What is it that you need to realize?
Your emotional world is something of great importance, and you must understand that. No matter how you see yourself — your inner world deeply influences your outer reality, whether you're aware of it or not. If you've been holding back your emotions out of fear or to protect your ego, it's time to let them out. Emotions shouldn't be ignored or suppressed because doing so only causes more harm in the long run. However, this doesn't mean you should act on every impulse. For example, when you're angry, don't take it out on those who don't deserve it. Expressing your emotions is crucial, but it's about doing so in a way that helps you without leading to regret later. There's a big difference between expressing your emotions destructively and doing so in a healthy, constructive way.
You need to recognize that fear and hesitation are holding you back. Be open to new ideas, especially those that arise from your intuition. Trusting your instincts can lead to unexpected adventures and opportunities. When facing challenges or feeling like giving up on your dreams, confront the situation with courage. Persistence is essential to turning your desires into reality.
The final thing you must open your eyes to is your inner child. It needs healing, as it’s mourning the parts of yourself that you’ve lost. Now is the time to reflect on what you’ve been repressing — embrace those parts, and begin to heal from past wounds.

What is it that you need to realize?
You should realize that overthinking isn’t your ally. You might believe it’s something that has benefited you somehow, but have you ever stopped to consider that it might also be overwhelming you? How can you be sure that the act of overthinking isn’t leading you down uncertain paths that you might later regret in the future? And, of course, mentioning this could cause you to overthink even more. So, is overthinking really something you want to continue dealing with? Regardless of your answer, when your mind is flooded with excessive thoughts, especially unnecessary ones, it becomes hard to see things clearly, and your judgment becomes clouded. Therefore, you need to be aware of when your thoughts are making things seem much more intimidating and complicated than they truly are. Instead of overthinking, try to view a situation from multiple perspectives, not just your own. Sometimes, things aren’t as they first seem, which can lead to overthinking. However, overthinking won't necessarily help you understand better; it might cause confusion and lead you astray. Take the time to understand the situation thoroughly before jumping to conclusions. Make decisions with a clear mind and avoid acting on impulse. Also, trust your intuition — it can help reveal the truth in challenging times.
It's time to recognize that avoiding healing past wounds and ignoring issues as they come up is keeping you from reaching the state you want. Pushing your problems aside doesn’t protect your peace, and convincing yourself that your hurt doesn’t matter won’t help you move forward. True self-protection means facing your issues with courage, not pretending they don’t exist. It’s important to heal, but avoid falling into the trap of toxic positivity. While maintaining a positive outlook is valuable, forcing positivity in every situation, especially when it’s not genuine, can be detrimental. Genuine healing requires acknowledging all aspects of your experience, not just the positive ones.

What is it that you need to realize?
Understand that while lessons aren't always meant to be painful, there’s value in what you’ve experienced. Take time to uncover the lessons in your painful memories. Each challenging experience offers insights and opportunities for personal growth. Reflecting on these lessons can help you in the future and potentially benefit others as well.
Suppressing your feelings of hurt doesn’t make them disappear as they’re likely to resurface later, often with greater intensity. Avoiding these emotions means they will continue to affect you in different ways until you address them. This is similar to how lessons will reappear in various forms, through different people or situations, until you learn from them. Even if you push your emotions down so much that you barely recognize them, they won’t stay buried forever. A small crack can and will eventually lead to overwhelming sorrow that you can’t ignore. So, don’t repress your feelings. Allow yourself to heal and comfort yourself, because ultimately, the person you need the most is yourself. The one you have at the end will always be yourself.
