"When I first came to Eorzea and spent my time in Gridania, I thought that the Apkallu Falls were named after someone -- maybe a Lalafell named Apkallu Kallu. Turns out, they were named after a failed attempt of some Gridanian merchant to breed apkallus within the area. I'm...pretty sure I only learned that after I encountered actual apkallus during my time in Vylbrand..."

I remember this was taken somewhere near the very last days of Shadowbringers (this was my summoner glam not my RDM glam but I had clearly swapped jobs out in the wilds...) and I was hanging around Eorzea doing some small things that you do at the end of an expansion, and goofing around just full of love for the whole game. OBVIOUSLY you start hugging the wildlife in that mood!

It's always fun to line up a /hug on a creature and get it all snug and B ranks are great because they won't aggro and usually are the best looking mobs in the area. Like Bloody Mary being a ten foot tall penguin. Absolutely priceless :D

Anyway yeah, it's 100% a Lizzy Moment and not a Frog Moment.

the look of dawning realization of the loss of the free beach cheetos she was already savoring. knowing it's more polite to not take someone else's food so yes, Khasan is right, but these people had the flamin' hot variety and the limsa walmart was out of those when they went. wondering how much she can complain about it before he calls her a seagull and is entirely in the right for doing so.
