taylordye: Today is World Prematurity Day ❤️ a day so dear to my heart. I’ll never forget being told I was in preterm labor at just 24 weeks pregnant. Sadness, fear, confusion.. we felt it all and then some. I cried and grieved what I thought my pregnancy/birth would be like. I was angry and felt robbed. But boy if only I knew then, we weren’t robbed at all. We were blessed. This journey, as painful as it was, gave us the most beautiful, strong and intelligent little girl who is a daily reminder to us of God’s miracles. Sending so much love to the NICU community 💪🏼💕👶🏻

“He that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else.” - Benjamin Franklin 〰️ 〰️ Been doing some deep tissue massaging using silicone cupping technique on Brandon's legs before he goes to bed. He has always enjoyed massages and usually falls asleep with me rubbing his legs at night. This cupping is more intense but Brandon seems to be enjoying it as well. 〰️ 〰️ His legs do seem a bit easier to manage in the morning so hopefully over time it helps more and more. Normally in the morning his legs are bent and take a lot to be straightened out. The older he gets the worse it is getting. 〰️ 〰️ I also am going to be talking to his PT about braces for overnight for the entire length of his legs. I do think they would benefit him very much. If anyone has any suggestions, please drop them in a comment below. #transformationtuesday Going through some old photos from Winry’s birth was very difficult, and always leaves me in tears. At 820g, she was tiny and so fragile. Her little cry broke my heart, and I wanted nothing more than to hold and comfort her. What a difference 6 months makes!! She is now weighing in at a lovely chubby 10lbs, has the most beautiful smile and laugh in the world, and her cry is really bloody loud!
