I've been debating and debating putting these photos up as I normally don't show too much skin, and my families background, but I'm insanely proud of my weight loss so I am gonna post them... I used to weigh 235lbs, I now weigh 148lbs I'm back to my weight from the healthiest and fittest time growing up... I've worked hard and it really paid off I went from a near 3x to a women's Medium/ Large again. since the surgery the last 20 pounds melted right off as my thyroid became active again. I'm blessed to have my health back! Finally down to 150lbs again cannot believe it, since the tonsilectomy my thyroid has returned to normal and the weight continues to shed at 150 I'm wearing a size 8 I was wearing this dress before at 135lbs so guess the yoga, healthy diet, and 2.5km daily walks are paying off I feel better than I ever have after my surgery and recovery! So happy to have my favorite little red dress back! Not to mention my life and health!
