Back on my meal plan game. Chicken sauteed in olive oil, Basil, garlic powder and onion powder. Added to chickpea Banza pasta with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and broccoli. The sauce is butter, herbs, and core power vanilla milk. Made the sauce separately, then added it to the cooked pasta, first coating that before adding the pasta to the sauteed vegetables. Quick tip: don’t cook the pasta all the way through, leave it al dente as it will continue to cook with the dish as it is combined together.

Movement: no, but a scheduled rest day
90oz Water: I didn’t really track water today but I assume it did not happen
Caloric Deficit: ✅
8 hours sleep: no, short by 10 minutes
10,000 steps: ✅ 11,900!
Was booked solid again today but I knew this ahead of time and had planned on a rest day. Thrilled I still managed to get my steps without a formal walk or workout.

Caloric Deficit: no. I had 3 sandwiches today. All 3 meals. Sandwiches
7-8 hours: ✅
10,000 steps: no.
I need to be better about tracking my water, and didn’t get my steps in. I also went off the rails with my food. Not too terrible but it certainly won’t help. I didn’t hit my goals today. Super busy day and not enough sleep. Back to my routines tomorrow.

Spring 75: Day 17
HMW: no, and I did have the time this morning.
Movement: no, and again, I did have the time this morning.
90oz of water: no. I usually have 30oz before I leave the house in the morning and had none. Did get in my usual 40 at work though.
Calorie Deficit: ✅
7-8 hours sleep: no. 6h 53m. Stayed up an extra hour instead of going to bed at my usual time. Woke early, like really early and read for awhile on my phone. The book is exciting but I’m exhausted and make bad choices when I’m tired.
10,000 steps: no, and again, I could have. I had the time this morning and did not stick to my plan. Motivated to stick to the plan tomorrow.

7-8 hours sleep - ✅
Caloric Deficit - no.
90oz water - maybe 70oz
10,000 steps - no! I did a home strength workout and 30 minutes on the elliptical but still somehow did not make it to 10,000 today. I wonder if my watch counted the elliptical, honestly I’m not sure. I am sure I found some chocolate cake and macaroons today that put me over my caloric limit. I need to do better there but I’m proud I worked out even though I was stuck at home all day.

Movement: no. This is on me. I almost pressed play on today’s MWH workout but then thought I would make it to Barre later, which I didnt. So no work out today unfortunately.

Not getting enough sleep really messed me up. I wasnt able to make it to barre, I wasnt able to get myself going. I gained 8lbs on our vacation, I need to get back on track to drop that back down.

Trying to commit to finishing strong. There’s just a ton of snack food lying around, I’ve been powerless. I also need to pay better attention to my water intake as well. i was SO thirsty today! It was wild. Wrestling with the very real possibility that I will need to start getting up earlier to fit in all I need to.

I did well today! It was making the time for my movement and walk that really made the difference. We also went shopping all day which helped with steps!
