She’s extremely close with everyone in her adopted family, but specifcally Celine and Nko. She used to be very close with Ragnor and Magnus, but then things happened and now she thinks Magnus legit wants to kill her.

Extremely. She tries to keep it together for the most part, but it only takes a little bit of a traumatic situation to get her to shut down and cry.

Her anger comes in flares of more of frustration, but they only last a couple minutes before she pushes that shit down.

What are some of their guilty pleasures?

She’ll never admit it, but she absolutely loves America’s Next Top Model and will drag Celine or Magnus to the couch to watch it with her. Also the American Girl mystery novels.

Celine never let her have any pets, but Bobbi absolutely needs a bunny. She would name it Miss Squiggles the Terrible. Squig for short.

She doesn’t really like spending time around children since she’s always had a bad relationship with other kids, but she wouldn’t be averse to having kids. She just doesn’t think that she’d be a good mom.

Right now herself, but eventually Beth is going to get a face full of Bobbi.

No, Celine never let her. But she wants one eventually.

She has piercings in both earlobes but also got a fake nose ring and eyebrow piercings at one point when she was studying under Magnus and Nko. Celine was not pleased.

Dark purple, but her natural hair color is black.

It was one of the first things she was able to listen to as a kid, particularly Hairspray and Wicked. Now she likes more non traditional musicals like Hamilton, In the Heights, or Next to Normal. But she usually listens to them on the downlow and plays classical music while Celine’s around.

Marmite is not valid.

More glitter is the best glitter. It’s a bitch to get out though.

I mean…. she is a warlock so she has to be.

Yes

Yes, twice. Both she would rather stick needles in her eyes than talk about.

Once when she was studying with Magnus, she jumped off his balcony while trying a spell and fell on her arm. They both agreed never to tell Celine about it.

She would be the giggly drunk that laughs at really stupid shit because in real life you have to get her to open up to you before she cracks a smile.

Nope, since she was twelve she’s seldom left the house that Celine’s kept her in, and before that she was way too young to drink.

Go back to sleep because Bobbi is not a morning person whatsoever.

She has around 5 people that she’s fully talked to in her life and she thinks one of them actively wants to kill her, so no she is the opposite of popular.

Tea with honey and lemon and coffee with cinnamon and chocolate.

She’s a 16 year old baby who has had one (1) positive interaction with another child.

To mark the end of Pride Month (6/30), I feel like sharing this snippet of the music video of Hayley Kiyoko’s song “Girls Like Girls” by reposting it from her IG. (The full video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/I0MT8SwNa_U)

Pride Month has almost ended but pride never ends — always be proud of who you are. Oh gosh, this song is so liberating and feels so good! On the surface, it has a playful tone, but it actually has a lot of meaning to it and can help people with the process of coming to terms with, accepting and loving themselves — ya know, the whole shebang that a lot of LGBT people face and need to process.

Growing up, I didn’t have a lot of role models from the LGBT community who I could look up to and see myself in and who inspired me in terms of who I was (and am). It took me a lot of time and figuring out to finally accept myself and be who I am today. Movies, TV series, the people I’ve met, their stories, books and YouTube couples have all helped me in this regard. But there was almost no such music depicting LGBT relationships and feelings towards the same sex; okay, you may say musicians like k.d. lang and Melissa Etheridge, but they were really not as much on the scene while I was growing up — and really how many songs had a same-sex pronoun when talking about one’s lover?

Fabulous question!! People’s opinions fascinate me. I love talking and listening to smart, thoughtful people. I love debate and discourse and learning new things.

melody; favorite artists?

I assume from the word “melody” that we are talking about music artists. Madonna, my all time favorite. Courtney Act, who is obviously bae and the love of my life. Whitney, Beyonce, Britney, Kesha, Hayley Kiyoko. Also I’m a huge nerd who listens to show tunes most of the time.

silk; what outfit makes you feel confident?

Hmmm...Anything with sequins and glitter. I’m also a big fan of circle skirts and bright colors.

rose; favorite flower?

For smell, things like honeysuckle and orange blossoms. For looks, lilies and roses.

sun; favorite season

Autumn. I can’t get enough of those colors and crunchy leaves on the ground. Plus I love wearing cozy clothes.

gorgeous; what do you like in a person?

A sense of humor, first and foremost. The ability to think abstractly about deep things but also to play around and have fun and be whimsical. Kindness and compassion. Passion for social justice.
