do I spend my 20th birthday watching spoken word poetry about Kassandra?

a while back I had a dream I found a 26 minute animation I apparently did as a kid and it was about Artemis and Kass fighting in a sea cave for some god forsaken reason and I don't remember much about it except for two things:

Artemis has wizard magic for no reason

Artemis was dressed as a slut

a blood red shirt wide open, tight pants, thigh high boots, and a coat that was half way off his shoulders and bellowing in the wind

like he couldn't decide if he wanted to do a heathcliff cosplay or go to a gay bar

I don't have an explanation for this, this is just how this man haunts my brain and I have to deal with it

also I wanted to give him in high heels but I could not feasibly figure out how he could wear them on such high rocks. I am not a coward, I just don't have the skills for that level of fashion

I HAVE AN IDEA FOR OPERA HOUSE AU

So they were not getting enough money than usual but they had the money to try (I’m not sure how these things work TT) so what if they did a Disney musical like how exciting is that. To attract a younger audience and all.

I can imagine Warriors playing Aladdin and Artemis having fun being Jasmine. Imagine Twilight being Jafar thought that’d be hilarious.

Well, one of the greatest things ever in this AU is that Disney doesn't have to freaking exist! So, since fairytales belong to everyone, they don't have to pay shit in royalties!

Dot whipped up a few scripts for them and Kass and Wind helped her create a variety of songs ranging from funny ones that get stuck in your head to soul-touching ones that will stick with you forever. They hauled Legend's ass in for help here and there to determine just how crazy they could go with sets and costumes, as well as if the songs even worked, but once they were satisfied, well!

The shows are all a hit, and while it's meant for kids, the adults also seem to enjoy it (potentially because Dot included some jokes and asides that were more meant to keep them smiling too). Long story short though, the cast has a mini-fanclub of 6-10 year old girls who send pictures and cards and lot's of poorly spelled letters to them.

The dressing rooms all have shrines in them at this point, filled with these stick figure pictures and 'luv yoo' notes.

451 BCE

Laïs' father, Thales, dies in the First Peloponnesian War.

Laïs is born, and her mother, Elpis, dies during childbirth.

Laïs is adopted by Korrina, a friend of her parents and a priestess of Artemis in Mytilene.

434 BCE

Korrina is killed by a cultist of Kosmos who tried to recruit her.

Laïs runs away from Lesbos, and starts traveling and training as an archer, on her own.

433 BCE

Laïs reaches Athens and meets Herodotus, who brings her under his wing.

Laïs is trained by Perikles' guards to fight. She also learns how to hide in plain sight and climb.

431 BCE

Laïs meets Kassandra and Deimos in Delphi and returns to Athens with Kassandra.

She travels to Argos with Kass and stays with Hypokrates, under his mentorship.

Laïs meets Deimos twice.

She also meets a group of soldiers younger than her, who she helps desert. Their general sends a mercenary after her, but she defeats them. The other soldiers who didn't desert kill the general after Laïs urge them to escape the war. They don't desert for their family's sake.

432 BCE

Laïs meets Deimos.

Laïs leaves Argos, to travel and hopefully put her skills to good use.

She meets Deimos again, several times in the following years, and Kassandra.

428 BCE

Laïs reunites with Kassandra at the Olympics.

Continues encountering Deimos in the following years.

425 BCE

Laïs returns to Athens, again, and joins in with the others of the Periclean circle to stop Kleon.

She travels with Deimos to hunt a cultist down. Afterward, Deimos finds out about her allegiance with Kassandra and the Periclean circle.

Laïs starts traveling with Kassandra and her crew.

422 BCE

Laïs accompanies Kassandra to the battle of Amphipolis, but remains on the sidelines, due to her refusal to actively participate in the war.

She rescues a knocked-out Deimos from the battlefield and leaves him at a friend's house, bandaged, to heal. Laïs makes her friend tell him it was Kassandra who saved him.

Laïs goes to Sparta with Kassandra. She reconciles with Deimos after he reunites with his family.

She continues traveling with Kassandra.

421 BCE

Laïs and Deimos get together.

Laïs discovers the identity of the cultist who killed her stepmother and kills him.

Poseidon: "Nearly as bad as Zeus, I'll be honest. Though being the king of the sea sounds interesting."

Aphrodite: "A very beautiful goddess who can be kind as long as you don't insult her. She usually gives me advice since I'm not too familiar with love. She's very helpful in that department."

Athena: "A bit mixed on her. I mean, she does have a rivalry with both Poseidon and Ares."

Ares: "Has one hell of a temper, but he's fair."

Hermes: "He's pretty chill to be around. And cute."

Artemis: "I feel safe around her. I have considered being a hunter for her, but I'd have to swear off boys..."

Apollo: "Very warm and bright. Both figuratively and literally. His music is simply unrivalled and very pleasing to my ears."

Dionysus: "Can be... A bit much, but he loves Ariadne and it shows."

Eros: "He has insisted on helping me with love, but I told him it's fine. Very kind, but sometimes he has to step off."

Thanatos: "Never actually met him, but I have heard of him from my father. I respect him and I'm not afraid of him."

those tiny sidequests marked with the crossroads icon are among my favorite things in the game because they’re strictly tied to the choices i made, from giving drachmae to a stranger on the streets to sparing someone’s life during the main quest. they may seem little more than fetch quests but i love this additional touch on the fact that my actions can have even a small impact on the world and characters i interact with

Jealous Adrien with Roy × Mari?

Jealous! Adrien Roynette

Spring break Adrien had vowed to take his three best friends (Alya, Nino and Marinette) to a nice vacation in America...and he delivered!

So the four found themselves in Happy Harbour in Rhode Island, the very start of their two week trip

Their first stop was to hit a lake, it was private but his father called in a few favors (after Adrien begged Nathalie of course)

But whoever owned it didn’t get the message that they’d be there...

There was a group of seven there total besides Marinette, Nino, Alya and Adrien

Adrien hadn’t really paid much attention to the rest of the group, four of them were more interested in their significant other, but that left three people that they had to talk to

Adrien didn’t mind, he liked meeting new people actually, and since he was in America he was sure nobody would recognize him!

Two of the guys they were speaking to, Jackson (yes I’m using his comic book name sue me) and Dick had to leave for some emergency. so they were left with Roy

And that was not good

Alya and Nino had ended up sneaking away so it had only been him, Marinette and Roy

But Adrien couldn’t get over the fact that he thought Roy was almost hogging Marinette

Maybe it was because Marinette was in a bikini, so Adrien was afraid that Roy, a stranger! might take advantage of Marinette

Marinette didn’t seemed too concerned though, she talked to him like she knew him her whole life

Adrien started to get a little upset when Roy started flirting with her and Marinette flirted back

He wasn’t sure why, just the idea of them together did not sit well with him

So he decided to break it up, “Wait Marinette have you met Roy before?”

Adrien knew she’d say no and come to her senses about flirting with a guy she’d just met

He was wrong

Marinette blushed, “Well we may have met before, Roy didn’t really recognize me at first because of...I was wearing something different when we met!”

Adrien frowned, “Really?”

“Yeah I came to Paris for business.” Roy said throwing an arm around Marinette’s shoulder, which made her grow red.

“Business? Wait, aren’t you a teenager?” Adrien asked. The only other thing he could figure was that Roy was a model, as much as he hated to admit it Roy was definitely muscular and handsome enough to do it, but he didn’t act like a model. He was way too temperamental.

“Yeah, but my...uncle Oliver had something he needed me to do for him in Paris.” Roy said vaguely. Adrien nodded his head. “That’s when I met this firecracker.” He laughed.

Adrien felt his blood boil, why was he talking about Marinette like they were dating or married?! Marinette was Adrien’s friend, not Roy’s

“Speaking of which...” Roy said, “I know this is kind of forward but would you like to go on a date? To catch up?”

Adrien had never seen Marinette that red

“I don’t think she wants to-“

“Sure.” Marinette squeaked. Then she turned her focus to Adrien, “As long as that’s ok with you Adrien, I know this was supposed to be a group trip.”

“I don’t know, do you really want to go on a date with someone you barely know?!” Adrien blurted

“Hey man,” Roy said, “I’m not that kind of dude. If it makes you feel better you can drop her off and take a picture of my liscense plate. Oh, Bug, you comfortable with motorcycles?”

Marinette nodded. Adrien still felt uneasy

But for a different way

“Hey Mari, can I talk to Roy for a minute?” Adrien asked, hiding his annoyance behind a smile.

Marinette looked to Roy, he smiled at her, “You’ve met Artemis and Wally, they were also on the trip from my uncle.”

Marinette nodded and swam over to join the other group

“Is there a problem?” Roy asked a little menacingly.

“I just...Why do you want to go out with Marinette?” Adrien asked suspiciously

“What?! She’s sweet, beautiful and funny, why wouldn’t I?”

“I know she is! It’s just...” Adrien trailed off

“Oh my god. You’re in love with her aren’t you? Typical.” Roy scoffed, “You know, if you like her and aren’t man enough to say it then you’ve already lost her. I don’t need to listen to this.”

Roy swam away to join Marinette leaving Adrien dumbfounded standing by himself in the water

With a brand new realization about him and Marinette...

ASSSSSSSSSSSH MY LOVE

50. What are the prevailing facial expressions? Sour? Cheerful? Dominating?

Depends for Kass. I think in normal setting Kass as a very sweet, cheerful, if self confident looks. A very happy smile, maybe a smirk that can turn mischievous at a moment's notice. Her eyes are bright and kind, the kind you can't look away from. So cheerful, yeah? Cheerful is good here. If she's in battle or in leader mode, it's different. There's this devastation that comes along, this intense confidence that overwhelms a person. She's either has this almost unhinged thrilled smile or she's sneer, she's all teeth like she could destroy you with a single bite. And that glare. Kass' eyes are, in my opinion, her most striking feature and when she glares at you, it's like those greys are ripping directly into your heart. You can't escape them. Artemis' prevailing facial expression is smugness. This subtle arrogance and entitlement in the curve of his eyes or the switch of his smile that is oh so subtle--and maybe it can be confused with kindness or contentment, but there's something there. Something deeper. This animalistic thirst is underneath that wants to snap. To break. To bleed. A single word that could take that smile and turn it into a cutting grin that's all teeth and crazed laughter. The dignified, benevolent ruler hiding the frenzied creature underneath.

been thinking about it, the answer to the question of who is winning in battle between the crew of the jackdaw, the rooks, and kassandra's crew of daughters of artemis is not them being involved in a bloodbath.

its all the rooks being bisexual and immediately trying to flirt with both crews, the pirates and adrestians LOVING it because theyre also gay and horny af, and a very energetic peace between the three groups being achieved while ikaros covers the eyes of a jackdaw and a raven with his wings.

but like, violently, the jackdaw you dumb bitch the ship has over twenty cannons, a giant ram with a charging ability that destroys frigates one hit, and two mortars, the adrestia is fucking broke from 500m away no matter what godly powers kass might have, they dont fucking translate to her ship. and what are the rooks gonna do? take their horse drawn carriages in and fuckin drown? oof big whoop mate.
