Boka dobija luksuzni rizort vredan milijardu evra

U Bokokotorskom zalivu ove sezone otvara se nova marina za superjahte koja je napravljena u okviru luksuznog rizorta "Portonovi" koji će se prostirati na 26 hektara. U pitanju je rizort mešovitog tipa koji će u svom sastavu osim marine za 238 luksuznih jahti veličine od sedam do 120 metara, imati i 10 luksuznih vila, posebno naselje s kućama, plažu, restorane, radnje, javne parkove, kao i hotel "One and only" s pet plus zvezdica, a koji će biti otvoren sledeće godine. Portparolka "Portonovi" Adrijana Husić povela je novinare iz Beograda, među kojima i ekipu Tanjuga, na gradilište, kako kaže, budućeg najluksuznijeg i najvećeg rizorta u Crnoj Gori, ali i u regionu, i navela da je rizort smešten na mestu nekadašnje Vojne kasarne Kumbor. Kaže da je tokom njegove izgradnje, koja je počela 2014. godine, pronađena omanja crkva koja je zaštićena tokom radova i čija se obnova očekuje ove godine, te će, ističe, kao takva predstavljati spomenik kulture te regije. Takođe, tokom radova pronađeni su i rimski novčići i pojedine skulpture koje će biti izložene u javnim parkovima rizorta. Međutim, prema projektu. centar svih zbivanja biće smešten u Marini "Portonovi", koji je preuzela turska kompanija D-marin, i gde ima prostora za 238 jahti, kao i za pristajanje kruzera. Husićeva navodi da je marina otvorena za sve posetioce, a ne samo za one s luksuznim jahtama, te da će svi moći da uživaju u domaćoj kuhinji brojnih restorana koji će okruživati marinu. Takođe, marina će služiti i kao granični prelaz i pumpa za gorivo. U nastavku marine, radnici uveliko završavaju radove na rezidencijama A, B i C kategorije koje se nalaze pored obale, zatim glavna ulica od marine vodi do naselja gde se takođe radovi privode kraju, dok je na kraju ulice u izgradnji hotel "One and only". Husićeva kaže da je reč o hotelskom brendu sa pet plus zvezdica i čiji vlasnici biraju najbolje lokacije u svetu, te su njihovi hoteli smešteni na Maldivima, Bahamima, u Meksiku, Dubaiju, Ruandi, a od sledeće godine prvi takav hotel u Evropi biće otvoren u Crnoj Gori. "Njihovi hoteli predstavljaju vrhunac luksuza, imaju vernu klijentelu, jer podaci pokazuju da se 70 odsto gostiju vraća u njihove hotele gde god da se nalaze u svetu", rekla je Husićeva. "Portonovi rizort" predstavlja mali grad za sebe, objašnjava ona, s mešovitom arhitekturom, od najmodernije, s najvećim nivoom luksuza, do kuća koje su prava slika mediteranskog naselja. Major tourism schemes planned for Montenegro

In 2018, around €354m will be invested in Montenegro's three biggest tourism projects. Azmont Investments has the most ambitious agenda, as it plans to invest €290m into Portonovi, its scheme in Kumbor involving the construction of a new resort and marina. Wasn’t feeling well, wanted to sketch ol’ Azmontes from my first playthrough of Cult of the Lamb

Also gave an outfit redesign to Azmontes’ family, consisting of his first spouse Sparkletimes (they/she/he), his second wife Flarefan (she/her), his 3rd husband Uniblue (he/him), and his children Sparkleson (he/him) and Daughter Fire (she/her), which I will probably have to rename one day but i. listen I needed to remember who they were somehow

I had the little idea that, as a sheep, Azmontes would likely give his sheared fleece as clothing to those in his family as a gift to reflect his favor and their higher status in the cult. His partners would wear it as a fashionable part of their everyday outfit, but his children (while they’re young) would be given these dense wooly ponchos that would protect them from the weather, scrapes/injuries, pretty much everything Azmontes could possibly protect them from while he was away from home. It’s like an extension of him! Keeping them safe no matter where he is in the world! Embarrassingly, it makes them look like small, unpeeled sheep, they’re like round fluffy balls of wool with little angry baby fox heads poking out <3 (+little booties to protect their feet from rough forest terrain)

Once they’re old enough to take care of themselves and don’t really need as much of their parents’ protection, they can repurpose their old fleece cloaks into a proper outfit that reflects their own fashion interests much better than a big sphere of wool would

Additionally, to reflect their higher ranking in the cult, the three spouses would all have much fancier and more expensive clothing than the rest of the cult would. Sparkletimes, as the 1st spouse and also generally to better suit their personality, would have the biggest and spikiest crown out of the 3 of them, signaling a higher level of command over the cult. Flarefan would also have a crown, slightly smaller and lesser than Sparkletimes’, and lastly Uniblue would have his 3 spike earrings. Since I made him my first Loyalty Enforcer, he’d manage a different sphere of leadership than the other two. The three of them would help out a lot in managing the cult, keeping it running and orderly while Azmontes goes out on his crusades.

I like to imagine that Daughter Fire grew up to be the next Loyalty Enforcer after her step-dad retires, having a much more stern, leader-ly, and commanding personality, while her half-brother grew up to be a much more gentle, woodsy fellow, going out on missions, exploring the world, and coming back to work as a medicinal aid with all the herbs, flowers, fruits and plants he gathered on his trips

The final chapter of my Cult of the Lamb fic New Life is completed! This one was a blast to work on, I hope to explore Narinder’s character (and my lamb Azmontes) more in the future!

Okay, two things

A. Your canon of Cult of The Lamb (The one with Azmontes!) has latched onto me like a parasite and genuinely I’m fine with that, I’ve been meaning to say that to you because I genuinely love your art, your characters, the expressions of said characters- ESPECIALLY YOUR COTL STUFF RAHHH-

B. OH OH OH! I also want to know, since COTL did a crossover with Monster Prom where you can date the lamb, how with that go with your lambsona Azmontes?

I think it’d go a bit differently if it was Azmontes in canon!Lamb’s place! He doesn’t usually take an interest in anyone outside of their three spouses, but let’s say they make a special exception for the player. My Azzy’s a lot less chaotic & bloodthirsty than canon!Lamb, he’s more of a merciful, good-natured gentleman, seeking love more than…human meat and delicious corpses lol. He’d be happy to encourage you to come live at the commune (if you didn’t already have a significantly better living situation)! They’d offer protection, food, one or two outfits that they’d stitch together themself, but you’d get to help design your clothes! Sure, you’d have to leave behind all the clothes you already had, along with the rest of your belongings and the entirety of your old life, but he’d be willing to help make up for it. He’d get flustered at the idea of marriage, all flattered and bashful, but giddy and happy to accept once he knew you were absolutely okay with it. They’d introduce you to their spouses and get their permission as well (Sparkle would likely complain and protest, stating that “Uniblue is already a big enough of a pawful to handle already”), then he’d drive you home to the cult where you’d get married first thing and live a (hopefully) happy life in the commune for…literally the rest of immortal eternity. Overall, he’d be quite kind, helpful (to the best of his extent), flirtatious, bashful, loving, and…probably charming.

You’d end up probably about,,,the 7th in command in the cult? Like if Azmontes (1st), Narinder (2nd), Sparkle (close 3rd), Flarefan (4th), Uniblue (5th), and Fire, his daughter (6th) all went down in a crazy coincidence disaster, you’d get to rule the cult until any of them came back. The cult might end up doing things without you anyway. Oh well. It’s not much power, but it’s worth it to have the new God of Death as a wonderfully happy, doting, loving spouse, keeping you stuck in a cycle of ascension and resurrection for the rest of eternity.
