*checks calendar* so I'm back after a little over a week. I honestly did not think it'd take me this long.

But voilà, I'm done! (With part 1 of maybe 3?) I did get very busy with school and whatnot, so I put off drawing for basically the whole week until I think Thursday(?).

I greatly appreciate all the compliments I got on this post, which was the start of all this! :) Thank you so much! I probably wouldn't have finished this part without them.

Some backstory because I think it's necessary: I got inspired by Love and Thorns on ao3 to create this little comic since the original fanfic broke me (I just needed a little fluff where Ivo is not so bad with his feelings).

But I'm off again to draw the next part. Will I be back in a week, maybe more? Who knows! But it's going to be a much happier post next >:).

guys i'm gonna share the rat eggs story @neighborz made. note that this post was taken from a story rat read to me through a voicemail. so this is prob like a draft or smth.

"once upon a time there was a rat named tar. tar was the one getting food for his family so he provides. as they were eating, tar's mom laid an egg.

"mom, you're pregnant?" said tar

tar's mom said, "surprise!"

"oh my goodness," says tar

"what?" says mom

"it hatched!" says tar excitedly

"why is it black?" says the dad

"uhh, what do you mean?" she says nervously

"i'm asian." says the dad

the real father comes.. in.

"it's my baby," says the real father.

the dad says "you little-" and they start fighting.

they both get tired and the mom says "it's not yours,"

the real dad says "ha! see!"

"it's not yours either"

"huh?"

"ha!"

"it's my... uncle's." and then she runs away. and then. the two dads make out.

Cooked this up in my cardboard box I call a house. Also, can you tell I'm horrible with deadlines? Honestly, if I'm late, I'm late. There's nothing I can do now, but seriously, @lalalaurieart , I hope you find my little illustration worthy of being called a gift. :)

I honestly should really listen to my sister more often and actually try to manage my time. I have like 3 projects due today and a test. :')

Hopefully the next time you see me, I'm more put together. I might put out another comic or expand on my vampire AU I've got going on. Who knows.
