2 cups water for pressure cooking

4 tablespoons besan (gram flour) or add as required
1 green chilli
1 to 1.5 inches ginger - roughly chopped, adjust as per your spice requirements
1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
1 teaspoon amchur powder (dry mango powder)
¼ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
Salt as required
8 cashew halves - optional
2 to 3 tablespoons of Sundew Refined Sunflower Oil for pan-frying the kabab, add as required
Method:
Blanching The Spinach
Boil water and rinse the spinach leaves. Let the leaves cool down and finely chop the spinach leaves.
Meanwhile, roast the gram flour in a pan until it changes its colour to a mild golden brown. Pressure cook the potatoes and peas and keep them aside. Crush ginger and green chillies to a paste-like consistency.
In a large bowl, add the spinach, potatoes, peas, ginger-chilli paste and mash it with a masher or a wooden spoon. Once the ingredients are mashed and bonded together, add the dry spices, roasted gram flour and salt, and mix it up well.
Take a small amount of the mixture and roll it in a ball. Slightly flatten the surface of the kebabs and fry it in refined oil for cooking until it turns a crispy brown.
