hi anon, im kinda new too(been on and off 8 months), but ive also been in sports my entire life and ill say the creatine and whey protein is cool but its also not necessary(think of it as a convenient and quick aid in building muscle that you can get from any protein, for the whey at least)! Also for the ankle and knee support that also is t 100% needed but i will say that knee sleeves will definitely make you feel springier and more stable so if you want them go for it !
In terms of form, im a youtube kid so ive always watched bodybuilders & powerlifters my entire life on there so its really aided bc they will show how and what you should be feeling in a certain workout! There’s also apps such as fitbod that will give you a tailored workout along with instructions but i think watching others that are good at what they do(building muscle, getting stronger, etc.) is the best way to learn.
