Everyday this past year, I offer the God of all universes a generous amount of my attention and time. I meditate everything I think say and do. You might ask why I do this. Let me enlightened you. Last summer, (2021) God's Holy Spirit advised me to mentally and emotionally prepare myself for the ascension. At the time, I did not fully understand what He meant by that. I asked, 'Why do I need to prepare for the ascension?' He asked me to watch the news and from there, I would understand His direction. As it turns out, He was right! I was not as prepared as I thought I was. I found my mental state consumed in negativity and I was emotionally distraught. Swiftly, the Holy Spirit said, "Forgive all the negativity and release it from your mind. Refocus your energy and pray for their deliverance and redemption in love and peace. Open your heart as wide as a lotus flower blooms and let love consume you." Immediately, I understood that I must not listen to the negative words and behavior some souls in the spotlight are showing off to the whole world. Rather, I give my undivided attention and time to our Universal Father and Mother Earth. This is a tremendous help in preparing and aligning for the ascension without negative vibes. Note: Pay attention! This is important love ones. We are all called upon to mentally and emotionally prepare ourselves for the transformation and ascension from 3D to 5D. Please take heed to this so that you can elevate your sovereignty and are able to withstand the uncomfortable and unpleasant feats that will unfold during this shift. As a strong soul in the highest frequency of love, you enable yourself to help your brethrens that did not prepare themselves for the shift. It might be too late for them to ascend, but you can console them and reassure them that inevitably they will not be left behind. No one knows the time frame of their deliverance and redemption. However, it's comforting to know that there is a light of hope that will be honored. Once you learn how to ascend your consciousness into the operating system of this 3D simulation, you truly can set your game up to be whatever you want it to be. And it’s as easy as switching lenses that you look through.

There’s one caveat though. Before you ASCEND and play with effortlessly living your dream, you’ve got to DESCEND first. Go to the dark places where fear, scarcity and wounds have been hiding - sometimes for years, sometimes for decades, sometimes for generations or even lifetimes. And when you go there equipped with light from your multidimensional self and the Quantum toolkit - you get to release and heal these: once and for all.

And this is where magic truly happens. You get to manifest your desires with ease, speed and precision - as there’s nothing ANCHORING you to the lower realms of 3D. No pain, no fear, no triggers or no suffering.

This is not a path of escaping 3D. This is the path of Transcending Dimensions. Embodying 5D whilst still having the time of your life in your three-dimensional body.

Embodying 5D consciousness is not an exit plan from 3D. And why should we even escape 3D in the first place? Three-dimensional plane of existence is an amazing playground with the most exciting and intense experiences that any frequency band has to offer. Yet, somehow we are fixated on escaping it.

Perhaps it’s the deeply sat religious imprints and a concept of heaven or paradise that keeps us wanting to escape our physicality. We pursue the “highs” of other dimensions and keep our own in such a disregard.

And yes, I know. 3D has its shadow side. There’s pain, trauma, hurt and cruelty. There’s disease. There’s scarcity. There’s hate. But there’s also a path of bliss.

There’s abundance, love, pleasure, creativity and vitality.

~~~Sound of Stillness~~~ After writing a series on the subject of ascension from 3D to 5D, which was totally unexpected, I asked the Galactic Confederation if I may be rewarded with a majestic poem to sum up the series. Through meditation this piece came through. I love it and I know trillions are going to love it too! Only God knows the time line when it occurs. I may no longer be on Earth when it does and I am at total peace with that. What makes me happy is that I comply with the instructions and the directions of Holiness. As His obedient host this is all that matters. And I know the Galactic Confederation is well pleased with my obedience, as well. It brings me great joy to demonstrate that they can count on me to heed to the calling for the sake of helping my brethrens be released from the ego's strongholds. They shall be delivered and redeemed even if it is in another lifetime. It matters not what they do, for we are all born to find our way out of the bondages of the web of fear and darkness. It is brilliant and liberating to find our way out of it and return to our essence of love and light. Prayer: I open my heart as wide as a lotus flower blooms and beam my love and light to Mother Earth's heart. I expand it upon the surface of her glorious face touching all my brethrens blessing deliverance and redemption from ego's strongholds. I further expand my love and light into the Universe loving all of my Galactic brethrens. My love and light expands further into Heaven touching my brethens with a loving embrace.
