in Night's defense. the only reason she did not do anything for Halloween is because she was too busy getting people out of ridiculously large halloween stores, containing a scarecrow with a pumpkin head, and keeping people away from flesh-consuming pumpkins.

however she did manage to get a few things

Dog Cannibalism

Nobody ever asks why the dogs are eating each other, Why the world embodies such behaviour. It is just taken as unfortunate fact and left at that.

We are too used to struggle. We are too used to hard decisions and sacrifice, Too used to a world where the only way to get ahead Is to push someone else behind, Too used to kindness being punished And cruelty rewarded. We are too used to politicians getting away with lying to our face, With money being siphoned through perfectly legal means, With people starving and homeless presented as a statistic That is less important than GDP.

Cynicism is king and optimism the court jester. The king laughs, And the court laughs along As they dine on roast pheasant as peasants freeze in the winter. They laugh until the divine right of kings is questioned. They laugh until the court is dismantled and the castle is nothing more than a tourist trap. They laugh until we start laughing at them.

“I know She-Ra is a comedy, but am I the only person who felt like the She-Ra writers made Bow liking crop tops seem abnormal and silly? It always felt like they show was making fun of him for being a guy who likes crop tops. Idk, the way the show tends to turn Bow liking to show off his midriff as a funny spectacle that the audience should see as goofy and weird.  

The show never makes a big deal when Mermista, Adora, Glimmer and Catra show their stomach. It just felt like the punchline of the joke was always “lol look at this boy who likes showing off his Midriff, he’s a boy lol” it felt like Bow just couldn’t be a guy who like’s midriff without the show constantly pointing and laughing at him. But then again maybe I didn’t get the joke?”
