True!! I strongly support this. Or like it means less than nothing, it's an active insult and will lead to aggression rather than submission. After all, I think if some random tried to console me like a child when I was getting up in arms I'd be pissed off at them but if it was my MOTHER who did it then maybe not. Which is the closest IRL comparison I can think of for it

Man i cant stop thinking about crocbug in the context of crocodile already dated and broken up with both Dragon and Doflamingo X many times Y many years ago and now completely falling in love with Buggy when he learns

1. Buggy has some level of drama/emotional hang ups regarding his family living and dead (like a normal person)

2. Buggy does not like to think or talk about these problems (like a NORMAL person)

3. Buggy doss not expect Crocodile to become full heartedly devoted to these conflicts (LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!!)

If crocodile wasn’t so relieved and impressed he’d find his reaction pathetic but right now he’s just so enamored with his silly little clown he’s about ready scream his love from the rooftops (again, again! He knows he should be above this but he was starting to get worried HE was the weird one for not wanting to immerse himself in a lover’s manifesto for hating their dad)

Buggy has no idea what is going on. Most people would PREFER to talk about Rogers or Shanks.

This option, with the search for a more humane side and the appearance of sincere love, sounds great. I love humorous versions where everything "just happened", but sometimes hearing about stuff like that is just plainly nice
