is a 15-story tower, comprises of like, three stories where something happens and the rest are completely empty and only occupied by common enemies, which by then you will be tired of fighting and actively be avoiding encountering. the devs made a bunch of maps and said thats enough game design for today<3

and then, at the end of it, you fight a final boss that had literally nothing to do with anything else up until that point. rafisol really had the potential to be an extremely cool antagonist if she had been involved in the plot from the getgo but instead she shows up having not at all been foreshadowed prior, you do the same lame fighting style youve been doing for almost every encounter up until that point, and the only saving grace of it is a really cool battle theme. its pretty bad presentation to just watch this supposedly UBER powerful absorption themed final boss just float there menacingly and occasionally throw a line of nuisance puyo at you. rafisol has a lot of cool animations, i dont know why you'd rob her of the chance to show them off in a dramatic way!!!! aaah!!!! its all really disappointing because she's the only female final boss character besides doppelganger arle and shes stuck attached to this soggy sad nothing burger of a video game. i want my evil women INVOLVED sega

puyo characters have never been the most complicated to figure out but they are NOTICEABLY flatter and more annoying. you can see it the most on sig and ragnus who refuse to talk about literally anything other than "bug!" or "im the hero from videogame world!" respectively. the plot spends all its time being completely aimless other than the vague idea of "if we find these stone pedestals, something will happen questionmark???" up until ally randomly starts getting sick when rafisol starts ready to hatch from her evil egg or whatever. the plot's idea is that satan modified this story because he wanted to go on an adventure with arle. and well chroni writers i have to say you guys arent really doing a good job of conveying that when the only places you see satan are at the very beginning and very end of the game.

hey speaking of characters hanging out with arle. theres. too many. of them. i think they were just trying to make the whole skill battle team thing make sense in universe but i think itd be a lot easier to just focus on like. the A trio and Ally and you only hang out with the other characters in the areas they're actually relevant. and they just go "well arle ill be there to help you if you need me!" but they dont physically come with you and then we just pretend that makes sense.

anyway despite it all i still like ally and i still like rafisol despite both of them having terrible haircuts god bless but i wish they were in a video game that didnt suck absolute egg!!!!!!! like i said earlier rafisol couldve been extremely cool if she was involved early on and wasnt just some unrelated problem girl. ive been playing around with a few re-write(ish??) ideas that ive been sharing with my friends to keep my sanity while trudging through this videogame and i might share some of those some other time.

until then please look at this picture again. my favorite part about this game is when accord holds popoi like this. every time popoi was on screen i briefly forgot how much not fun i was having

Ngl I don’t really care about AM either way but hockeys deserve to earn a lot more than they do in relation to other professional athletes and there’s a whole lot of anti-worker talk that gets bandied about in this sport.
