So I had to look up what a gallon was in liters, but I find that not to hard to keep up to if u drink 2xa 1.5 liter/one gallon of water with an infuse of 0% sugary lemonade

Yeah it’s like 3.5 liters I believe? And I thought of adding a mix or something, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the challenge? Like it’s very much about the WATER aspect haha (technically diet coke is majority water but still wouldn’t count cause... ya know, it’s soda). Also I barely drink anything during the day, so going from maybe 36oz to 45oz a day to 128oz (which is a gallon) was uhhhh not working for me hahaha I was literally in pain, my stomach hurt.

I think the lifestyle challenge is more for people already getting in shape/making healthy choices and not so much for someone dipping their toe in (I’m the latter). So I’m gonna slowly add more and more water to my day until I can stomach that much.
