Az çok anlamışsınızdır beni... Öyle enerjilere, manifestlere, olumlamalara, meditasyona falan inanan biri değilim. Daha doğrusu değildim. Bir süredir araştırıyorum de deniyorum. Gerçek mi değil mi diye. Birkaç farklı kanal buldum ve takip ettim. İlgimi gün geçtikçe çekmeye başladılar. Eski attıklarımdan çok negatif ve hayattan nefret eden biri olduğumu da farkedebilirsiniz. Ama artık öyle değil. Negatifliğim gün geçtikçe azalıyor ve pozitif bir insana dönüşmeye başladım. Hayatı hâlâ sevmiyorum ama eskisi gibi durmadan ölmek istemiyorum. Çünkü bu hayatı kendimize biz zehir ediyoruz. Hiç kimsenin hayatı mükemmel değil! Berbat şeyler yaşadınız, yaşadım evet ama bunları daha da berbat yapan şey biziz. Hep evrene negatif enerji gönderiyoruz. Beynimiz ve evren de öyle istediğimizi düşünüp bize negatif olaylar yaşatıyor. Ama eğer olumlu enerji gönderirsek beynimiz hem olumlu şeyler seçiyor hem de evren bize olumlu olaylar gönderiyor. Arkadaşlar gerçekten inanın.

Ritüel falan yapmıyorum ama tütsü aldım. Ders çalışırken yakıyorum güneşin ışığınıda arkama alıyorum camı açıp temiz hava ve tütsünün karışan kokusu eşliğinde ilerliyorum. İyi geliyor. Müziğe gerek kalmıyor.

Günlük on beş dakika falan kendi kendime meditasyon yapıyorum, beş dakika olumlama yapıyor ve deftere yazıyorum.
