Debt Financing's Future: Sustainability in Question
Tumblr media
For decades, debt financing has supported countless companies, from small start-ups to large corporations, on their path to growth and prosperity. It offered an easily accessible lifeline, a financial springboard to bridge the gap between ambition and reality. But as the market turns, leading to economic uncertainty and changing investor sentiment, a key question arises: Can debt financing in its current form provide a sustainable future for companies?
The evolving landscape of venture capital paints a telling picture. Once a free-flowing river, it now meanders with purpose, requiring strong business models and clear paths to profitability. As belts tighten, many startups that traditionally rely on debt for fuel in their early stages are looking for alternative sources of capital. While this shift toward financial prudence is undoubtedly positive, it does result in established companies, particularly those in economic distress, becoming more reliant on debt.
As of 2023, the global debt market stands at a whopping USD 278 trillion, used to fuel companies, startups, and business activities across the globe. But the question is whether such heavy dependence on debt is sustainable any longer?
The effects of this increasing dependence on debt are diverse. On the one hand, it can provide the necessary resources to weather economic storms, invest in research and development, and make strategic acquisitions. Take the example of Ford Motor Company, as the Wall Street Journal reported, which renegotiated the terms of its loan and considered a debt-to-equity conversion, freeing up valuable liquidity for strategic investments. This shows the potential of debt as a tool for flexibility and survival.
Although debt has been instrumental in bridging funding gaps, as is evident from the USD 3.7 trillion in bank loans alone given to SMBs in 2022, there is, as always, another side to the story.
The debt recall brings with it hidden costs. Rising interest rates as a result of global economic fluctuations cast a long shadow on the stability of indebted companies. Any increase means greater pressure on cash flow, which is likely to stifle innovation and hinder economic growth. As Bloomberg Businessweek recently reported, Casper, once a booming mattress startup, is struggling under the burden of mounting debt and rising interest payments, highlighting the fragility of those relying solely on borrowed capital in a volatile market.
For instance, the global cumulative interest costs of companies were summed up to a whopping USD 3.8 trillion in 2022, making these overleveraged companies vulnerable to defaults and even shutdowns.
The effects of this precarious debt dance, although, are not universal. Resource-intensive sectors such as infrastructure and manufacturing that have hard assets as collateral can weather the storm with traditional debt options. In turn, service businesses like healthcare that rely heavily on future revenue streams face greater vulnerability, as demonstrated in a recent Forbes article on the challenges healthcare startups face in raising outside capital.
Understanding the specific vulnerabilities of your industry is critical to navigating the debt landscape.
To succeed in this dynamic market, companies must adopt adaptive decision-making and explore innovative financial strategies. Diversifying your funding sources with alternative options like income-based financing introduced by companies like Clearco can be a lifesaver without the immediate burden of high-interest payments. Additionally, by adopting robust financial modeling and scenario planning, as recommended by The Economist, companies can anticipate challenges and adjust their debt profiles accordingly.

Ultimately, the future of debt financing depends on a delicate balance: realizing its strategic growth potential while mitigating the risks associated with overdependence. The global debt-to-equity ratio stands at 3.3x, calling for immediate measures to be taken and rebalancing of company preferences.
Leaders must demonstrate agility and foresight and focus on sustainable financial practices. As Peggy Noonan recently wrote in the Wall Street Journal, leadership in times of economic uncertainty requires a deep understanding of risk and a willingness to navigate complex financial landscapes.

The road to entrepreneurship is rarely smooth, and today's market represents a critical turning point for indebted companies. By prioritizing financial prudence, innovation, and strong leadership, these companies can not only survive the current wave of rising debt but also emerge stronger, paving the way for a future where debt is the engine of sustainable growth, not just temporary gains. The lessons learned on this journey will resonate beyond individual companies, shaping the way we approach financial strategies and define success in a dynamic and ever-changing marketplace.

FILE - The Ford company logo is pictured, Oct. 20, 2019, at a Ford dealership in Littleton, Colo. U.S. auto safety investigators have expanded a probe into Ford Motor Co. engine failures to include nearly 709,000 vehicles. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration also says in documents posted Monday, Oct. 2, 2023 that it upgraded the investigation to an engineering analysis, a step closer to a recall. (AP Photo/David Zalubowski, File) (ASSOCIATED PRESS)DETROIT (AP) — U.S. auto safety investigators have expanded a probe into Ford Motor Co. engine failures to include nearly 709,000 vehicles. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration also said in documents posted Monday on its website that it upgraded the investigation to an engineering analysis, a step closer to a recall. The investigation now covers Ford's F-150 pickup truck, as well as Explorer, Bronco and Edge SUVs and Lincoln Nautilus and Aviator SUVs. All are from the 2021 and 2022 model years and are equipped with 2.7-liter or 3.0-liter V6 turbocharged engines. The agency says that under normal driving conditions the engines can lose power due to catastrophic engine failure related to allegedly faulty valves. The agency opened its initial investigation in May of last year after getting three letters from owners. Initially the probe was looking at failure of the 2.7-liter engine on Broncos.Since then, Ford reported 861 customer complaints, warranty claims and engine replacements including the other models. No crashes or injuries were reported. The company told the agency in documents that defective intake valves generally fail early in a vehicle's life, and most of the failures have already happened. The company told NHTSA said it made a valve design change in October of 2021.Ford said in a statement Monday that it’s working with NHTSA to support the investigation. The agency says it will evaluate how often the problem happens and review the effectiveness of Ford's manufacturing improvements designed to address the problem.

Driving forward: Exploring Subaru’s Market Share and Expansion Strategies
Subaru is a Japanese automobile manufacturer that has been producing high quality vehicles for over 50 years. Subaru’s are known for their unique designs and engineering, but more sought after for their focus on safety and reliability. Without looking below, what percentage of the market do you think Subaru makes up? In this blog I want to look into Subaru’s market share and 3 ways I think they can continue to expand their market share.
What percentage of market share does Subaru have?
If you guessed anywhere from 3-5% of the market you are correct. In 2021, Subaru made up 3.9% of the total market in the U.S. This still puts them in the top ten, but they remain behind giants like Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, etc. Do you think Subaru will ever surpass any of the competitors above them?
Picture via: Market share post in MKT 402
Tumblr media
Despite a relatively small market share, Subaru has been content during these hectic times with chip shortages and chaos in the auto industry. In a post by Subaru Media they show that they sold a total of 556,581 vehicles in 2022. This can be attributed to factors such as growing popularity around SUVs like the Forester and Outback, as well as a commitment to safety and reliability. What do you think Subaru’s nicest vehicle is?
Tumblr media
With this being said, how can Subaru expand their market share?
Expand their lineup: Currently SUVs are the one of the most popular segments in all of the automotive industry, and Subaru has seen success with models such as the Forester and the Outback. Subaru also released the Ascent a few years ago, which has gained popularity and is a great car for a family. By expanding their SUV lineup with new models, such as a full-size SUVs or a luxury SUV, this could lead to new customers and then increase market share. Subaru can also do vertical stretching where they add or take off features on a vehicle which allows for different price ranges on their vehicles. This is something they already do, but you can continue to innovate and create bigger price ranges for more customers! What type of vehicle do you think Subaru should make?
Expand Global Reach: As a current Subaru intern I see how much of an impact Subaru’s have in the U.S. and Japan, but I haven’t seen Subaru really attract to other markets. In other parts of the world, I would say they are not really known, but giant companies are known worldwide. If Subaru can expand their global reach and enter new markets, such as Europe or China, this could tap into new customer bases and increase market share.
Focus on Electric Vehicles: In December Subaru launched the Solterra, which they have collaborated with Toyota to make. This is the first electric vehicle made by the company, and they are going to continue to advance this vehicle and expand into making more EV’s. The whole auto industry is starting to make a shift towards electric vehicles, so don’t be surprised when the future model lineups coming out are primarily all electric. Do you like the idea of electric vehicles? What do you think the downfalls are? By having a focus on electric vehicles and investing in the technology and infrastructure now, Subaru could position themselves as a leader in this emerging market.
Subaru may have a small market share, but they have proven to be a popular and successful brand. With a focus of safety, reliability, and a unique design, Subaru has attracted a loyal customer base. However, there is still plenty of room to expand their market share. If they can take advantage of the ideas listed above (which I will show my boss) Subaru will continue to grow and thrive in years to come.

UAE: How they got a spacecraft to Mars
The UAE’s space agency sent its first mission to Mars in 2020, less than ten years after it was set up. So how did they pull it off?
On July 19, 2020, a few months after a global pandemic had paralyzed the world, a rocket took off from Tanegashima, a small island in the south of Japan.
On board was a small spaceship just over 2 meters (6.5 feet) wide, weighing about the same as a Ford Focus car. It had many important cameras and spectrometers on board for its upcoming mission, which would take more than 493 million km (306 million miles) from Earth. On top of its gold body was a big black radio antenna that would send its data across the vast, cold void of space to controllers sitting at their monitors.
The name of the spaceship was “Hope.” However, it wasn’t from the United States, Russia, or the European Union. Instead, Hope was the first spacecraft from the United Arab Emirates Space Agency (UAESA) to go further than an orbit around the Earth. If it works, it will be the first Arab spaceship to reach Mars, and the UAE will be only the fifth country in the world to put a spaceship in orbit around Mars.
As the United Arab Emirates (UAE) was getting ready to celebrate its 50th anniversary, its space agency put its reputation on the line by sending a spaceship into orbit around Mars on the first try to send back information about the weather on Mars that had never been seen before.
UAE didn’t have a space agency six years before the launch
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) is at the far end of Dubai International Airport, about half an hour’s drive east of the Burj Khalifa. It’s small compared to other space centers. You could lose it in the parking lot of NASA’s massive Johnson Space Center in Houston.
The UAESA, less than ten years old, runs this group of offices, workshops, and clean rooms. From here, much of the work was done to help guide the Emirates Mars Mission to the Red Planet.
It is one of the most ambitious new companies in the space business. However, it opened in 2014. So, a six-year effort to create a pan-Arab space program like the European Space Agency didn’t work out. This made the UAE want to start its space agency and may help explain why it moves so quickly.
Before it had its space agency, the UAE had already launched seven satellites. All of them were made by companies outside of the UAE, like EADS in Europe, Boeing in the U.S., and Satrec Initiative in South Korea. But it was in 2018 that the country could make its own. The Earth-sensing satellite KhalifaSat was built by a team of Emirati engineers at Satrec Initiative’s facilities in South Korea.
KhalifaSat was launched into space in 2018 on a Proton rocket from the Baikonur spaceport in Kazakhstan. It took high-resolution pictures of Earth from 613 kilometers (380 miles) up. These pictures could be used for everything from planning cities to helping people after a natural disaster. But the satellite was also meant to start a new space industry in the Emirates from scratch.
Omran Sharaf was in charge of the Emirates Mars Mission in February 2022. Sharaf, who is 38, says that what made him want to do the mission was the “triple helix model, where the private sector, the government, and academics all work together so that this overlap can happen. And not have each area work on its own.”
With this, the UAE put its money on the line to become one of the best space agencies of the 21st century. During the Cold War, these things would have seemed impossible. But exploring space in the 2020s will be a very different thing. The geopolitical rivalry between the U.S. and the Soviet Union, which was the main driver of the space race, has broken up. It has many more people involved, including businesses like SpaceX in the U.S. and new agencies from small countries like the UAE.
In the past, when space programs put satellites into orbit, they turned their attention to the Moon, our closest neighbor. Not the UAE, though.
The crash in the aviation industry of the Gulf States during the coronavirus pandemic may have been good for the young space industry. As travel bans took hold, long-haul hubs like Dubai and Abu Dhabi were almost empty. Before the pandemic, the aviation industry was expected to make nearly half of the country’s GDP by 2030. In 2018, it made up almost a quarter of the country’s GDP. So, the government has had to find other ways to keep its economy strong.
Read Also: Falcon Heavy Rocket launches after three years
The Emirates Mars Mission wasn’t just a way to show the world the UAE flag. The main goal was to get the complete picture of Mars’s weather cycles that have ever been seen. Three main tools on the spacecraft would be used to study Mars.
The first was a high-resolution imaging unit that measured the amount of water, ice, dust, and other particles in the planet’s atmosphere. Next, an infrared spectrometer would measure the temperature of the planet’s surface and the amount of dust in its atmosphere by measuring how much light it gives off. Finally, the ultraviolet spectrometer on Hope would measure the whole planet’s atmosphere and look at its hydrogen and oxygen levels. Hydrogen and oxygen are the building blocks of water, which is the key to life.
Even though more than 30 spacecraft and landers have been to Mars, most of them only took pictures of its weather. Hope planned to do something much more ambitious. It would go into an orbit to let it take a global picture of Mars’ climate and track it through its distinct seasonal changes.

The US public got its first taste of bananas at the 1876 United States Centennial Exhibition. The Philadelphia event’s many displays included the new typewriter, Alexander Graham Bell’s telephone, the Statue of Liberty’s still-unattached right arm, and an exotic banana tree. The plant was so popular that it required its own security guard, and curious visitors could buy and try its phallic fruit for just 10 cents. At the time, bananas were largely unknown outside of their native locations, but they quickly became common household foods in Europe and North America.
Today, bananas are the most consumed fruit in the world, with an industry that generates 12 billion dollars per year. Developed countries account for 80% of the fruit’s consumers, though 75% of global exports come from Latin America and the Caribbean, where bananas are the most grown fruit. The crop’s dominance and ubiquity has had serious and far-reaching implications for the region, engendering exploitative labor systems, climate change, and migration.
La Fiebre del Banano / Banana Craze is the first major study to examine the banana’s role in shaping culture, nature, and politics in the areas where it’s grown. The digital exhibition and research project is co-curated by Dr. Blanca Serrano, the project director at the Institute for Studies on Latin American Art, in New York, and Dr. Juanita Solano, an assistant professor of art history at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. Together, Serrano and Solano have gathered nearly 100 banana-related artworks by artists dating from 1960 to today. The database is divided into three themes — identities, ecosystems, and violences — but the online interface also allows viewers to search and encounter works alphabetically, chronologically, and geographically. The site is available in both English and Spanish, and will continue to be updated into the future. [...] “It was a small show, but it showed us that we could tell a very complicated history through just one fruit,” the curators explained to Hyperallergic in a recent email. “We saw that we could tell the sociopolitical history of Latin America in the early 20th century through the banana.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Standouts from the online display include Claudia Claremi’s installation La memoria de las frutas (Puerto Rico) (The Memory of Fruits [Puerto Rico]) (2015-16), which users can experience through installation images and a linked video. The piece records residents of San Juan, Puerto Rico, as they describe the island’s native fruits. Shot in black and white on 35 mm and 16 mm film, the photos and videos show speakers’ hand gestures as they reminisce about these fruits, which have largely been pushed out to make way for more marketable crops like bananas. [...]
Another work, the series Fotografías de las antiguas instalaciones de los campamentos de la UFCO (Photographs of the Old Camp Installations of the UFCO) (2014), by Elkin Calderón, captures the abandoned buildings of the United Fruit Company in Magdalena, Colombia, where the company massacred protesting banana workers in 1928. Calderón’s pictures radiate a haunting stillness, showing the camp’s current state of decay and hinting at its tragic past. This and other works are accompanied by detailed texts that offer deeper context. La Fiebre del Banano / Banana Craze uses its dynamic, extensively researched online interface to its advantage, encouraging viewers to explore and discover at their own pace. [...]

This is so wild! Oscar Isaac is planning to act for Francis Ford Coppola in this film and play him in another film (Francis and the Godfather).
Coppola on Megalopolis: “It’s based on The Catiline Conspiracy, which comes to us from ancient Rome. This was a famous duel between a patrician, Catiline, and that part will be played by Oscar Isaac, and the famous Cicero, who will be Forest Whitaker.” Filming is planned for the Fall of 2022.
Tumblr media
EXCLUSIVE: Breathtaking bets on his vision established him as one of the greatest living American filmmakers and a vineyard magnate. Now, Francis Coppola is ready to put a lot of his hard-won chips on the table one more time to make his epic dream project, Megalopolis.
While the financial configuration is still evolving, Coppola at 82 years young is betting big on himself once again, by sharing the financial risks of a film that will cost between $100 million-$120 million. He is in deep discussions with a stellar cast of actors eager to work with the director of The Godfather trilogy, Apocalypse Now!, The Conversation and other classics, on a seminal picture that is decades in the making.
While some conversations are further along then others, the actors Coppola is discussing roles with include Oscar Isaac, Forest Whitaker, Cate Blanchett and Jon Voight, with Zendaya, Michelle Pfeiffer and Jessica Lange also among those he is seeking. He will also reunite with James Caan, whose role as Sonny Corleone in Coppola’s The Godfather made Caan one of the biggest stars of that era. This for a big tapestry film that will have many other actors in the cast.
Deadline has written about Coppola’s Megalopolis hopes for several years – I’ve seen second-unit footage of Manhattan architecture and street sounds that was shot 20 years ago, a campaign that ended after 9/11 shook Manhattan to its core. Coppola’s enthusiasm never wavered.
Emboldened by the recent sale of a portion of his considerable vineyard holdings in Sonoma County to Delicato Family Wines, Coppola has fortified his resources to borrow against, and is ready to gamble once again on his vision to make a movie he feels can be a North Star for a younger audience, and society in general, searching for optimism in a moment where global warming is taking its toll, and polarizing politics and digital misinformation are so pronounced that half the country is resisting Covid vaccines that scientists honed in a remarkably short time to combat a global pandemic.
“It has become like a religious war, in that it’s not about anything logical,” Coppola told Deadline. “I think the big news here is that I am still the same as I was 20 years ago or 40 years ago. I’m still willing to do the dream picture, even if I have to put up my own money, and I am capable of putting up $100 million if I have to here. I don’t want to, but I will do it if I have to.
“I’m committed to making this movie, I’d like to make it in the fall of 2022,” Coppola revealed. “I don’t have all my cast approved, but I have enough of them to have confidence that it is going to be a very exciting cast. The picture’s going to cost between $100 million and $120 million. Needless to say, I hope it’s closer to $100 million. I’m prepared to match some outside financing, almost dollar for dollar. In other words, I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is. What’s interesting about that is, there was a documentary about my dream studio, when I owned Zoetrope Studios and I was unafraid to risk everything I had in order to make my dream come true. Well, I really haven’t changed my personality, at all.”
While waiting for this Megalopolis moment, Coppola has spent the last few years preparing himself. He has kept off the weight he shed several years ago, and his stamina is in evidence in the way he created new versions of some of his past films, most notably the final installment of The Godfather trilogy that he retitled The Godfather, Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone, Apocalypse Now and The Cotton Club. I hear he will be at Telluride this weekend to unveil restored versions of his films The Rain People, and The Outsiders: The Complete Novel. After doing the work and feeling at peace with those past great films, as Coppola holds court at that festival, I expect the dominant conversation will be about how he is looking forward, toward Megalopolis.
While few filmmakers would ever put their own money on the table, Coppola detailed to Deadline his big bets in the past when studios wouldn’t back him,; the musical One From the Heart plunged him into Chapter 11 back in the early ‘90s, and his risk-taking on Apocalypse Now once threated to cost him the vineyards whose revenues now dwarf his Hollywood earnings. Each time, Coppola found his way back from adversity. The classic Apocalypse Now continues to give him financial comfort.
“You know that I own the negative of Apocalypse Now, and do you know why I own it? Because nobody wanted it,” he said. “And Apocalypse Now these years earns almost as much as we get from The Godfather. Pictures like this [are difficult]; everyone wants to make the next Marvel movie, but no one wants to make a picture that really talks to young people in a hopeful way, that we are in a position to get together and solve any problem thrown at us. That is what I believe, and it is what the theme of the picture really is. Utopia is talking about how we can make the society we live in solve these problems. I believe it is an exciting change from the kinds of movies being offered to the public,” he said. “Mainly because it puts forward a fundamental message that it’s time for us to consider that the society we live in isn’t the only alternative available to us. And that utopia isn’t so much a little experimental place in the country; utopia is a discussion of people, asking the right questions on if the society we’re living in is the only alternative or, if for the sake of young people, there are better choices that should be discussed. That is the influence I dream of this movie having. And for that reason I am willing and capable of investing at a high number, to make it come true. I’m putting together the means of doing that.”
While Coppola set his script in a contemporary city and explores timely themes, the sprawling tale has its origins in ancient Rome.
“The concept of the film is a Roman epic, in the traditional Cecile B. DeMille or Ben-Hur way, but told as a modern counterpart focusing on America,” he said. “It’s based on The Catiline Conspiracy, which comes to us from ancient Rome. This was a famous duel between a patrician, Catiline, and that part will be played by Oscar Isaac, and the famous Cicero, who will be Forest Whitaker. He is now the beleaguered mayor of New York, during a financial crisis, close to the one that Mayor Dinkins had. This story takes place in a new Rome, a Roman epic sent in modern times. The time set is not a specific year in modern New York, it’s an impression of modern New York, which I call New Rome.”
Coppola realizes these serious themes leave him swimming against the tide in an industry fixated with franchises, high concepts and familiar formulas. But he’s been a maverick his whole life and would like to stake himself this one more time, hoping to prevail again.
“This film I want to make, I believe is an exciting change from the kinds of movies being offered to the public,” Coppola said. “Mainly because it puts forward a fundamental message that it’s time for us to consider that the society we live in isn’t the only alternative available to us. And that a utopia isn’t so much a little experimental place in the country; a utopia is a discussion of people asking the right questions on just that subject, and if the society we’re living in is the only alternative or, if for the sake of young people, there are better choices that should be discussed. Hopefully that is the influence I dream of this movie having. And for that reason I am willing and capable of investing at a high number, to make it come true. I’m putting together the means of doing that.
He also understands this turn of events brings him full circle, and it seems to energize him.
“I have some private financiers who want to come in on a partner basis, and I’m willing to match their funds, if I have to,” he said. “Obviously the more money I have to put up, the more complications it gives me, but I am capable of doing it. I am capable of going the whole distance if I really had to. It would be hard for me or anyone to put up $100 million to make a utopian dream of a film, but it is not impossible for that to happen. It has been in the news I just sold one of my wineries to another company. So I’m a position where I don’t have the money but I can borrow it. So basically I am the same position as I was in that Dream Studio period, where I want to see the dream come true and I am not afraid to risk my own money to make it happen.”

25/01/2022-Lakeside and home
I took the first picture in this photoset a bush in the garden at lunch time and second of one a few Carrion Crows sat high at the top of trees by the entrance to Lakeside. A nice view of the bird and I was pleased with this photo with my new big lens. I also took the third picture in this photoset of some bare bits of pine and some cones looking really dramatic in the moody light again I have explored this twice with trees around this area this week now.
A Kestrel was great to see soaring over the bowl area.
I took the fourth picture in this photoset of a view down the path south of Lakeside between it and the University of Southampton sports fields which looked nice I was pleased to get the pine tree which stands out here at the end of the path by the ford in the shot a tree I am fond of. I did an L-shaped walk today coming in at the north eastern kissing gate entrance, along the west of the bowl, along the road area and along the southern path then back along the established southern path past Kornwestheim lake and the visitor centre then through the field north of the steam railway station and back out beside the railway track. Not a route I’d done before probably and it worked for the circumstances for my lunch break and what I wanted to look for today so I would definitely like to do it again.
With my regular lens having its once weekly lunch time walk yesterday, I brought my macro alongside my big lens today and I had a great little run with it for photos along the southern path. This included the fifth and sixth pictures in this photoset of ivy and little mushrooms on a log which I was really pleased to see. Moss looked lovely here too, some really beautiful scenes under trees. I also saw some beautiful berries by a tree which looked nice. I did try for a photo but I couldn’t get one in focus as with the light today and this being under a tree it was too dark. Thankfully my planned route for Friday’s lunch time walk should facilitate popping over to this bit to maybe try again.
Hazel catkins also looked stunning in this area, as they did beside Kornwestheim lake as they are appearing a lot now which is lovely. I took the seventh picture in this photoset of the ones by the lake. I really enjoyed some beautiful scenes around the visitor centre looking at beach lake as well and I enjoyed taking the eighth and ninth picture in this photoset.
I got some smashing views of a Green Woodpecker west of the bowl on the way out. I took the tenth picture in this photoset of Starlings in the buddleia bush in the back garden when home I enjoyed seeing hoards of them come into the garden and line up on the roof of the garages today.
Wildlife Sightings Summary: One of my favourite birds the Green Woodpecker, possibly Jay too, Black-headed Gull, Herring Gull, Common Gull, Lesser Black-backed Gull, Moorhen, Greylag Goose with great views of them flying over at Lakeside and past the house too, Carrion Crow, Kestrel, Starling, Goldfinch, Feral Pigeon and I got smashing views of a Blue Tit in the garden at the start of my lunch break. It was also interesting to note possibly some deceased spiders below the noble false widow I am not sure whether it preyed on them I have seen spiders do this before.

2022 Ford Explorer: Changes, Price, Release Date, and Pictures
2022 Ford Explorer: Changes, Price, Release Date, and Pictures
2022 Ford Explorer: Changes, Price, Release Date, and Pictures. It’s always a bit of an iffy business looking into a crystal ball– especially when it comes to car design. When it comes to the 2022 Ford Explorer it seems almost certain that Ford is going to opt for an evolutionary approach to the new model of this iconic vehicle– rather than one that is revolutionary. After all, why mess around…
