aaaa a bit ago i had my fanfic progress skewered by the realization that i probably needed to write out the details of this dumb journal thing one of the characters has cuz at the point that im writing they like showed some pages from it to everyone and if i didnt first go ahead and actually write what was in the journal then i wouldnt get to have the characters make specific mentions about stuff like wording, and their questions would have to be vague and-

and i started writing out the journals contents but then 1. i couldnt find a good song to listen to to get me in the mood and 2. help help help it feels so awkward how would this character write augh how do they phrase this sentence how do they transition between events would they keep apostrophes or use abbreviations for common phrases or

like my brain is continuously exploding, aaaaaaaaaaghhhhh, but at least im making progress i guess...???? hhhh better than nothing
