It is a record likely to stand for all time, and to complete the Three Hundred Club Portfolio, Robert Taylor pays tribute to the Ace of Aces – Erich Hartmann.Posted to JG52 over Russia in August 1942 his new Kommodore, Dieter Hrabak, placed the novice pilot under the guidance of ‘Paule’ Rossman, one of the unit’s most experienced and respected Aces. However during his very first combat Hartmann became so disorientated that he got lost in cloud and ran out of fuel. His undoubted skill as a pilot enabled him to survive the inevitable crash-landing, but a few days later and just minutes after scoring his first-ever victory, he was shot down – again crash-landing. This time he only just escaped from his burning aircraft before it exploded.Any other new pilot might have succumbed but Hartmann was made of sterner stuff and, with Rossman’s help and guidance, it wasn’t long before everyone in JG52 realised that he possessed exceptional skill.By the summer of 1943 ‘the Blond Knight’ and his colleagues were flying up to six missions a day and having now perfected his technique, it was unusual for him to finish a day without a victory. Never claiming to be an expert marksman, his approach, which took nerves of steel and great flying skills, was to get as close to his enemy as possible before opening fire at the last minute. Often flying ‘head on’, the risks of collision and damage were great – of the sixteen times Hartmann was brought down, eight were as a result of flying into the debris of his victim!Hartmann’s 352 victories were achieved with JG52 – all except one. It happened during a brief two week spell at the beginning of February 1945 when the top Ace was placed in temporary command of I./JG53. His new unit were based in Hungary where German Army Group South was in bitter retreat and the fighting was as tough and relentless as ever.Following up on HUNTERS AT DAWN this is the second release in the pair of limited editions and Robert Taylor’s atmospheric painting portrays Erich Hartmann climbing out of his Bf109 G-6 at Weszperem’s snow-covered airfield after returning from another arduous mission leading Stab I./JG53 with whom, on 4 February he downed a Yak-9. It was his 337th victory.

"Admiral William F. Halsey ended his 45-year naval career aboard USS South Dakota (BB-57) in the Los Angeles Harbor. He commanded the Third Fleet during the Pacific War against Japan.

The ceremony consisted of the changing of his four-starred flag to the two-starred flag of his successor, Rear-Admiral Howard F. Kingman. The ship's entire company was present during the brief ceremony.

After the ceremony, Halsey left the battleship on a crash boat and USS South Dakota fired a 17-gun salute."

Future airworthiness directive must land all B-17s in flight conditions

Last Saturday (April 15), the Yankee Air Museum announced that it was landing its vintage World War II Boeing B-17G "Yankee Lady" in anticipation of a FAA Airworthiness Guideline (AD), expected within a few weeks.

Online sources, including a detailed article on Aerovintage.com, anticipate that the directive will likely land all B-17s currently flying due to "winch stringer problems" cited by the Yankee Air Museum.

The Michigan-based museum posted on its Facebook page: “Hello, the Yankee Air Museum decided to proactively cease flight operations of the B-17G Flying Fortress ‘Yankee Lady’. As a result, we expect a mandatory Airworthiness Guideline to be issued by the FAA in the coming weeks on the subject. With great caution, we are temporarily closing our B-17 flight operations and waiting for guidance from the FAA on the necessary inspections and repairs that will be necessary. It is expected that the B-17 will not fly during the 2023 flight season. Note that this only affects the B-17."

The announcement added that those who scheduled "Air Adventure" tours on the "Yankee Lady" will receive refunds and ensured that their B-25, C-47 and Bell UH-1 "Huey" helicopters will continue to fly with passengers. A 25-minute tour of the B-17 costs US$ 525 (US$ 425 for museum members), according to the museum's website.

The "Yankee Lady" is one of the few B-17 currently operating in the US. Others include the Commemorative Air Force's "Sentimental Journey" (N9323Z) and the Erickson Aircraft Collection's "Olde Pub" (N3701G). In the United Kingdom there is B-17 "Sally B". According to Wikipedia and other sources, there are currently nine airworthy B-17s worldwide, of the 12,731 manufactured by Boeing, Douglas and Lockheed between 1936 and the end of World War II in 1945.

The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA)'s B-17 "Aluminum Overcast" has remained grounded since April 2021 due to problems with its wing stringers, and the next directive is believed to result, at least in part, from what was discovered in efforts to solve these problems.

Bằng khoán là gì? Thủ tục làm bằng khoán đất

Bằng khoán là gì

Bằng khoán hay còn được gọi là bằng khoán điền thổ, là một loại giấy tờ chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất thổ cư của người dân. Bằng khoán được cấp bởi các cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo quy định của pháp luật.

Bằng khoán có nguồn gốc từ thời kỳ Pháp thuộc, loại giấy này được lập ra nhằm ghi nhận quyền sử dụng đất của những người sở hữu trước 30/04/1945. Theo Điều 15 Thông tư 02/2015/TT-BTNMT bằng khoán được xem như một loại bằng khoán điền thổ. Đây là giấy tờ vô cùng quan trọng để cơ quan chức năng có thể cấp sổ đỏ và sổ hồng cho người dân.

Đặc điểm của bằng khoán là gì?

Bằng khoán đất đã trải qua nhiều lần tinh chỉnh theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên hiện tại, các loại bằng khoán còn lại có những đặc điểm sau:

Về mặt pháp lý:

Bằng khoán đất được cấp bởi Sở Địa chính thời Pháp thuộc và được cấp cho các chủ sở hữu từ ngày 30/04/1945 trở về trước.

Đây là căn cứ để xác định quyền sử dụng đất thổ cư được pháp luật bảo vệ.

Về mặt nội dung:

Chứa thông tin bao gồm: tên chủ sở hữu, diện tích, vị trí, nguồn gốc đất đai, ranh giới, …

Tùy theo thời điểm cấp mà bằng khoán đất sẽ được ghi chép bằng tiếng Việt hoặc tiếng Pháp.

Bằng khoán đất có hình thức mẫu mã khác nhau tùy theo từng thời kỳ lịch sử.

Về mặt hình thức:

Bằng khoán đất thường được làm bằng giấy bồi dày, có kích thước khoảng 25cm x 20cm.

Bằng khoán đất có đóng dấu giáp lai của cơ quan cấp để đảm bảo tính xác thực.

Ai có thể xin cấp bằng khoán đất?

Nhiều người thường nhầm lẫn bằng khoán đất với sổ đỏ. Tuy nhiên, bằng khoán đất thật ra không thể thay thế sổ đỏ. Bằng khoán đất chỉ được sử dụng trong một số trường hợp nhất định. Những người có thể xin cấp bằng khoán đất được quy định theo Điều 100 Luật Đất đai 2013 bao gồm:

Người có giấy tờ chứng minh quyền sử dụng đất trước 15/10/1993 cấp bởi cơ quan thẩm quyền.

Những người sở hữu giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất tạm thời hoặc có tên trong sổ địa chính trước 15/10/1993. (Bao gồm cả những người có giấy tờ về việc tăng quyền sử dụng đất, thừa kế đất. Những người có giấy tờ chuyển nhượng quyền sử dụng đất, mua bán tài sản gắn liền với đất.)

Chủ sở hữu nhà ở thuộc sở hữu nhà nước, nhà ở gắn liền với thửa đất có giấy tờ mua bán, thanh lý, hóa giá.

Người có giấy tờ về quyền sử dụng đất được cấp bởi cơ quan có thẩm quyền thuộc chế độ xã hội xưa theo quy định đương thời.

Nếu muốn yêu cầu cấp bằng khoán thì giấy tờ chứng thực phải là bản gốc. Điều này giúp đảm bảo tính minh bạch và xác thực để cấp bằng khoán.

Thủ tục làm bằng khoán là gì?

Chuẩn bị hồ sơ: Viết đơn xin cấp giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu nhà hoặc tài sản gắn liền với đất.

Tùy theo yêu cầu, có thể cần thêm các giấy tờ khác như: ● Giấy tờ chứng minh quyền sử dụng đất còn hiệu lực pháp luật. ● Bản photo công chứng CMND/CCCD và hộ khẩu. ● Trích lục bản đồ địa hình thửa đất.

Nộp hồ sơ: Nộp hồ sơ tại Văn phòng Đăng ký đất đai cấp huyện/quận/thị xã theo thẩm quyền. Hồ sơ nộp gồm 2 bộ, 1 bộ gốc và 1 bộ photo.

Thời gian giải quyết: Trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày nhận hồ sơ đầy đủ, hợp lệ.

Kết quả: Nếu hồ sơ hợp lệ, người sử dụng đất sẽ được cấp giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu nhà hoặc tài sản gắn liền với đất theo đúng quy định.
