Wait, so AHS: Freakshow even has a tar and feathering scene?

All I've been able to think while watching this season has been "This isn't Carnivale". The tar and feathering kinda solidified that. Yeah, I know that there are a lot of differences, obviously, but still. Idk, maybe it's just me.
