Finally done with the comic strips for the BLEACH fancomic as I was forced to finish it all tonight because I got a mini heart attack earlier when the file where majority of the comic strips are, caused IbisPaint to crash TWICE, and I had to wait for a while to restore it (thankfully the file was restored aaaaaaaaaaa)
Final page count: 56 pages including text-based non-comic strips pages (which I will work on tomo-- later after I get some sleep)
Cover and title reveal next week, and here, have a Shūhei being a cute lil' ray of sunshine uwu

"Do It Yourself," by Stanley and Janice Berenstain. Mid-century DIY gags, complete with wood paneling.
Before they created the Berenstain Bears, Stan and Jan Berenstain created a series of family-centered comics for McCall's Magazine.
These strips originally appeared in the mid-50s. They were collected in 1963 in IT'S ALL IN THE FAMILY.

Sometimes there's a little thing about a character onscreen that fandom makes into a bigger deal than it canonically is; they mention liking a particular snack and we imagine them eating it every day, or they enjoy a song and we make it their personal theme tune, or there's simply an item visible in their home and we decide it's their favourite thing. It can get a bit silly and excessive but
the obvious exception is little things that I personally find funny to go all in on
and "Eddie Munson likes Garfield" is one of those

From ha.com...
Raving Dove tries to keep the tribe fired-up for war, but is having more trouble just keeping them up. You can see Frazetta's hand in the lovely Raving Dove.
