A Review of Arabica Willoughby Coffee Shop

Downtown Willoughby is known for having festivals and high foot traffic to many restaurants and stores in the area. This is a vibrant community that has amazing food and beer.

Being in Willoughby for over 10 years, I recently found out about this coffee house. I heard so many great reviews about it. I'm a college student and that's how I found out. I had over-looked it passing through downtown. From what I heard, this is a great place to go and relax for a little. The people are nice, and the customer service is wonderful.

If you love to eat something sweet with your coffee. This picture is a preview of the yummy, delicious pastries you can choose from. Be a college student and working, I enjoy eating a nice blueberry or raspberry scone with a hot Latte to give me energy for the day. The gourmet coffee is their specialty. Their menu covers all the basics: Espresso, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Mochas, Sandwiches, Soups, and Baked Goods.

Top Five Must Have St. Patrick Day Treats at Arabica🍀

St. Patties day is right around the corner and Arabica has one of the best St. Patrick’s day themed desserts in Willoughby. ☘️

First we have the Shamrock Frappuccino. Arabica’s Shamrock Frappuccino is very creamy and taste like a thin mint Girl Scout cookie! You have the option to add espresso or keep it as a crème frappe. It’s a fun bright green drink just in time for St. Patrick’s day.

These special cookies are magically delicious! It’s Arabica’s New Lucky Charm Sugar Cookies! These Sugar Cookies are delightful and reminiscent of my childhood. They even have tasty marshmallow bits for an extra Lucky Charms taste! 🌈 They really taste exactly like the Lucky Charms cereal!

Arabica’s warm pistachio muffin is just simply incredible.💚 The freshly baked muffin just melts in your mouth. These moist and not overly sweet muffins taste like they came straight from a bakery. My favorite part is the top, its decorated with crystallized sugar that gives it a burst of sweetness. You can eat these anytime of the day.

If your looking for a pot of gold, the Mint Chocolate Macarons are it! 🌈 These sweet treats are flavorful and can go nicely with a hot cappuccino. Make sure you grab more than one … one is never enough with these clover colored treats.

I had to save the best for last … the decadent Irish Crème Latte. For whatever mood you’re in, you can get this yummy latte hot or iced. Arabica’s Irish cream latte tastes milky and smooth with a mild expresso flavor. This latte is delicious with a slight hints of cocoa followed with a sweet vanilla creamy finish. ☕️

Try one or try them all before this limited time only menu comes to an end. So make sure you stop into the Willoughby Arabica location. 💚

A Review of Arabica Local Coffee Shop

When you think of Cleveland people think of Slymans and other good foods, but we always needed a stronger coffee scene and Arabica is the best coffee in town!

I have lived in Cleveland since 2011 and I always had trouble finding a good coffee shop other than Starbucks. Until I stumbled upon Arabica! This coffee roaster is so friendly and passionate when it comes to coffee. They take corporate responsibility so seriously and they believe in treating their farmers fairly and have a positive emphasis on our environment. I am so thankful to have Arabica so close by that provides good strong quality with a good reputation for going good things for people and the environment.

Must-Haves at Arabica!

Arabica provides such good quality coffee, but they also offer food as well my personal favorite is the breakfast wrap it has three eggs and cheese and it's a perfect combo with a good cup of Arabica coffee. On a hot day I love the strawberry bomb and for coffee I would recommend the red eye. That will wake you up fast and leave you with a great taste in your mouth! You will want to come back for more! This is a must visit cafe. It's a unique homey place that will want you to come back more and more. They have all kinds of coffees and cold brews as well as special lattes and smoothies.

Even though they offer such good food and coffee in the cafe they also offer coffee beans so you can enjoy their coffee in the comfort of your own home. Now you can take home beans and brew this fabulous coffee at home! Check out the Colombian coffee strong satisfying notes for your pallet. It will be an enjoyable delight.

Arabica coffee house has had a long and storied history in Willoughby, Ohio. Located in Historic Downtown Willoughby for the last 28 years, this coffee shop is locally owned and you get that feel right when you walk in the door. The aromas of the coffee fill the air and the congeniality of the staff is inviting.

The staff takes care to fill every order. However, there are five must-haves:

First, their Espresso is different than anywhere else in Cleveland.

Second, their RedEye will keep you up all night and is no joke.

Their Chai Latte is tasty and satisfying.

Their Extreme Punch Smoothie is surprising as you cannot believe that a coffeehouse can make this drink so good.

TRYING EVERY COFFEE SHOP FROM THE WEST TO EAST.

Over the past couple months, I have been going from the west side of Downtown Cleveland to the East side. Trying every cup of coffee and eating has been my passion since the beginning of the year. I am here to give you the freshest cup and the greatest vibe the city of Cleveland has to offer.

Arabica Coffee House, Downtown Willoughby.

This small town coffee shop is located on the east side of Cleveland, located 15-20 minute from the coast of Lake Erie. This town is drowning with bars, restaurants, small shops, and most importantly Coffee Shops. Arabica featured so many great summer specialty drinks and offered so many options. They also offered bakery and small plate lunch items. I captured a pictures of what I got the pleasure of trying today. This place combines all sorts of speciality hand crafted coffees, teas, and my favorite the super food lattes.

These are all great options for someone who is passionate about coffee and health. I looked into the ingredients and these are all super beneficial and tasty when combiners. I had the the golden Latte and it was terrific. Full of nutrients and delicious. A must try.

In Willoughby, Ohio, the Arabica Coffee House has a rich and illustrious heritage dating back many decades. When it first opened its doors in 1996, it provided a pleasant setting in which members of the neighborhood could socialize while enjoying freshly brewed coffee and pastries baked from scratch. Arabica has had new owners and moved from its original position farther down the street, but it has never lost the neighborhood feel that it had when it first opened. The local couple Tim and Tina Snider now own and run the café, so its distinctive personality will be preserved despite the change of ownership. Tim is a native of the region and has been a devoted patron of this establishment ever since it first opened its doors. From his first management position at an Arabica in the year 2001, he has amassed several years of expertise in the field. Tim jumped at the opportunity to preserve this historic structure in his community as soon as it presented itself.

Recently, Arabica released a set of new drinks (specials) including: Banana Bread Latte, London Fog Tea, Latte Red Velvet, Latte Winter, Spice Mocha, Fire Sweet Beet, Short Stack Latte, Pistachio Shake Up.

Each special provides an interesting, new taste to the classics that Arabica already brings to the table. Fan Favorites that have emerged from the list include Banana Bread Latte, Red Velvet Latte, and the Short Stack Latte.

The Banana Bread Latte includes a mix of espresso, banana, maple, all topped with cinnamon. Price Ranges Include: $4.75, $5.00, $5.50

The Red Velvet Latte includes a mix of espresso, red velvet, and vanilla. Price Range Include: $4.75, $5.00, $5.50

Lastly, The Short Stack Latte includes a mix of espresso, butter pecan, brown sugar, cookie dough, and whipped cream. Price Range Include: $4.75, $5.00, $5.50.

A personal favorite of ours would be Pistachio Shake Up, mainly due to it being an iced drink. The Pistachio Shake Up includes a mix of Shaken Expresso, Pistachio, and Cream. Price range include: $4.75, $5.25, $5.75.

Outside of the specials, Arabica provides a rather large catalog of drinks and food items for the community to enjoy. Espresso, Tea, Mochas, Smoothies are some of the assorted range of drinks one can order. On the food side, Breakfast wraps and sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, salads, baked goods, and desserts are all assorted food items you can pick and choose from to enjoy a nice sit down and coffee with. 

Again, Arabica has a great environment and I would definetly recommend checking out this spot if you enjoy a welcoming space with great food and drink.

After my 23 years on this planet I have been in Cleveland my whole life. From a young age I have explored so many cool places and have attended so many cool events like concerts, Browns games, etc..

With that being said, I have never realized how many incredible and underrated coffee shops there are. Being a coffee girl myself my standards when it comes to a good cup of joe are pretty high. I was surprised with how knowledgeable and friendly the entire staff was, not to mention the fact that they offered so many food options from breakfast to pizza! This company prides themselves with being local and staying true to their original character.

If you are a latte lover like me, there are a couple must trys at Arabica coffee, from the finest beans from over 40 countries they are a true authentic coffee house. Their menu contains all the goodies such as

espresso, americano, dirty chai latte, cafe au lait, and an array of monthly drink specials crafted to please customers. The shop has also introduced fresh fruit smoothies as well!
