We're at the early stages of the refurbishment of our space in Watford. Stay tuned and see how we turn this empty shell into one of the best boxing facilities in the UK.
The women's classes are picking up nicely and all of the attendees are loving it. 😁
👉 We've still got spaces for women so if you haven't registered yet, don't leave it too late. ⏰📋
🥊 We've got a new piece of kit that will no doubt add some variety to the sessions. The BoxingBar is great for blocking, ducking, counter punching, footwork, improving hand & eye co-ordination, stamina, fitness, drills & circuit training.
😊 We've got a nice write-up in the latest edition of "Raring2Go" magazine. The publication is said to reach 18,000 families with WD post codes so many of you can expect to see a printed copy soon.
We had a very insightful and important visit from Herts Police CYP Gangs and Schools Team recently. We truly appreciate the support of the local police in helping to guide our youngsters and highlighting the negative effects of violent crime.
Special thanks to PC Phil Jarvis (PC 1134) and all the other officers who dedicate their time to the "Lives Not Knives" campaign. 👏👏
Some pics from a few of our recent sessions 🔥
We couldn't have wished for a better start to our schedule with all classes fully booked. A very big thanks to all who've attended so far. 👍
Watford Council Supporting West Herts ABC 👊💯
Here's a great little video that the council produced after their trip down to the club last month. Enjoy! 😁🥊
Big things are planned for West Herts ABC. Great to have Wola, Roberto Rudie and Khalid Ali visit our club recently to discuss their latest project. West Herts ABC are delighted to be a part of their plans. We are all fighting the same battles for justice, equality, diversity and promoting good mental health. Standing together with the disadvantaged members of our communities, we can and will make a difference. That's about as much as we can say at this stage but watch this space.
