Sometimes I think about how Leon is always carrying that giant sniper riffle around and how even though he likely weights less than he should he's also a lot stronger than a guy his size should be

Like, Leon is thin (and probably a little malnourished bc he likely only eats enough to function) but he's absolutely jacked from carrying around that thing

Leon is lean and all but a punch from him would probably make you visit god for a few seconds before coming back to Earth because all his strength is concentrated in his arms

one of my fave activities to do at home is picking up my father princess style. flexing my youthful power so he stays humble

need to talk about the show's head writer kit next. he and conrad were pen-pals when conrad moved in with the morrows until ma got worried conrad would spill the beans to this high school av club nerd from nebraska, who would then have the tools to collapse the empire. when conrad got his tv show and they were looking for writers it never occurred to him to not think of hiring someone he thought was really funny and cool when he was 17 and acne-ridden. it made perfect sense to conrad. kit didn't know about his condition until he met him, but when conrad was writing to kit, kit was still dressing like a girl, so it was a fair exchange of shocking information

i did a small home workout, yay! 💪 trying to keep myself moving even tho it's not easy all the time.

i took a whole Easter (4 days) pretty easy - less exercise and stuff so now it's time to get back on track.

i've been doing these workouts and other exercises more during the last month and it has felt good. gotta keep myself healthty!

good news, cheat days actually are absolutely legit and help you in your diet more than harming it!

I went to restaurants TWICE last weekend and the number’s still going down. I think it’s just important to leave it at a cheat meal actually, at least that’s what I’ve been doing and even tho it made me worried each time I let myself have it these last months, it never made me lose my progress...

well he hasn't grown hahaha he's still 1.74m but I am not sure about his weight. I don't think they've updated the website yet but it still says 60kg

Sometimes I see myself in the mirror and think 'it looks like I've lost weight!' but then in the same day I can see myself and think I've gained

random fun fact about vallis that i dont think ive mentioned yet: hes a lot heavier than he looks. eldritch fuckery has made him dense in both the brain and the body

which is actually a sign of something bigger but thats a story for another day (aka when i actually finish his updated TH profile which i havent had the motivation to do for months)
