Desde hace tiempo he querido convivir un poco más con el fandom ✨ así que se me ocurrió una pequeña actividad… ¿ustedes tienen headcanons de quien le podría dar voz a cada quién?

Grif: Brick's the cook of Red Team so it'd make sense Grif would like him, especially cause he makes extra servings just for him. Sometimes as favors, most times just cause Brick thinks it's part of the job

Sarge: Sarge likes someone who follows orders, and Brick does so without any questioning (most times), even when it comes running into battle as a test of how dangerous it might be for him. He does as told, which makes him easy to like for Sarge.

Simmons: (Going after Sarge for context purposes) He's annoying, insufferable even! The only good thing is that taking orders extends to even Simmons too, which means he's not the only one cleaning around the base. But it doesn't make any of it better!

Donut: Roommates, they arrived on the same day and are kinda one-sided best friends (on Brick's part, Donut thinks of him as just a friend). Doesn't stop them from making mostly one-sided hangouts.

Lopez: (Text; The only other multilingual here and he can't even speak Spanish. Whats the point?) Least sufferable human on the team on account of barely talking unless spoken to. It's funny seeing other's react to his dirty looks, but that's about it.

??? (Tucker): Brick occassionally laughs at a joke or two, usually really bad or stupid ones, which only encourages him to do more. And it turns into a feedback loop or laughing and bad jokes that have completedly derailed from the first one. When it comes to actual conversations though, it's obvious to Tucker that he's a pretty little dense.

One of the biggest shocks from reading Trimax vol5 for the first time, after coming in from the 98anime, was the horrific contrast between Vash's destruction of July.

98 anime: the city was destroyed, but miraculously no one was killed. Resulting in a hellish aftermath where everyone (1.4mil people) fought and killed each other for survival in the fallout. Which sounds like a hugely unprecedented disaster, but all those subsequent deaths (loss of lives & livelihoods) were an indirect consequence of Vash firing his Angel Arm on Knives.

But in Trimax? :) Oho.......what a difference, where Vash's horrors are taken to the extremes in ways the 98anime could never show!

Cause everyone--ALL those kind people Vash ever knew and loved in that city were killed by his own hands! Swallowed up into the void (his 'gate') as the direct consequence of firing his forced-activated Angel Arm on Knives. (Reacting in a mix of fear, anger, hatred, revenge, or even aimed in cornered self-defense...all to get Knives to stop. At such a terrible cost.) Where everything else became unintended collateral in that moment, like an unleashed black hole tearing right through the city, causing indiscriminate mass destruction with no survivors or even any bodies left to be found. (Even Knives' body was irreparable.) Utterly and completely lost. Just like Vash's memories. Where it's no wonder he developed amnesia from the traumatic incident!! Cause OH does he SUFFER immensely for it once he fully remembers...

Where his life's long-wandering search (his original goal's 'destination') to finally confront and punish Knives for the death of Rem and causing the Great Fall in the first place, only led to another unprecedented catastrophe engulfing everyone he loves in July, but this time caused by himself! Nooooo--!

Flooded by his returning memories, his guilt, grief, despair and torment reach an inhuman degree of self-loathing and agony. (Warping to such a grotesque visual perception of himself within his own mind--cursed to bear this nightmarish reality he cannot escape or part from.) Utterly repentant for the horrific loss of life and monstrous sin against humanity his arm caused--as his greatest mistake he cannot undo, knowing that he's (already) a mass murderer who inherently wields the terrible power of death & destruction he never wanted to unleash or become!!! Not like that! ;o; (Cause just as he told Knives beforehand, "I'm not like you!" and then look what happened! Knives may hate and kill humans, but in the tragic irony and twisted reversal of that moment, Vash acting on his fear and hatred for Knives swept up and killed all those humans he loved along with it! aaaaa!!) And in Vash's distraught state of mind, fully taking the blame and responsibility for what he's done to July, how can he ever hope to atone or find peace or forgiveness for that....

(Cause he knows...he knows, that no matter what he does differently or how he chooses to bear the pain, the weight of all that guilt, that grief, that truth...can never escape him.)

"(I am a murderer)...All those people, those lives I extinguished...they were so kind..."

Significant even when it's described from the perspective of others, like Dr Conrad, who sees Vash having a terrifying power 'greater than anyone's ever seen or possessed' (even greater than Knives!) Zazie sees Knives & Vash as the 'natural enemies of humanity,' and even Midvalley views (them) as a 'higher existence that could will humankind's complete and utter extinction' on biblical scales of calamity...so just imagine holding all that feared power from Vash's perspective, knowing the disastrous extent and severe consequences of it being misused or going out of control again, at the risk of razing the entire world and everyone you love along with it. By naturally being a destroyer (whose very existence is a 'gun') who struggles against that by choosing to be a protector who saves instead! (No wonder Vash tightly binds and suppresses that other side of himself) And just...contending with all of that, and all that he's capable of unleashing, is the inhuman burden and reality Vash is forced to live with....

But even then, if his first confrontation with Knives at July resulted in so many collateral deaths, already breaking his promise to Rem years ago (by inadvertently killing those she sacrificed her life to save, ugh meaning his attempt to keep her memory alive and ensure her sacrifice for humanity wouldn't be in vain had already failed long ago) and his second confrontation led to Fifth Moon, then....what can Vash do the next time? Continue his usual pursuit to stop him and risk unleashing a third calamity?? What must he change in his approach, and what of his ongoing reason to live now?! Cause he can't just continue his 'send Knives to hell' mantra as his sole reason to keep on going anymore, as July already proved how attempting that backfired spectacularly, practically condemning Vash to suffer his own personal hell, intensified to the nth degree in exchange. As usual, even with the many revelations this volume, Vash still doesn't know or have any definitive answers to those questions yet. BUT by progressing the hard way even just from the little things, this becomes his ongoing struggle to figure out...

TY!!! I'm glad you're as excited as I am to show more! Again nothing changed much from how things canonically goes, the only thing that was different is HOW the canon event would go in a world that was a lot more different than the original! Along with how different the characters are designed (plus function) wise that can affect the story.

Minecraft, Influencer Arc, etc. Goes slightly different considering they aren't TECHNICALLY live in the PC persay. So I gotta wreck my head a bit to try make them fit in a sci-fi AU like this one

The only arc that was made up (that are not canon in the OG series) is the Ending Arc and oh boy am I excited to break some hearts :))

How do you feel about RT'S rule of having one trait only for faunuses?

So if I recall...this condition was created due to limitations for the team, and I don't mind it honestly. They turned a technical limitation into a creative one, and I'm all for character designs like that. You only have ONE animal trait to play with so what will that lead to?? It's fun. Good for exercising your creative muscles.

At times it does make it hard to tell who is what animal depending on which trait they give the person. Initially I couldn't figure out what faunus Adam was cause his lil baby horns are hidden in his hair. His name suggests bull but his horn say baby goat lol. But then it's also like. Comical. Like every time there's been a bunny rabbit it's always ears we see. Why just the ears? What about their tail or some paws? How about different types of ears to imply different types of rabbits? Short ears, one that's crooked, long hare ears, floppa ears.

Something I did like that they did with this was the idea of some faunus hiding their lone trait versus others who didn't. 

In Arrowfell, there's this mouse faunus named Mikado who is initially wanting to hide their ears, but is then encouraged to keep them out in the open. I know we've seen this sort of topic being explored in the main series (blake hiding her ears and velvet choosing not to), and seeing it again in this game was nice. Something that's interesting to explore every now and then.

But yeah my only thing is it would be nice to see different traits called out for an animal type. Like if someone is a bear, one faunus could have their ears, another could have paws or fangs, etc. Just diversify it a bit so it doesn't look copy paste. I don't really hold RT to much standards cause I know they don't have the money, but if they did, this would be my request on that.

I know this has nothing to do with the question asked, but are there such things as mythical/folk lore creature based faunus? Like imagine a unicorn, griffin, Selkie, fairy, etc. I mean if this is a fairytale like world then why not?

i dont trust any big scale production of animal products but i think free range organic eggs is the best i can do cause i dont know anyone with hens that can sell me eggs on a regular basis. That would be good though if i could get in contact with a small hen farm. Also are eggs bad for you im only doing this if its good for my body nothing else

The atmosphere is unusually silent. Jean stands at the edge of the ship, his gaze lost on the horizon. The gentle sway of the waves seems to reflect the flow of his thoughts. The cool wind caresses his face as he allows his thoughts to overflow.

Three years have passed since the devastating event of the Rumbling. During that time, Jean has traveled the world, exploring new lands, cultures, and people. He has seen rebuilt cities and wounds that have not fully healed. He has encountered intriguing women and shared fleeting moments with some of them. He feels grateful to be alive and to have had the opportunity to travel and contribute to building a better world. But he also feels guilty. Guilty for leaving his mother behind, for not being there to protect her. Guilty for the deaths of those entrusted to his care, lives he was forced to take in devastating circumstances. Guilty for not being able to do more to prevent the suffering and massive destruction.

As the ship approaches the main port of Paradis, memories of the past accumulate in his mind. He recalls the day they uncovered the truth about the Titans and the burden they all carried on their shoulders. He remembers the bravery and determination of his friends in the fight for freedom. The main reason for their return is to fulfill some tasks that Queen Historia had entrusted to the rest of the Alliance. They knew significant changes were happening in Paradis, and their role was crucial in rebuilding a better future. But if Jean is honest, his main motivation to set foot in Paradis again was to reunite with his mother, and deep in his heart, he couldn't help but think about Mikasa and what it would be like to see her again after so long.
