În prima zi a lunii lui Cuptor, complexul turistic Aqua Park Blue Eden și-a deschis porțile pentru musafiri și curioși, iar aceștia n-au întârziat să apară. Pe la 11 ceasuri, când codul de caniculă bătea mai abitir în termometre și buletinele meteorologice, în complex erau vreo optzeci de nemțeni fericiți. După cum creștea văzând cu ochii numărul mașinilor din parcare, se anunța o zi benefică pentru cei care, după atâta amar de vreme, au vrut să vadă gata primul aqua park din județ, Blue Eden, de la Alexandru cel Bun.

Înăuntru, suficient de multă lume cât să nu se simtă nimeni singur, în pustie, dar și suficient de lejer, cât să nu se simtă nimeni sufocat. Lumea, toată, echipată ca la ștrand. Ținută obligatorie pentru o astfel de incintă. Clienții – de toate vârstele, majoritatea tineri, dar destui și din cei aflați la a doua sau chiar a treia tinerețe.

Între ei, primarul Ion Rotaru, echipat ca pentru o zi de vacanță, era la lucru, supraveghind totul și fiind cu ochii-n patru la tot ce mișcă. Nu era singurul grijuliu, au fost zăriți, discreți dar gata să intervină dacă era cazul, viceprimarul Valeriu Lazarov, tot de la Alexandru cel Bun, precum și Constantin Oprea, administratorul societății care gestionează complexul. Privirile lor vigilente verificau aproape la minut instalațiile, ca să se asigure că totul merge bine și lumea se distrează.

Un aspirator mânuit strategic îndepărta imediat apa de pe pardoseală, în urma celor care ieșeau din bazine, lăsând totul uscat, ca afară, unde erau 40°C la umbră. Umbră era și înăuntru, dar răcoarea și bălăceala ducea cu gândul mai degrabă la vacanță decât la caniculă.

Forfota cea mai mare a fost la tobogane, deși succes nebun au avut și căzile jacuzzi, unde adolescenți și oameni în toată firea s-au bucurat ca niște copii de bulbuci.

* ”Este visul comunității”

”Îi mulțumesc lui Dumnezeu”, a spus Ion Rotaru, primarul comunei Alexandru cel Bun. ”Nu cred că am înnebunit de tot, dar vreau să pot finaliza acest vis, al meu dar nu numai al meu. Este și visul comunității, pentru că, înainte de a începe, am făcut un sondaj și am studiat piața. Am constatat că foarte mulți locuitori din comună își doreau un asemenea obiectiv, mai ales cei care au pensiuni sau o mică afacere în turism. Toți și-au manifestat interesul pentru realizarea unui asemenea complex în comuna noastră”, a adăugat acesta. Cu speranța că, de-a lungul zilei, avea să vină mai multă lume, primarul de Alexandru cel Bun încerca să mulțumească pe toată lumea. ”Mulți oameni spun că acest complex este o completare a serviciilor turistice din zonă. Capacitatea este de 200 locuri pentru adulți și 50 de locuri pentru copii, cei carcei cu vârsta până la 5 ani, care nu plătesc. După ce trece nebunia asta cu inaugurarea, vreau doar să duc la bun sfârșit ce am început. Vreau să pregătesc oamenii ca, în jumătate de an, un an, să se ocupe de tot ce e aici, de managemeuntul întregii societăți, după care eu să mă retrag. Am o vârstă, iar diabetul mă omoară”, a mai spus Ion Rotaru.

* Relaș administrativ de la Stănița

Printre cei care au testat facilitățile de la Blue Eden s-a aflat și Laurențiu Bebe Todireanu, primarul comunei Stănița. Care n-a venit singur de la granița județului. ”Din capătul celălalt al județului, am venit cu vreo 12 suflete, ca să vedem ce a realizat domnul primar Rotaru, la Alexandru cel Bun. Desigur, îl felicit din toată inima pentru acest superb obiectiv și cred că investitorii își vor recupra banii în scurt timp. Realitatea este că dezvoltarea economică a localităților rurale ține de foarte mulți factori, inclusiv de așezarea geografică și resursele locale. Dacă m-ar întreba cineva dacă vreodată s-ar putea construi un obiectiv turistic la Stănița, de o asemenea amploare și valoare, nu știu ce aș putea spune. Noi nu suntem în calea traficului județean sau național și nici nu avem o sursă de apă, așa cum este Bistrița, la doar un pas de Aqua Park. Îl felicit încă o dată pe domnul primar Ion Rotaru, un om deosebit, pe care îl cunosc de foarte mulți ani și căruia îi doresc mult succes”, a spus primarul Todireanu.

* Impresiile clienților

Ana Tiron a venit la Aqua Park Blue Eden din județul învecinat, Bacău, de la Buhuși: ”Bunicii mei sunt născuți în județul Neamț, pentru că, în urmă cu mai multe decenii, orașul Buhuși era în ținutul dvs. Am căutat tot timpul să fiu informată de ce se întâmplă în Bacău și în Neamț, am prieteni și cunoștințe în comunele Costișa, Români și Bahna. Sunt impresionată de ce văd în comuna Alexandru cel Bun și, trebuie să recunosc, județul dvs. este mult mai dotat din punct de vedere turistic decât noi. Aveți mănăstirile, Cetatea Neamț, lacul de la Bicaz, apoi Cheile și tot ce e în jurul municipiului Piatra Neamț. Nouă, celor din familia noastră, ne place apa, mergem în fiecare an la mare, iar la acest complex este cu totul altceva. Nu că vă laud, dar ăsta este adevărul: sunteți cu zece pași înaintea Bacăului, din punct de vedere turistic. La ora 8, ne-am închinat la Mănăstirea Bistrița și apoi am venit aici. Felicitări!”.

T.V., profesor în Piatra Neamț, l-a felicitat, de asemenea, pe primarul Ion Rotaru pentru a realizat aici: ”Acum este doar începutul. Cred că de acest obiectiv vor auzi foarte mulți, din județ și din Moldova. Am urmărit cu mare atenție evoluția acestei investiții și am toată încrederea că dezvoltarea turistică nu se va opri în comuna Alexandru cel Bun. Este o realizare mare și trebuie cunoscută peste tot”.

Arcadie Ifrim, venit tocmai de la Târgu Frumos, a făcut, și el comparație cu ce este în Iași: ”În apropierea orașului nostru, sunt multe iazuri, dar nu avem un loc unde să facem baie așa, ca aici. Noi suntem grădinari și ne-am rupt o zi de lucru ca să ajungem la dvs., dar nu regretăm. Despre acest centru am aflat întâmplător, în piața din Roman, și i-am promis băiatului că am să-l duc undeva, într-un loc pe care să-l țină minte multă vreme. Are rezultate foarte bune la școală și merita o excursie la Neamț, că nu este așa departe. Am să le spun și celorlalți prieteni și vecini ce-am văzut aici și am să-i îndemn să vină pe Valea Bistriței. Este foarte frumos, ne simțim ca și cum am fi în Occident”.

Botosaneanul : Nu vă mai munciți cu Parcul Cornișa !

Într-un sat se inaugurează un aqua-park de 4 milioane de euro

Ceea ce Primăria și Consiliul Local Botoșani nu reușesc de mai bine de nouă ani, de când a fost prezentat pentru prima dată proiectul, a stat în putința unei administrații publice din mediul rural.

Pe 22 iunie, în comuna Alexandru cel Bun din județul Neamț, este programată deschiderea oficială a „Aqua Park Blue Eden”. Complexul se întinde pe o suprafață de 6,5 hectare și a fost construit printr-un parteneriat public-privat în care Primăria cu 5.000 de locuitori, situată lângă municipiul PIatra Neamț, nici măcar terenul nu a fost obligată să-l pună la dispoziţie pentru efectuarea investiţiei.

este valoarea investiţiei.

Parcul acvatic a fost construit de către SC Aqua Park Blue Eden“ SA, la care Consiliul Local al comunei Alexandru cel Bun este acționar principal, prin societatea proprie, SC Serv Com AlBun SRL. “Aqua Park Blue Eden” este un complex de tratamente și recreere situat în satul Vădurele din amintita comună care se constituie deja într-un concurent cât se poate de serios pentru Parcul Regional de Agrement Turistic și Sportiv Cornișa, a cărei deschidere se tot amână de mai bine de doi ani și care își propune să atragă turiști și din celelalte județe, dar și din Moldova și Ucraina, fără de care nu ar putea să își suporte costurile de funcționare. Iată ce cuprinde parcul din Neamț: 1. PARTER:

– zona tobogane: – 1 tobogan deschis Anaconda tip spirală h=7,5 m, înclinație de 11,8 % și lungime de 65 m – 1 tobogan închis Anaconda tip spirală, cu cronometru, h=7,5 m, înclinație de 10,8 % si lungime de 67 m – 1 tobogan deschis Kamikaze h=4,7 m, înclinație de 47,6 % și lungime de 10 m – 1 tobogan deschis Family înclinație de 3,5 % și lungime de 8 m și lățime de 2,8 m – 1 bazin de aterizare 8 x 24 m, cu adâncimea de 1,3 m

– zona de bazine cu temperatura apei de 35C – 1 bazin de 450 mp, cu adâncimea de 1,3 m, prevăzut cu paturi în apă cu jeturi de aer, bar în apa, jacuzzi, și zonă prevăzută cu valuri și splitere de apă pentru hidromasaj – 1 bazin cu apa de tratament adusă de la Sovata, 80 mp și adâncimea de 0,9 m, prevăzută cu scaune – 1 bazin cu apa de tratament adusă de la Bălțătești, 40 mp și adâncimea de 0,9 m, prevăzută cu scaune – 1 bazin pentru copii tip ciupercă, având adâncime de 0,45 m, suprafața de 35 mp – 1 bazin interior – exterior de 80 mp, adâncimea de 1,3 m, cu hidromasaj – 1 bazin cu apă rece

– zona saune – 1 saună uscată, temperaturi între 40-60 C – 1 saună uscată, temperaturi între 60-80 C – 1 saună umedă cu aburi tip HamMam – 1 saună tip peșteră cu paturi de apă, temperatura 40 C

– spațiu prevăzut cu uscătoare de păr și oglinzi

– birou pentru administratorul de complex

2008 – primarul Cătălin Flutur, aflat în campanie electorală, prezintă pentru prima dată proiectul parcului de agrement 2011 – primarul Cătălin Flutur semnează la Ministerul Dezvoltării contractul de finanțare 2012 – primarul Ovidiu Portariuc anulează licitația începută în mandatul predecesorului 2013 – primarul Ovidiu Portariuc semnează contractul de execuție potrivit căruia lucrarea trebuia finalizată în doi ani 2013 – luna iunie, încep lucrările 2017 – aleșii de la municipiu au dispute violente pe marginea recepționării Parcului Cornișa, care tot nu este deschis.

Top Ten Favourite Female Seiyuu

My first one didn’t do a whole lot of justice, so I decided to have another go at it! Here we go! Time to edit this up!

I notice that I didn’t include as many female seiyuu in my honourable mentions, but that’s because I had an easier time choosing here! I kind of knew what voices I liked from the beginning. I also don’t like the really high pitched annoying characters sometimes (with exceptions), so that was taken into consideration.

Some honourable mentions that I didn’t get the chance to mention were: Yuu Kobayashi, Ami Koshimizu, Chiwa Saito, Marina Inoue, Mai Nakahara, and Mamiko Noto. I love their voices and their roles, but I haven’t watched a whole lot of them either in anime or singing. I also seem to remember seiyuu more from their characters, and it’s a real shame that there aren’t as many female anime characters that are as well developed as their male counterparts which is why I don’t remember their characters as often. But most of it is just because I haven’t watched their major work yet.

Honourable Mentions:

Sakura Ayane

I just wanted to give a shout out to her because her performance of Uraraka is amazing, and she really nails her positive personality. She plays a range of other characters (sadly I haven’t watched most of them). I’ve been impressed by her other characters as well. Niwatori in Juuni Taisen has such an innocent personality at first, and even though it wasn’t a very good anime, she gave this character a lot of life despite being a character with only one episode of development. Haru in Nisekoi was the annoying little sister nobody wanted, but I’m proud of the fact that she makes me hate some characters that she plays because I think that’s the point most of the time. Suzuka from Tokyo Ravens is another example of this. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have range though. Her role as Ryouko in Tsurezure Children surprised me. Aoi Yuuki

Range. Just range. I can’t tell it’s her ever. Just never. I originally knew her for voicing Tsuyu from My Hero Academia, but after searching her up, I realized her range. Even though I didn’t watch most of the anime she has done, just clips of it can give you the biggest shock of a lifetime. I didn’t realize she was Kayo from Erased, Madoka from Madoka Magica, Tatsumaki from One Punch Man, Diane from The Seven Deadly Sins, and Lulu in League of Legends. She apparently also games. Aya Hirano

Okay, so maybe she has fallen off the grid for a bit, but the reason for some people now hating her is really stupid. I won’t get into it, but people are allowed to have lives outside of their work. Who would’ve known? Besides that, she is a talented singer who I know for voicing Lucy from Fairy Tail and Haruhi from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. She is also known for her role as Konata in Lucky Star and Misa in Death Note. 10. Maaya Uchida

This is slightly bias because she did just such a good job playing Hiyori. I love her voice and can’t imagine anyone else playing one of my favourite characters. With that being said, I think the best role I’ve seen from her, but she has done a ton of other roles too. Takanashi Rikka from Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! is another role that stands out to me. She truly makes me want to believe alongside her with her “eighth-grade syndrome”. Alluka from Hunter x Hunter is a role I didn’t expect, but I thought for the few clips I watched it was amazing and bone-chilling. 9. Mizuki Nana

Wow. I have a hard time recognizing her too, but maybe that’s because of her incredible range. On top of being a singer, she’s a tremendously talented voice actor. I know her as the soft-toned Hinata, but she has so many other roles. I haven’t watched a lot of her more prominent roles, but I have watched her as Hakuei Ren in Magi, Lan Fan in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Kisaki in WWW.Working! She has several other roles that I haven’t watched. The reason she has been placed this high on this list is that of the range I’ve seen in her performance and that craziness of her voice. 8. Romi Park

Yes. Her range is amazing. Edward Elric was given a voice by her. She is relatable, and she’s bilingual (and possibly trilingual) too! She speaks Korean and she has studied English! I haven’t watched a lot of shows with her in it (or at least completely), but here are a few roles that you might know her from. Ganta from Deadman Wonderland, Toshirou from Bleach, Temari from Naruto, Akane from Danganronpa, Switzerland from Hetalia, Angelina from Black Butler, Hange from Attack on Titan, and so many other roles! She’s really good at singing too! She’s so talented! Side note: She often represents Arakawa Hiromu (the mangaka of Fullmetal Alchemist), and I didn’t notice until now. Wow. 7. Tomatsu Haruka

Weirdly, sometimes I have a hard time recognizing her voice. She has voiced such a large range of characters. She was one of the characters who gave me feels in Anohana where she played Anaru. I had so much fun watching a clip of Gintama’s genderbend where she played a female Gintoki. She was an independent protagonist in a shoujo as Shizuku in Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun and the Miyakoshi horrible cook who kills in WWW.Working. Other people might know her as Asuna from SAO, Megumi from Accel World, Shiro from Tokyo Ghoul, Ichika from Waiting in Summer, Rena in ReLife, Megumi from Shiki, and now you might know her as Zero Two in Darling in Franxx. But my favourite role from her is definitely Morgiana from Magi. She was such a badass, and I loved every minute with her on screen. She has so many other roles, and she sings really well too. 6. Kana Hanazawa

She has done so many characters and is really popular. I love a lot of her roles, but this list is full of only the best of the best, so number 6 isn’t that bad! I love a good number of the characters she does too. She made me absolutely despise her in Akame Ga Kill as Seryuu. She was great as Shiemi from Blue Exorcist and broke my heart a little as Kanade from Angel Beats. I loved her little side roles as Lucy from Bungou Stray Dogs and as Kougyoku Ren from Magi. Sonohara from Durarara, Natsume from Tokyo Ravens, Chiaki from Danganronpa, and Onodera from Nisekoi are just a few other roles I’ve watched from her. 5. Sora Amamiya

She voices so many cool characters! Her portrayal of Akame was awesome. I was in it since then. But like all these other actors: range. I mean, Aqua from Konosuba is a character I despise, but she plays her brilliantly and makes me hate her so much. Other characters I’ve watched her play are Elise from Bungou Stray Dogs, Natsuki in Anthem of the Heart, Elizabeth in The Seven Deadly Sins, Touka in Tokyo Ghoul, and Shiho in WWW.Working. 4. Saori Hayami

She’s so cool. I’ve seen her play Chiriko from Anohana, Himawari from Boruto, Sharyuu from Juuni Taisen, and Emi from Your Lie In April. One of her most outstanding role for me was Shirayuki. I wouldn’t have it any other way because she gives her such a feeling of elegance, humility, and innocence. But one of the best roles I’ve seen from her is as Shouko from A Silent Voice. That movie shocked me and left me absolutely stunned. Her portrayal was timeless, moving, and amazing. I was hit in the feels, and her performance along with Miyu Irino will probably stay with me forever. She sings some good OPs, but she can also scream at the top of her lungs and play some insane characters. Just look at Kakegurui. I have only seen a couple of scenes from that anime, but there are so many other roles that I want to see from her! 3. Rie Kugimiya

Okay wow. She’s amazing. Alphonse Elric has such a childish and innocent personality that was aided by her voice. She gave Taiga the perfect tsundere voice. She gives Kagura life and energy with her high-pitched voice. Those are my top three roles from her. Nobody else would ever be able to top those. Nora from Noragami is a character that I love to hate. I really want to watch her as Shana in Shakugan no Shana and as Juuzo from Tokyo Ghoul, and even though she doesn’t have as many roles that I want to catch up on, she plays three anime characters that I love. Her voice is the only one I hear when I see those three characters, and I would love to see her in other works as well. 2. Maaya Sakamoto

Holy moly her singing voice is really good. Her relationship with Kenichi Suzumura is so sweet, and I wouldn’t have found out about him if it wasn’t for her. She can play little girls, boys, and wonderfully beautiful well-developed androgynous characters. Her role in Kara no Kyoukai as Shiki sends chills down my spine. It almost distracted from the fact that I had no clue about the timeline. She portrayed the craziest Crona in Soul Eater was absolutely insane. Scherezade from Magi was another role I’ve seen from her. Nino from Arakawa Under the Bridge was so quirky and wonderful, and I loved her weirdness. Haruhi was another role from her that I absolutely loved. She was calm, talented, and played a nice protagonist that I liked compared to the rest of the main cast. But I have so much catching up to do on her other roles because she has so many! Motoko from Ghost in a Shell, Falangies from Arslan Senki, Shinobu in the Monogatari series, Ciel in Black Butler, Merlin in the Seven Deadly Sins, and Eto and Sen from Tokyo Ghoul. She is such a badass because she plays a lot of cool characters. 1. Miyuki Sawashiro

She is honestly such a nice person. I watched a segment with her and her brother. She sounds like an awesome older sister. She plays so many badass women. Bishamon is honestly such a caring badass goddess who takes in people because she wants to care for them. She is a respectable goddess who is one of my favourite Noragami characters. Celty is a mysterious biker who is also a badass. Even though she barely speaks literally in Durarara, Miyuki reads her texts perfectly. The quest to find what she has been missing is one of my favourite sides of the story. Seo from Gekkan Shoujo is an inspiration who I love to this day. She’s one of my favourite characters, and I always rewatch her scenes. I have also seen her as Kusaribe in Zetsuen no Tempest (which I didn’t really like), Isasawa in Angel Beats, Touko in Danganronpa, Ul and Ultear in Fairy Tail, and Ayane in Kimi ni Todoke. I want to watch a lot more anime with her in the future including Shion in Psychopass, Sugura in the Monogatari series, Toto Sakigami in Deadman Wonderland, Seri in K, Shane in Charlotte, Kira in Btooom, Leona in Yamada, Himeko in Kokoro Connect, Kana in Kiseijuu, and Kurapika from Hunter x Hunter. I love her voice and her singing. She apparently knows how to play the piano too. I can’t even express in words how much respect I have for her. Mult așteptatul Aqua Park Blue Eden, despre care s-a dus deja faima că e singurul nu doar din Neamț, ci din toată Moldova, își deschide, în sfârșit, porțile, bazinele și toate facilitățile la sfârșitul săptămânii, sâmbătă, pe 1 iulie.

După cum a explicat primarul Ion Rotaru, cel care s-a dat peste cap să vadă finalizată investiția în comuna sa, Alexandru cel Bun, ar fi vrut ca, la ceremonie, să se bucure și de prezența înaltelor oficialități județene, dar, dat fiind contextul politic, nu toți pot ajunge. Pe de altă parte, cerere din partea publicului larg există – la sfârșitul săptămânii trecute s-au perindat foarte mulți și s-au arătat interesați de ziua deschiderii -, așa încât Aqua Park Blue Eden se va inaugura de două ori.

Ce interesează în acest moment, cu două zile înainte de a se da liber la bazine, este că întregul complex este menit să atragă vizitatori dornici de relaxare, să-i păstreze cât mai mult la Alexandru cel Bun, dar, totodată, să-i determine să viziteze și multe alte obiective în județ.

Ion Rotaru, primarul comunei Alexandru cel Bun

Strict pentru timpul petrecut la Aqua Park, primarul Ion Rotaru spune că nu s-a precupețit niciun efort pentru a le oferi clienților tot ce e mai bun, atât în materie de condiții, cât și ca produse și servicii. Valoarea investiției se apropie de 4,5 milioane de euro. ”Nu vă spun câte telefoane, mesaje pe Facebook, câte faxuri, câte e-mail-uri am primit, cel puțin în ultima perioadă, ultima lună”, a declarat Ion Rotaru.

Primarul de Alexandru cel Bun este cel care a detaliat și costurile: ”Biletul de intrare va fi 36 lei pentru 3 ore și 70 lei pentru o zi întreagă, de la ora 9 dimineața până la ora 21. Copiii până la 5 ani nu vor plăti. Cei de la 5 la 15 ani vor plăti jumătate din costul biletului. Cel care va veni va primi o brățară cu cip și cheia de la vestiar. Va spune dacă vrea să stea toată ziua sau numai 3 ore, câți bani vrea să cheltuiască – 50 lei, 30 lei, 100 lei -, va plăti, se va înregistra pe cip și cu acea brățară omul poate merge în tot complexul, la restaurant, la bar, unde dorește. La plecare, dacă este cazul i se dă diferența înapoi, dacă trebuie să mai achite el ceva, o face”.

Pentru cei din Piatra Neamț care vor să ajungă la Aqua Park, s-a discutat cu transportatorii și cu Urbtrans, care va face selecție, conform legii, pentru cei care vor primi, oficial, ruta Piatra Neamț – Alexandru cel Bun/ Aqua Park. ”În prima fază, o să încercăm să-i aducem gratuit pe cei doritori. O mașina va fi din Mărăței și una din Dărmănești, tocmai pentru a le oferi posibilitatea mai multor interesați”

La Aqua Park nu se va face plajă pe nisip – ”Cine vrea plajă se poate duce la ștrand, nu vine nimeni aici să facă plaja, vine să se distreze” -, dar distracția e garantată de cei care se ocupă de complex. Vară, iarnă, de luni până-n cealaltă luni, de la 9 la 21, Aqua Park poate primi până la 250 de persoane, cărora le oferă gamă completă de servicii.

tobogan deschis, Kamikaze, înclinație 47,6%, 4,7 m înălțime și lungime de 10 m;

bazin de aterizare 8×24 m, cu adâncimea de 1,3 m.

Complexul are și alte incinte:

bazin de 450 mp, cu adâncimea de 1,3 m, prevăzut cu pături în apă, cu jeturi de aer;

bar în apă, jacuzzi și zonă prevăzută cu valuri și splitere de apă pentru hidromasaj;

bazin cu apă de tratament adusă de la Sovata;

bazin cu apă de tratament adusă de la Bălțătești;

bazin pentru copii, tip ciupercă, adâncime de 0,45 m, în suprafață de 35 mp;

bazin de interior-exterior cu hidromasaj, 80 mp, cu adâncimea de 1,3 m;

bazin cu apă rece.

Zona cu saune:

– saună cu temperaturi între 40-60°C;

– saună cu temperaturi între 60-80°C;

– saună umedă cu aburi tip Hammam;

– saună tip Peșteră, cu paturi de apă, temperatura de 40°C.

his childhood friend and easily the most important person in his life. these two have known each other since they figured out how to walk and have been essentially inseparable ever since. they have probably both risked their lives for each other more than once and have always had each others’ backs. they grew up together, they went to school together, and now they work together. thomas wouldn’t be who he is without this person.
