Yeah yeah, you couldn't swear on TV in the 60s and the 90s... But the government should of passed a law legally allowing Bones McCoy and Captain Sisko to be allowed to cuss as much as they wanted. It's only right.

I was one of those people who thought it could never get better than TNG.

So, for years – almost thirty – I did not watch anything that came after it. Oh, what a mistake I made – DS9 is exceedingly the best Star Trek television ever produced. I dare say television in general. Yet, I heard another TNG loyalist say something that is so true. I'm paraphrasing here, but they said something to the extent of, "TNG needed to build that world, before DS9 could tear it down."

A bar/pub is such a great setting in television and movies. If you’re shooting on location, it’s just instant production value. You know, as long as you actually get the right amount of extras, and don’t shit the bed shooting it.
