The Big List

As far as I can tell there is no application to put my library into plain text so I’ll have to do this all manually... 1,255 Games*. Here we go (in Alphabetical)

*Actual amount is less due to hidden games and the such.

Now how did I do this? Well I used https://steamdb.info/ to get a list of all my Steam games. From there I just copied everything into Notepad++. I then deleted the easy bits (AppID, game) using find and replace. In find and replace I then used this code snippet \:.*?% and \r\n\r\n to get rid of the rest of the useless filler. From there I got this usable text. This was a lot more enjoyable than going through and typing my whole library in manually.

Various businesses in the FoE-Verse/Al Verse.

Messrs Mancy and Prince's: Fortune Emporium (dealing in Games,Fortunes,and More). Sells games(board, dice, card, role play etc. )Astronomy stuff, Herbs, Fortunes and will apraise/trade/sell gemstones. Run and owned by one Astrophel Ophiucus Mancy with assistance from a Mr. S. Prince. Has four to five other employees (can go into more detail if asked. such as Names, or what Mancy and Prince look like). One of the Protagonists (Cassandra Sibyl Read) being an employee and Ward to Mr. Mancy.

Bacon and Elric Prosthetics. Prosthetic company founded by a Mr. Bacon and a Mr. Alkinous Elric. Provide excellent Prosthetics, of a variety of metals but only payable by the particularly affluent. Those who can not pay outright (time, weight of materials) generally will work off the debt over time (still being payed particularly well). Originally founded some time in around the US Civil War in....probably New Jersey. Has connections to the Ring Market. Only ones who get free Prosthetics are works for Bacon and Elric, Vetrans (an insistence of Bacon's). The Prosthetics are generally non magical, but there are those who have managed to get Magical Prosthetics with the Bacon and Elric seal. Of course, the FoE has their own imedi means of accessing Prosthetics...

Wise Man's Dream. A peculiar book shop that happens to wander about where it likes. only fixed place is in the FoE's Grand Library. Often ran by a Miss G.M. Elric and some others.

Cottage o Wonders: An odd Tourist trap(think something akin to the Mystery Shack) that seems to appear all over the place. Whichever place it is, there will be informative display of Local Cryptids. Seemingly run by a peculiar ecentric answering to the name of Alaire or 'Mr. E' (has said it might mean Ellery...but that's not it). Who will excitedly discuss Cryptids for hours. Seems to have some part time help. As far as anyone can tell Alaire lives in said Cottage all on his own, though he insists otherwise. The Cottage sells Cryptid memorabilia and the like, Books, nick knacks, etc...also Fireworks. Very excellent Fireworks. Most think Alaire is wearing a costume to act out a part....but is seen out and about dressed exactly the same...Known to Drive an old fashioned all black Dusenburg when he's seen driving.

These businesses being public and known if not exactly well known. Bacon and Elric, the most well known. Mancy and Prince's seems to only be in one place at a time. Wise Man's Dream and The Cottage o Wonders being fairly out of the way places not easily found...

The FoE, the Eldritch Fellows, and involvement in Arthuriana...

So...doubling down on The FoE beginning some time prior to all that Arthurian stuff going down...best think about how staples relate and to what degree the Eldritch Fellows and the FoE have to do with it( whether some are more concerned elsewhere in the world). Arthur. Still Arthur, raised by Sir Ector trained by Merlin, half brother to Morgan Le Fay...that’s all unchanged. Only notable thing is that after all that business with Mordred and dying and stuff he’ll be married off to Queen(Empress?) Gloriana of Faerie. Said marriage being arranged by Alyss and Morgana prior to Arthur’s becoming King...as part of a treaty with Faerie and Elfphame so they don’t outright conquer everything in the world. Morgana: will be human, not the mother of Mordred but his aunt twice over (Arthur and Morgouse), still magical. The Convent she was sent to will truly be an Academy for the FoE (one of two at the time). She’ll still learn all the Arts and Sciences, being really into Astronomy (probably Alan’s favorite student since she was more interested in the Astronomy then the Demonology). And still super adept with Magic and stuff. Will have been a part of the meeting where her brother is promised as a future husband to the Faerie Queen Gloriana. Will follow the tract of mostly antagonistic towards Arthur, still hating G...I can never remember how to spell her name right! Gwen...till remaining good. Not sure what she does after Arthur’s death and second Marriage. Might run the Brocéliande Academy...might stick around Avalon...as an Advisor to her little brother I don’t know. Avalon. Being the Isle of Apples, Algimantas May keep an Orchard or two here for his Idunnian and Hesperidean apples. Will likely serve as the Capital Kingdom of Gloriana’s Piece of Faerie. Will likely be a means of going to and from Faerie from the regular world. Albus has a Light House on Avalon...because. Merlin: Not sure with Merlin...might have him be one of the Eldritch Fellows themselves (Alfr, Aldread, and even Alaire are possibilities)? Or...given how going by Malory he’s supposed to be the Son of the Devil or just an Incubus...might have him instead be a Son of one of the Eldritch Fellows. Likely either Alan (because of the Devil thing)...or possibly Albus (since Albus could probably be imagined as an Incubus if I’m remembering correctly what those are)? Either way this would make him Cousin to the Queens of Faerie and Elfphame, as well as cousin to Alyss. Lady of the Lake: um....hm. Possibly just a simple Fairy...possibly actually Murdann (Finwife and wife to Albus)? Hm...Nah. Just a Fairy belonging to Gloriana’s Court. Arthur’s Arsenal: mainly considering The Sword in the Stone, Excalibur, and Carnwennan. The former two probably made by Albus at Merlin’s request. Carnwennan by Alaire, and Algimantas dealt with making Excalibur’s special scabbard. The Holy Grail: The FoE (And Algimantas) wants it for reasons and keeps tabs on the questing Knights. Autolycus Lupin following the Grail Knights with the task of stealing the Grail once they find it( might also try nabbing the Spear of Destiny while he’s at it). The Green Knight: Green Knight is the Green Knight. One of the Old Green Men (though not a Goodfellow) and a part of Alwin’s Retinue and Hunt. Make of this what you will. Messrs. Mancy, Rappicini and Prince's Fortunes, Pharmaceuticals and more...

Messrs. Mancy, Rappicini and Prince is a Shop located somewhere or other and founded somewhere else or other (most likely either Padua, Verona, or Venice) at some time or other (post 1700s at least).

Said shop began in dealing with two things. Serving as an Apothecary...herbs, medicines, legitimate magical potions....very occasionally poisons.

Still around to the current day and still owned and operated by a Mr. Mancy, a Dr. Rappiccini, and a Mr./Dr. Prince.

In the current day and age Messrs. Mancy, Rappiccini and Prince have expanded their goods. Besides medicinals and Fortunes, They also sell Astronomy related goods (books, equipment and so on) and also a lot of Games. In fact it's primarily known as a Game sho. Board games, Cards, RPG (they have a bunch of Dice for sale) you name it. Even offers space for a couple DND groups to play at.

Current employees:

Mr. Astrophel O(Ophiuchus). Mancy (really one Alan V. Eldritch): An eccentric man most recognizable by his bizarre themed attire (can go into detail if asked) in particular his Eye Patch with a Circled Dot, a Fez barring the Monad Hieroglyphica (a Alchemical Symbol made by Dr. John Dee), his wizard looking beard...and his Stary Cape. Is the game obsessed one and made the move to expanding into selling Games and things. Is fascinated by DnD and has played a couple of times with some customers but is more often than not found to be lounging somewhere playing on the Guitar, or the stores Fotoplayer. The shop doubles as his home with house stuff in an above story Or something. Will tell fortunes for you in just about anyway with the sole exception of Living Sacrifice, or Tarot Readings. Appreciates the Art of the later but 'doesn't hold with it'.

Mr. Herbert Basilio Rappiccini: An Italian (likely from Padua or Verona) Apothecary .Assists in growing the Herbs and Plants the shop uses. In truth has been with the shop since the beginning. A student at the Fledgling Dreadrock and accompanied Alan/Astrophel Upon leaving. His daughter Beatrice also works at the shop....

Mr. S(Stolas) Prince: An often unseen gentleman who is said to be the one who appraises Gemstones. In truth, Mr. Prince is the Demon Prince Stolas who has had an agreeable contract/partnership with Alan for centuries. Often takes the form of an Owl with a Crown (serving as a sort of Shop mascot) and is almost always in the company of Mr. Mancy. When Human looks old, has an Owlish look about him thanks to some glasses. His Dynamic with Alan/Astrophel is like that of Merlin/Merlyn and Archimedes in the Sword in the Stone

Mahsa Attar: Iranian woman. Muslim, Graduated with full honors from Dreadrock University. Was invited to join the Fellowship of Eldritchicians by Overseer Sinbad Al-Amin but respectfully declined. Is not centuries old as the above founders and has been with shop for over 10 years. Probably in her mid 40s? Knows several languages, mostly involved in the Astronomy side of the Business. Has an excellent understanding of Spirits and Jinn. Has her own place of residence besides the shop.

Currently unnamed other Herbalist: A retired Eldritchician...still figuring out her background....

Phineas Phontinos: Completely regular guy in his 50s that just really loves Stars. Is completely blind to any and all Supernatural goings ons in the Shop. Could see Stolas change from an Owl to a Mind and only notice that Mr. Prince is now in the room, must have walked down stairs. Usually runs the register.

Cassandra Sibyl Read: A young Half Demon (I think the word is Cambion) who was told to seek out Messrs Mancy, Rappiccini and Prince when her parents faced some terrible trouble. Found her way there. Is now basically adopted by Astrophel. Helps with most aspects in particular the Games section and the Fortune Telling. Has some legitimate Precognitive abilities. Has learned most methods of divination, but really enjoys Tarot cards. Ends up deciding to join the FoE rather than attending Dreadrock. More on her later. Ask away? Stupid charac

Protagonists and their cohort and stuff...

As mentioned before, the FoE academies teach for Five Years. 26 in a year separa into Cohorts of 13 (Smaller class sizes?). With the exception of Dom Daniel which only accepts 13 students for a year(possibly the same for either Leeds and Kidd Academy or Tomoko Academy). Protagonists for this thing will be entering their first year blah blah...for a variety of reasons.

Perdita Alunni: Still figuring her out, but basically got on the FoE's radar when it was noticed she has skill in Making. figuring out her whole thing still.

Rei Arashi: Practically raised within the FoE, Rei Arashi is the adopted daughter of Preternatural Intelligencer Tomomi Arashi. Rei has natural Albinism (unlike most other white haired characters whose hair is white for different reasons), can see and communicate with Ghosts. Plays an instrument of some sort (still figuring that out). Came along with variou trick Umbrellas given to them by their mother. Has occasionally interacted with Faeries (due to Tomomi occasionally leaving Rei in the care of Rosemary Goodfellow) and from those interactions picked up a habit of not writing their name consistently. Though there are 5 writings she regularly uses and three favorites. The Second oldest in the Cohort (mid to late 20s ish). Knows Aled and Acrasia.

Acrasia Pendragon: Ninth child of Queen Gloriana and her consort Arthur Pendragon. Joining the FoE with recommendation from her aunt, former Headmistress of Archimag Academy Morgan Le Fay. Has Mist grey Mothlike Wings. Has a Wand that's a silver branch, a Faerie Pistol, and a Book gifted to her on her naming day that's full of how to make potions and stuff. Loves turning people into animals and back for fun.

Aled of Faerie: Son to Queen Titania and her consort Oberon. Has Antlers, Moth Wings of Blue and purple. A Trouble maker at heart, young Aled has three magical gifts. A Living Shadow, a Selfswinging Sword of Thunderbolt Iron, and what the FoE recognizes to be a 'Hide and Seek Ring'. On good terms and supportive to his cousin Acrasia. He or she might have a crush on Rei. Was recommended by Inteligencer Rosemary Goodfellow.

Rubedo Kleinmann: Seemingly a son to One of the Kleinmann family. Rubedo is short and somewhat frail. Reccomended by multiple Kleinmann Eldritchicians. Breaking with Tradition of the Kleinmann family by not attending Dreadrock University and joining the FoE at the earliest chance. Youngest of his cohort at...17? Or something.

Omer Adams: A Half Giant, both good with animals, baked goods, and mechanically minded. Omer 'ran away'(given full support by everyone there) from the circus his Family (Mom(the Giant Gerlinde) Dad (Cain) elder brother Abel and sister Eve) works for 'Mr. E Fantastic Phantasmagoria'. only one against him joining the FoE was Mr. E (or his 'Uncle Algernon'himself and that was mostly petty annoyance). limited Shapeshifting and illusion based magic.

Casandra Sibyl Read: A Cambion (half demon child) With some shapeshifting and Prophetic Abilities. Cassandra's demonic heritage shows up in horns, a tail, and purple skin (basically a Tiefling?) and Eyes that are like full moons yet not blind? Ward to 'Astrophel O Mancy' owner and proprieter of Mancy's Emporium for Fortunes, Herbs, Games and more. Joined the FoE after a particular game night with Mancy and her coworkers. one Co Worker insisting Cassandra join the FoE, another saying she should go to Dreadrock...Cassandra ultimately deciding to join the FoE. With both a recommendation from her former Eldritchician Coworker, and another from Mancy himself. Was given several gifts on leaving. a bag of Dice for gaming. A Tarot Deck Hand made by Mr. Mancy (he doesn't hold with Tarot, but Cassandra enjoys doing readings among other methods of Divination), a Telescope(for stargazing) and reminding Cassandra to keep up on her Violin Practice. And a silver ring with some writing on it. accompanying Cassandra is an Owl that always accompanied Mancy. Stolas. tumblr is dumb so I guess I need a second part for the rest of their cohort.

Pondering Mottos, Symbols, and Names for Academies, Eldritch Universities and so on.

Remembered a bit ago that Mottos are a thing. Mission statements or whatever in some fancy language or other like Latin, Old English, or Persian.... So realized the FoE’s Academies should have this. On top of this, there are Symbols and things...Coats of Arms and what not that are needed. Give a sense of formality and official ness. As such. The Fellowship of Eldritchicians in General: Still figuring out what a fitting symbol is...something that encompasses what the FoE does. Motto: To Observe, study to Understand, and to Act. This will be in Greek. The to act being an amendment to the Motto of the precursor Organization (Monitors of the Mysterious, Miraculous, and Monstrous). Archimago Academy: Symbol of the Academy itself (A Silver Tower) with a Quill and book (study and Understanding) Sword (Action), and Cloak/blanket (concealment/comfort)? Still working on it. The Tower is the main thing. Will have a Grey Phoenix on top with Mistletoe in its beak. Dom Daniel: Motto...no idea. Something about secrets learning them and not implementing them? It’s motto will be Symbol A Dragon encircling a Book with a crossed Axe and Staff on it’s cover. Beowulf Academy: Motto, to stand between and before the Mundane and the Monstrous. Will be in Old English. Symbol, A sword crossing with a Monstrous Arm over an upward spear (of Roman or Danish make?) and this all on a Shield. Suleyman Academy: Motto, go where there be dragons and learn your place (still figuring it out) Symbol. A Steel grey Compass Rose, and probably some kind of supernatural creatures for each of the cardinal directions? Currently unnamed Russian (or Polish? Not sure) Academy: Motto, Learn with understanding and respect in all things(working on it). Symbol...Witch House with a Grey Wolf, and a sword...? Currently unnamed Academy in Japan: Motto, Divine the situation and act accordingly. Symbol. A Scarecrow dressed in the grey coat, glasses, and hat of an Eldritchician, with a Phoenix (The Rainbow one) on one shoulder. On the ground the Scarecrow is in is the Symbol of Abe no Seimei (who had a hand in the founding of this particular Eldritchician Academy), and two White Foxes. One is sleeping, the other is climbing up the Scarecrow to play with/annoy the perched Phoenix. Not sure about having a seventh Academy or where to put it. Will probably have a Seventh one. But I’ve no clue where to put it. Dread Rock University. There’s is a tricky one. Motto: To Teach, to Learn, to Control, and the Help. Symbol, Dee’s Monad Hieroglyphica within the Squared Circle symbol of the Philosophers Stone. Also within it is Dee’s 007 signature. This is flanked ‘at the shoulders’ by one of those Burning Wheel Angels to one side, and the Demon Stolas on the other. The Angel’s eyes all focussed on the Philosopher Stone thing, while Stolas is off looking up (presumably into the stars). All this being by a Silvery Ouroboros So yeah. There’s that? A number of ramblings concerning Dreadrock University

A secret University (?) founded some time around the later 1500s to the turn into the 1600 Founded by the Eldritch Fellows Aldread V Eldritch and Alan V Eldritch. Old Dread and Little Rock respectively, thus Dreadrock. They were convinced to do so by their pupil and one of the future Teaching Masters Doctor John Dee. The curriculum of Dreadrock includes: Grammar, Logic, Rhetoric, Arithmetic, Geometry, Music(every student is expected to be proficient in some musical instrument by the end of their tutelage) and Astronomy (the two Eldritch Fellows were both insistent on including Astronomy). But aside from these classical Liberal Arts, Dreadrock also teaches Languages of all sorts (with the exception of animal languages), Alchemy (and the various reasons for it...with a recent turn to finding Universal Cures rather than), Medicine, Angels (the Summoning of, communication with, and other such things) and Demons (Summoning, communication(how to safely talk with demons/get information from them), protection, binding, etc). The later two being Aldread and Alan’s respective fields. Every now and then there might be a class on Necromancy...but it is rare. Dreadrock University is on good terms with the Fellowship of Eldritchicians and it isn’t uncommon for Alumni of Dreadrock to seek to join the Fellowship, or for accomplished Eldritchicians to attend a Class or two. Dreadrock is on decent terms with The Hermitage. Has hostilities with and denounces the Faustian Institute. Staff of Dreadrock includes: the aforementioned John Dee (master of Geometry, master of Angelic Communication, Alchemy, part time Master of Astronomy), as well as other historical figures such as Marry the Prophetess (Master of Alchemy, and other subjects?), Cleopatra the Alchemist, Others include Members of the Kleinmann family. Azoth Kleinmann as Master of Demons (taking over when Alan stepped away from official teaching) and Medicine, Hermes Kleinmann as Master of Music, and Alchemia Ariel Kleinmann as the Master of Angels(the subject), Linguists Headmistress of Dreadrock. All the subjects have a Master teaching it. With some subjects having other teachers and tutors as needed. Hermes had been an accomplished Eldritchician before joining the staff of Dreadrock. Other Kleinmann family members (Midas) have not been a part of the staff but studied for a year or two in between Eldritchician duties. Panacea Kleinmann was Master of Medicine, but stepped down and now works for the FoE. Rubedo Kleinmann is an interesting case as he has gone to join the FoE and seemingly has no intention of continuing on to Dreadrock. Aldread and Alan were much involved with the Running and teaching of Dreadrock but due to a variety of reasons stepped down as Duel Head masters. Of the other Eldritch Fellows, Algimantas is the most frequent visitor aside from Aldread and Alan. He comes by to see if any students has the knack for Making, and then haggle over taking them on as Apprentices or some such. How one goes about applying to study at Dreadrock...I currently don’t know. Finding it is the real difficulty. Make of this what you will. Al, the Chronographing Cottager and Prince of Naming

I would very much be interested in your ocs

Very well.

Let me preface that a lot of these Fellows came to mind after I reached the thought of ‘hey, what if I took how people joke about me being some Eldritch entity that existed before time, space, and the universe, and ran with that? So some of these guys are more self inserty than others. All the fellows I’m about to mention are close to being the same person..or to put it a better way...they are existential echoes or perhaps facets of a greater Eldritch entity...with all of them sort of galavanting about existence, across universes and things.

One OC has some connection to the OCs of @lint-roll with their permission and following their suggestion...and I’ve been badgering them about these fellows for like a week or more.

One last bit of backstory before going into The OCs Proper if you’ll allow. Long ago one of these fellows took the Name of Alaric( meaning Ruler of All) and made himself a King with a Crown, Silvery Robes, and a Flaming Sword...he ruled over a whole world...there was an uprising and Alaric was slain. In response to the killing of their Fellow the rest of the ‘Als’ rained Eldritch vengeance on the world over which Alaric ruled. There were some survivors..but more on that later. With that said..and poorly explained I imagine..on to the OCs in question.

Algimantus Varius Eldritch: A strange fellow. Tallish, clean shaven. His signature outfit is Grey pants, Ultramarine suspenders, a salt white shirt, a Vibrant Green Long Coat (imagine Fagin’s Coat from Oliver! Or Nepeta’s Coat from that Homestuck thing), a Bowler hat, and Circular glasses of an Amber color. And of course a finely made Cane (because just about every character of mine must have the aesthetic of Cane, Coat, and Hat) Algimantus is generally polite, if a bit eccentric, and at times purposefully ignores context clues of conversations if he thinks some fun can be had with the words (even if he’s the only one who finds it funny). He looks human to be sure...but there are times...such as when he smiles a certain sort of smile, and his eyes take on a friendly glare that his Eldritch nature is glimpsed. He is a procurer, purveyor, trader, and occasional maker of Items of Mystical, Magical, Occult, and a generally Eldritch nature. He tends to cary his wares in one of those huge salesman suitcases (like in the Music Man) which reads ‘‘Eldritch’s Emporium of all things Eldritch). He has also been known to hold things in his hat. He is fond of showing off his wares, be it an ever changing set of magical rings, or a Phoenix feather Quill (perfect for writing secret messages) in his Hat. His merchandise is sold for either ludicrous amounts of money, traded for something of interest, or sold for something less material (for example a coat of perfect stealth in exchange for a person’s whisper).

The bit of merchandise he is most proud of though is his Pen Dragons. Beautifully crafted pens that turn into little Dragons. He always has his own Pen Dragon (One Estragon Alaric Pen Dragon, called Alaric) with him. A beautiful thing of Silver.

Pen Dragons: a note on Pen Dragons. They are made, not by binding the soul of a Dragon to a Pen as you’d imagine but rather a process is performed which results in the Existential echo of a Dragon, The Dragonness left in a place where a Dragon has been for a long time, and that Dragonness manifests in the Pen York become a Pen Dragon. Alaric as an example of Pen Dragonness is primarily used for writing is an avid book Wyrm. He will collect words and bits of info like his own hoard. Alaric is also very jealous of Algimantus’ Phoenix Quill and takes every opportunity available to get rid of it.

At one point Algimantus learns of a circus performer who has managed to make Pen Dragons of her own. Algimantus has searched for this person since the means of Manifesting Existential echoes is a skill he invented and only ever shared with his Fellows. He hopes to make this person a Potential Apprentice of sorts.

Pen Aluni : The Potential Apprentice in question. Has some skill in enchantment,and drawing. Foundling of a circus where she participated in a Magic act. One day after a show involving a Dragon Skeleton she suddenly has a bunch of Pencils turning into little dragons running amok..only for them to be subdued by a silver small dragon...and to top it off some weirdo in a green Coat has shown up offering her an Apprenticeship for reasons.... I don’t know much about her character yet at present. Apologies. Her last name (meaning student ) was thought up by Algimantus. Turns out she is a survivor of the Kingdom of Alaric...

On to other Als.

Alan V Eldritch: This short fellow is prone to gambling of all sorts. Wears an Ultramarine Coat, brown corduroys, and a dull red shirt. Bowler, and a cane suited for whacking and keeping people at bay. He is commonly found conning people with that shell game thing. He is perhaps the most intentionally cruel of his fellows and takes great enjoyment in the minor and major sufferings of existence, humanity in particular. He and Algimantus do not get along exceptionally well. He has an attempt at a goatee which he swears makes him look Puckish.

Algernon V. Eldritch: Imagine a Circus Ring Master. Leave him bald, and give him a obviously fake and ludicrous mustache. Make him a bit heavier around the middle than most of his fellows and you have Algernon. He has continually tried to entertain people...and has continually failed for one reason or another. Before starting a Circus his business was that of a Fool and Gesture with the mannerisms of said profession never really leaving. Meaning he will not shut up and speak his mind no matter who its to. More so than the rest of his fellows.

Alfur and Aldread: ‘the Twins’ these two have continually set up shop as royal advisors of opposing kingdoms and have treated the wars of said kingdoms as a personal game between them. Alfur is notable for having straight hair, and wizardly robes and staff. Aldread is more of a John Dee inspired Alchemist Spy advisor. The two look practically identical save the one dresses in Blue, the other Orange. Not sure which is which.

Alfwin V Eldritch: Alfwin is the one among his fellows who has the most knowledge and closest friendship with the Elves (anywhere). Don’t know what his colors are. But I know the Elves know him, and his fellows collectively as ‘‘The Eldritch One’.

Albus Viggo Eldritch: Albus stands out with pale skin white hair and all black ensemble including Greek Fisherman’s Cap and a Peacoat. Albus’ Cane is a Cane Sword with a Kraken looking Handle. He also has Rapier about his person. Albus manages a number of Lighthouses and offers shelter and housing to the Spirits of those who die at Sea. He will often sing with his ghostly house guests, and they will usually follow him when he leaves his Light Houses for elsewhere. He has a huge Sailing Ship called the Alexandria, and has some control over the Weather able to make Zora dissipate Tempests and the like. Albus is perhaps the kindest of his fellows and is not one for Cruelty unless truly deserved. Also, I’m am told due to his pale complexion and habit of sword fighting ghosts he is sexy. The Ghosts all call him ‘Captain Jones’ with the earliest having mistaken him for Davy Jones and it just stuck. Albus is the most open about feeling horribly guilty for his part in the destruction of Alaric’s Kingdom. He made sure to ferry what survivors he could away from the Vengeance of his Fellows.

Alvis V Eldritch: Alvis is Grey. His clothes, his attire, his pet Owl, all Grey, everything save his skin (and he did try that for a while). Alvis, while not necessarily the oldest of his Fellows, has made the conscious decision to look Old. He walks with a wooden Staff, and has a large book with him at all times. He is the only one of his fellows to keep track and tabs on all the others. The rest usually go about their business meeting up on occasion. Alvis’ own business is a book store. He had played with the idea of a Library...but decided on a bookstore for one reason or another. His Bookstore can be found in many places. Almost anywhere, though you’re unlikely to meet him there. He often will sleep in the back, or reading and will often have some hired help manage things. Only getting him if someone wishes to buy from the more Eldritch sections. That knowledge costs knowledge and the knowledge given is lost forever to the buyer. As is the knowledge of having lost it. Alvis is the All Wise, he knows near everything. He and one other fellow are closest in true Eldritch nature to that Fellow of which they are mere aspects, echoes, and facets. He is not unkind, nor kind, he can be helpful but he doesn’t talk too often. All the other fellows show proper respect to Alvis. He does not know the Future...but if a thing is known..Alvis no doubt knows it. He keeps a Pen Dragon which Algimantus gave him..and a Pet Owl. No one is sure where the Owl came from. It might have just flown in one day and Alvis decided to keep it. No one is mean to Alvis’s Owl. Alvis will give info to his fellows if he thinks it will help..and he can keep Secrets. He and Albus instantly recognize Pen for what she is.

Lastly there is Alastor. When Alaric was slain the Fellow felt it as a searing pain. In retaliation he had all the fellows fall down upon the Kingdoms of Alaric and destroy it and everyone who played a part in the slaying of Alaric. Alastor, dressed in rags, not bothering with a face, and only barely attempting anything close to a human guise is the remaining vengeance personified. Alastor does not smile, nor laugh. He does not run, nor take interest in the Eldritch peculiarities of existence as his Fellows do. Alastor only searches for those who showed they could hurt him...and eliminate them with the same sword of Alaric’s which proved to be his undoing.

So...there’s all that.

Hope that’s sufficient. There will be more of course. I am writing/planning the writing of a thing which should show Algimantus making little Alaric the Pen Dragon.
