Embodying 5D consciousness is not an exit plan from 3D. And why should we even escape 3D in the first place? Three-dimensional plane of existence is an amazing playground with the most exciting and intense experiences that any frequency band has to offer. Yet, somehow we are fixated on escaping it.

Perhaps it’s the deeply sat religious imprints and a concept of heaven or paradise that keeps us wanting to escape our physicality. We pursue the “highs” of other dimensions and keep our own in such a disregard.

And yes, I know. 3D has its shadow side. There’s pain, trauma, hurt and cruelty. There’s disease. There’s scarcity. There’s hate. But there’s also a path of bliss.

There’s abundance, love, pleasure, creativity and vitality.

“Confirm final changes: When it’s 9:00 pm tonight …”.

This was the final change that I would be making while in Derek’s body. This all started about a week ago when Derek said he found a way to swap our bodies. We had always played around with the idea in txting back and forth but when he said he finally found a way for it happen I couldn’t beleive him. Of course I wanted to swap bodies. Derek had a body I could only dream of getting. And even though he was built like a Greek god he still played around with the idea of us swapping. His reasoning was “it’s not always fun and games. I have to work out all the time. And watch my diet. It would be nice to not have to worry about that for a little while”. Granted I wasn’t fat by any means but I did have a small pudge on my belly. And honestly I understood him. We could be ordering food and I would get cheese burgers while he was eating a strict diet of rice and chicken.

Derek shared the site with me andni created my profile. Creating an avatar that looked just like me. Then the message from Derek popped across my computer screen. “Ok I have everything set up on my side. All you have yo do is click accept when I open the change chat.” A link displayed in the message. Opening the change forum on the site. In here rules were set. The length of the body swap. What was allowed during the swap and so forth. I agree to the terms that Derek set out. And when I clicked accept it was as if my soul was ripped from my body and I was floating. I was flying through the air and suddenly I seen Derek. In a ghostly form like me. Saving as we passed.

"alright jason. Its done. You get to be for a bit while i get to sit back and relax! and make sure you take care of my body for me !!" with that he ended the chat and i was left there in this big muscular body.

i closed the site and was shocked that this actually worked. I ran to the bathroom to get a better look at what I was dealing with.

He must have just finished working out. I was covered in hot sticky sweat ! Abs I smelt like I needed a shower. I wasnt used to occupying so much space either. Derek was huge ! I looked down and realized that i would have to get used to walking about in his clownish sized feet. Peeling back the tongue of my new gym shoes i seen 17w plastered on it. Dang, bigger than I thought. This was going to be epic. Living it up at Derek was going to be a peice of cake being a hot muscle bound man like this.

Message came across my new phone. It was a message from Jason. “Have fun and make sure you stay on that diet. That body is my prized possession.” Jason smirked. Yeah. He knew it was. And he could already tell that he would y be giving this body up so easily.

Jason continued to live the next few days as Derek without anyone ever getting suspicious thag he wasn’t the real Derek. Working out. Eating right. He was even working on the farm as the real Derek now too.

His phone buzzed and it was Derek. 'Ive decided i want change back. I want to change back later tonight at 8:55pm". Jason wasn’t ready to give up Derek’s life yet. He had to find a way to make this stop! He logged back onto the site and found that he couldn’t stop the change back. “Users are bound by the original agreement and nothing can change a current agreement that is still in process”. Jason s reamed damnit in Derek’s heavier manlier voice. “He’s gonna fucking get this body back regardless!” Time was ticking away and he had to think of something. That’s when he got an idea. He opened a new change. Only this time he explored all the options and he found what he was looking for. " confirm final change ?”. Jason hovered over the accept button. Knowing that when he chose this there was no going back. He read over the request again. “When it’s 9:00 pm tonight, the inhabitant of thjs body will make a permanent irriversible soul swap with Derek’s dog."clicking accept a huge error message came across the screen “selecting this option removes humanity. Choosing such option locks users into changes due to site specific rules stating that only humans allowed.” With a heavy thick finger, Jason clicked accept. Right clicking on the change chat he hid it from view so Derek would never know this was happening even when he was back in his body for a short period.

8:55 came to and both jason and Derek was in the chat. The week has been completed and both we taken from their bodies they had been in for the last week. Jason felt huge. His stomach was bulging from what looked like pizza and beer. Derek has really let himself loose this week. Look long back at the chat “thanks for taking care of my body so well! We should do this again!” I chuckled and agreed “yes we really should! I had a lot of fun in that body” 8:58. Jason was staring daggers at the clock waiting for his final request to take place. Suddenly. Jason was being pulled from his body just like before. And instantly found himself back in Derek’s body. Panicking he pulled up the site. Derek typed a message from jasons body. “I set all your changes to automatically accept requests from me. So now whenever I want to swap we can swap instantly !” No!! Jason had to stop this! He couldn’t find the hidden requests and it was 8:59.

9 hit and very painfully Jason felt himself being ripped out of Derek’s body. He was floating and fighting to get back into the human body but he was repelled off. Then as if there was a hidden force dragging him backwards he felt himself being pulled. Towards the dogs that he would be sealed permanently inside. He faught with everything he could while he Sean the foal of the dog listed from its body and flung into Derek’s. Everything was dark when Jason opened his eyes. He was panting. He couldn’t see color. His final request had come true. He now permanently a dog. What was even worse. The dog was a good actor. And Derek never realized the dog was swapping bodies with him now while Jason was stuck simpering in his new four legged stance.

新フレーバー”Linhua”詳細

前略。

前作のGardenから4か月しか経ってない！意欲的ですねえ。

読み方は「リンファ」です。パンダのリンファちゃんですよろしくね。「Linfua」じゃないよ。「Linhua」だよ。私は毎回間違えます。

ラベルイラストはお馴染みテキスタイルデザイナーのKAYO AOYAMAさんです。

いつもサラッと紹介してるんですけど、KAYOさんはPOKEMON Shirtsや化粧品大手のファンケルとコラボしているような凄い人なんですほんと（自慢）。そんな方がバリキラボ創設より毎回描き下ろしデザインしてくれる贅沢よ。いつも本当にありがとうございます。

前々作のAtmanからサッパリ系のフレーバーが続いていますが、今作もそれらの布石に沿っております。

アニスをメインに、ミントメンソール、クローブ、トロピカルフルーツをミックスしたフレーバーです。軽すぎないように鼻抜けの良い葉巻香料を少しだけブレンドしています。清涼感はバリキラボラインナップの中でも強いほうですが、年間通じて美味しく味わって頂けるリキッドに仕上げました。

ついにバリキラボもアニスに手を出しました。6年ほど前に初めてアニスリキッドを吸った時、「こんなの歯磨き粉じゃん！！【歯磨不要（はみがきいらず）】じゃん！！！」とワーワー騒ぐほど口に合わなかったのですが、最近になって試しに香料を取り寄せて使ってみたところ「うっわ美味い…もっと早く言えよ…」と改めて見直すことになりました。こういう流れ最近多いね。

海外産リキッド（特に東南アジア）ではアニスがメジャーですね。逆に国産ではあんまり見かけたことない。

アニスは合わせるのに非常に難しかったです。フルーツ香料と相性が良すぎるんです。本当に何でも美味しくなっちゃう。フルーツ香料なんて無限にあるので、その中でどれに絞るかず～っと悩みました。大味にならないように、甘ったるくなり過ぎないように最終的に行きついたのがアップル・グレープフルーツ・グァバの3種類でした。甘さと爽やかさのバランスを取りながらアニスを邪魔しすぎないように配合しています。VGPG比はいつものように50:50です。

オススメのビルド環境は0.8Ω前後で17Wぐらいです。というか私がいつもこの環境で吸っていて、調合や試飲もこの環境に合わせているので必然的にこれが一番美味しいってワケです。低抵抗だとちょっと味が飛んじゃうかも。PODでもイケますよ！ガンクも付きづらい（当社他製品比べ）のでコイルも長持ちします。

円安、物価高えげつないですね。

海外から輸入している香料・ボトルやそれに付随する送料がブチ上げられているだけでなく、国内で購入しているVG・PGも3年前に比べると20%値上がりしています。瞳孔全開でもみあげを血が出るまで掻き毟ってしまうレベルです。

怎么做仰卧绳索紧缩：

把滑轮绳索降至最低端位置。

仰卧在地板上，臀部着地，弯曲手肘并手掌着地支撑，抬起上半身。

把绳索在双脚上，并把双脚抬离地面，使绳索拉紧，膝盖微微变曲，这是起始姿势。

腹部发力带到膝盖卷向胸部，同时上半身向膝盖方向紧缩。

当膝盖接近胸部时停留1秒，注意挤压腹肌。

在腹肌控制下缓慢回到起始姿势。

重复。

抬腿挺身：

怎么做抬腿挺身：

仰卧在地板上，臀部和上半身着地，双腿并拢伸直。

双手握住杠铃（或哑铃）向上伸直手臂，抬起肩胛骨和头部，这是起始姿势。

保持双脚并拢伸直，腹部发力抬起双腿直至大腿与地面成90度，然后不停顿向上挺身抬起臀部，把脚向天花板上蹬。

注意挤压腹肌。

在腹部控制下缓慢下放双腿直至接近地板，但不接触地板。

重复。

稳定球抬腿挺身：

怎么做稳定球抬腿挺身：

在头顶有柱子的地板上仰卧，臀部和上半身着地，双腿夹住一个药球。

双手抓住头顶上的柱子，帮助稳定身体，这是起始姿势。

腹部发力抬起双腿直至大腿与地面成90度，然后不停顿向上挺身抬起臀部，把夹着药球的脚向天花板上蹬。

注意挤压腹肌。

在腹部控制下缓慢下放双腿直至药球轻触地板。

重复。

双杠直腿旋转：

怎么做双杠直腿旋转：

弯曲手肘，使小臂放在双杠器械的辅助垫上，背部贴紧靠背。

双脚并拢自然垂下并伸直。

手臂发力稳定身体，保持双脚伸直，腹部左右旋转双腿。

左右重复。

罗马椅单侧紧缩：

怎么做罗马椅单侧紧缩：

侧卧在罗马椅上，左侧大腿外侧放在椅子上面的辅助垫上。

左脚踝上侧卡在椅子下面的辅助垫上。

弯曲手肘，使双两手掌置于脑后，手肘向两侧指出。

右腿向外侧伸直，这是起始姿势。

腹肌发力抬起右膝盖，并向右侧卷起上半身直至右手肘靠近右膝盖。

注意在顶部挤压腹肌。

在腹肌控制下返回起始姿势。

hi anon you have no idea how much fun i had doing this

ok first for dream: he has a strong jaw, a round face and dark eyebrows

on the left: holbrooks aka the most popular men's sunglass. like every outdoorsy suburban dad owns a pair. they're square so they'll make his jawline pop and they're made for wide faces so they'll be comfortable too also these ones are green and i think he'd like them :]

on the right: the sutros. these are a pick for both dream and sap bc while they scream I'm Straight And I Like Football they're also oakleys and are made for guys with dream's face shape so they'll fit really good and frame his face really well. also i think sap would think they look cool and buy them bc of that lmao

on the left: the dolce plastic aviators that i have wanted for a literal entire year. they're big and wide and they will look really good with dream's jaw. a lot of people like the classic rayban aviators but 60's, 70's, and 2000's retro is in rn and the plastic will last a lot longer and look more stylish

on the right: one of my favorite pairs of pradas like its hard to see in the screenshot but the sides are teal and yellow which would look SO COOL with dream's hair and eyes and skin tones. also they look kinda funky at first (retro babey) but like. my brother tried these on and they looked SO GOOD its not fair and my brother looks fairly similar to dream in hair eye skin tone etc so i think dream would absolutely slay in these.

for sap he still has a very masculine face shape (strong jaw, dark eyebrows) but it's slightly more angled than dream's jaw so i wanted to highlight that higher cheekbone in my choices

on the left: some classic wayfarers, sap def has a smaller face than dream but still very masculine and these would highlight that while also giving him a very simple, classic look. these i think fit his personality more than anything (which is surprisingly important for sunglasses)

on the right: traditional clubmasters are going to be a really similar look to wayfarers but because they're part metal, they'll give a little more shape to his face and the softer edges will bring out his higher cheekbones

on the left: burberry percys which are going to be similar to the wayfarers in that classic look that draws out all his features nicely and i chose this pair specifically because of the slight slant at the bottom to make his jaw line look really good (also the tortoise color will compliment his hair really well)

on the right: burberry eldons which are a pair i personally got very recently and are part of the newest burberry line. they're the bigger more masculine version of the small, square, and dark sunglass trend and the square look will contrast with his round cheeks and softer nose to give a cool balanced look

for george i didn't pick nearly as many but he has an oval shaped face and nice dark hair and he can grow a bit of stubble which means the entire sunglass world is at his fingertips. like oval shape faces fit basically anything (although disclaimer i don't think the round glasses he was wearing during name your price were the pair For Him SORRY BUT HE'D LOOK BETTER IN SOMETHING MORE SQUARE) but yeah i think if he wanted to go for more masculine shapes, sap's picks would also look really good and i think the pradas in dream's picks would look fucking amazing on him like colors. shapes. EVERYTHING

on the left: prada 17ws aka the tiktok sunglasses aka the bad bunny sunglasses aka the pete davidson sunglasses etc etc but i think these would look really good on George like they're trendy but they're the 60's and 2000's retro with the thick sides that make everything Stand Out. george is made of contrasting cooler color tones with his paler skin and dark hair and eyes and this pair will only highlight that

on the right: the gregory peck oliver peoples sunglasses that I've only ever seen irl once when i fixed them for a lady (i think i swooned when i saw this pair) the style is round but not too round just enough so that it gives some contrasting edges with george's oval face and the round lenses that stand out. the bridge esp has a more traditionally European look that you'll see in persol glasses but the pair as a whole is understated and classic
