Prioritize 1-3 Tasks Daily: You might need to choose one large project to work on in small chunks or select a "Big 3" for the day, depending on how complex, lengthy, and time-consuming your projects/errands or appointments are for the day. Using this method allows you to be efficient, streamline your life, and feel productive without overwhelming yourself on the regular (the fastest route to burnout).
Make A Life Admin Schedule (and Stick To It): Choose days (and times if possible) of the week to update certain spreadsheets, batch reply to less urgent messages, clean your house, do laundry, grocery shop, etc. Scheduling these tasks ahead of time eliminates half of the battle for following through on what you need to do. Eventually, you will make these tasks into habitual routines that your brain will allow you to execute effortlessly as though you're in autopilot mode.
Mind Your "Circle of Influence": Do an intake on the 5-10 people you speak to the most or value in your life. If you're an employee, it is probably best to not include your boss or coworkers in this consideration list, as you need to work amicably with them regardless of your personal feelings. Look how you feel during your interactions with your friends, family, intimate partner, or an adjacent love interest. I’ve been wanting to get in shape so I’ve subscribed to this fitness podcast service called “Straight 2 Fit” to listen to while I’m at the gym - I’d never heard of it before but it’s got pretty great reviews so I’m hoping I’ll see a change fairly soon!

i go to the gym everyday, and when i see you enter, i ask about the shakes. you did bring some with you, right? you won't get any gains if you don't eat right after! didn't you know that? and that brand isn't even that good anyway. who told you to get that? let's head to your place after--i'll show you how to make a real shake.
that's when it becomes a daily routine--well, it started to, before your lethargy got to you. post-workout, i'd head over and whip up something special for you--gobs of peanut butter, mass gainer, heavy cream, protein powder, the works--all in the comfort of your own blender. you start to question if all of this is really necessary, but i did tell you big guys were better, and are you gonna tell me i'm wrong? look at you. don't get self-deprecating now. i like how much you've gained!
the daily work-out dates turn to me seeing you after, crashed out on the couch. you head to the gym a few times a week, but not as commonly as before. you've just been so tired lately, i get it. rest days are even more important for recovery, though. it's doctors' orders-you need more sleep, and you need more shakes. when you're not ordering DoorDash, i'm the one cooking for you. a shake goes with every meal--it's mandatory. and you love it. they taste good! why think so hard about it when i'm smiling when you do it?
in fact, going to the gym at all is just cutting down the muscle you already have, don't you know that? you need some time to regain mass. you might as well quit your job--it's so demanding, isn't it? i could support both of us easily, and why would i want you to risk burning more calories out and about? it'd be much easier for you to sit on the couch and regroup, watch some TV, watch some porn, and eat.
you quit your job, because it's sucked the soul out of you, honestly. you've moved in with me, because there's no reason to live separately when we spend all our time together. you can't go five minutes without one of my shakes or my meals, after all. you're honestly a real glutton now, if i'm being honest. whenever i return from my daily gym visit, i make sure to bring you plenty of take-out, or three pizzas, or a few Subway footlongs, just to make sure you're well-fed. you've added probably 100lbs of mass at this point. it'd be a shame for all that hard work to go to waste.

Socialite Series: Cherry’s Master Post
Things that have helped me, that could help you. Here is a master list of my softmaxxing journey!
Body:
J*hn Bent*n’s workouts: Yes he’s an asshole but his workouts really do work. He used to train models and his workouts are life changing.
2. B-12 Lipo salines: These you can consume in a shot (like an injection) or in a saline (go to a GOOD DOCTOR for this). I prefer the saline, and my doctor recommended the 6 week course for me (one saline every week). It burns subQ fat and that was the main reason why I began using those. There is zero side effect to these, acc to my doc.  edit: don’t really recommend these anymore. I’ll update this list when I finish my Emsculpt.
3. Diet: More protein, more vegetables, more water and lesser intake of carbs. Carbs are important but i used to over-consume them. Cutting down has helped me a lot. I also did a gut bacteria test (you basically sent a piece of your shit to a lab and they analyse it) to understand what foods worked for me and what didnt. 
4. Probiotics for metabolism management 
5. Measuring: I stopped tracking weight and began tracking body fat % instead. I feel that this works better for me. 
6. Wood therapy: I KNOW. You lot will think its bogus but it helped me and im sticking to it, so there. There’s no wood therapy spa near me, so i ordered the wood therapy tools from amazon, plastic wrap, a waist trainer, almond oil. I looked up videos on wood therapy and lymphatic drainage, and i do it for about 5 mins on my tummy and thighs before my work outs, wrap my torso with plastic wrap, throw the waist trainer on top. 
Skin:
Accutane: this helped me tremendously with my acne and my skin is 95% blemish free now. If you are taking this, remember to be disciplined and regular. 
Zero alcohol: I stopped drinking completely and its done my skin and health wonders.
Products: Sunscreen + Vitamin C combo in the AM. Retinol + moisturiser at night. Recommended by my dermat. 
Hair removal: I refuse to shave because its so uncomfortable so i prefer to wax once in 2 months. Personally, when I began exfoliating my body twice a week - I use a scrub by the Body Shop - I noticed that the hair was growing back slower than it used to. I use a loofah for everyday too. I don’t believe in laser because it’s never just 6 sessions; you do have to have “maintenance” sessions as well post the 6.
Face sculpting: Gua sha on alternative nights. I dont know if this works or is placebo, but I felt like it did. 
Body lotion every day. Twice a day sometimes. I swear, it makes you smell good and feel so soft. 
Expensive make up: specially, foundation. I’m sorry, i know this could be controversial. But idk what cow semen Charlotte Tilbury puts in her make up, it seriously makes me glow. I’m yet to find a good drug store alternative. A while back, I stopped wearing concealer, and I began using a lighter shade of CT’s foundation as concealer over my normal shade. I feel that because the products are chemically the same, they blend better and don’t react and “peel.” Highly recommend that too. For the rest of my face like powder, blush, eyeliner, I do use normal drug store make up.  
Oral hygiene:
I used to have braces. After taking them off, I noticed a difference in my jaw.
Brush, floss, Listrine, tongue cleaner
Mild whitening. I think Hollywood level teeth whitening looks crazy and I want to look as “naturally” beautiful as possible.
Hair care:
For hair growth: as recommended by my doc: minoxidil hair foam 5% w/w Tugain Foam.
High frequency wand before wash days on my scalp. 
Moroccan hair oil. I use a tiny amount everyday on my ends after I finish my make up for the day and I swear it makes my hair shine like crazy.
I also got hair Botox done because i used to have curly but absolutely unmanageable hair. I tried to make it work for years but i gave up and caved in to having permanent straight hair and I love it. 
I only shampoo twice a day so on days when i workout but don’t shampoo, i use hair perfume. I spray some of it on my brush and run it through my hair. I swear it works. 
Overall:
The colour palette theory seriously works. I didn’t realise that wearing the right colours can impact you so much.
Confidence is absolutely key. I seriously recommend going to a group class of some sort if you have the time and just mingling with random people. Social situations are important to gauge your “standing.”
Random but if you have a big nose: grow out your eyebrows / fill them in slightly thicker. I noticed that when I had thin eyebrows, my nose would stand out more but when I made them thicker, it balanced my face out better. 
Steam iron your clothes before you wear them. You will look 100% put together. 
*IF* you’re aesthetically challenged when it comes to picking clothes, use my rule of thumb: never wear any more than 3 colours at once  (remember: IF you can’t put outfits together).

* After one particularly hard workout with you lifting a new record for yourself he starts hyping you up. “Hell yeah Short Stack! Show them how it’s done! One more, you can do it! Oorah!” You let the weights fall to the floor and give him a big smile, proud of yourself for accomplishing your latest goal.
* “You did awesome, pretty soon you’ll be able to kick my ass if I’m not careful.” He starts picking up the equipment and putting it back into it’s temporary home. “Why don’t you hit the shower, a hot soak will probably make you feel pretty good. I’ll make us up some grub”
* You bit your lip and stare at his muscles back. Damn he really was handsome and that avatar body was doing him all the favors. You had grown so close and you’ve seen a completely different side to him over the past few months that you finally give in.
* “Why don’t you come join me instead?” You see him pause and his ears twitch a bit at the tips. He stands up and turns toward you. “Uhh you wanna pass that by me again?” Now is your moment to either put up or shut up and you make the leap.
* “I said, why don’t you” you point at him, “come take a shower with me” you move your finger so you’re pointing at yourself. He seems unnaturally stoic for a minute but then he bring a hand up to his face and laughs as he drags his palm across his cheek. “If I would have known that getting you to work out with me was all it took to see you naked I would have done that from the start!”
* He strides over and picks you up and throws you over his shoulder, his huge hand resting on your ass. Your face was flushed not only from the work out but the sudden proximity you found yourself in. What did I get myself into you think as Lyle opens the bathroom door.

Another kind of gentrification
For years, this had been a quiet street. With his grocery store, Alfred had supplied the neighborhood with delicacies. And at lunchtime, his guests could sit in the sun on the street. But the peace and quiet was over now. A shisha bar had opened across the street. And that was the end of the peacefulness. The guests drove up in their high-powered luxury cars, accelerated again briefly to 60 km/h, braked with squealing tires, let the engines roar. From 11:00. Until 03:00. And each time Alfred wondered how a young lad in his mid-20s could afford a car for 200,000 euros.
His guests remained loyal to Alfred to a large extent. However, the lunchtime business was slackening more and more. The cheese store down the street had already disappeared. One of the lads had opened a store there selling protein products. And the hairdresser's store had become a Turkish barber's store. When Alfred sat at the window of his apartment above the store in the evening and watched the shisha bar full of hatred, he could see more than clearly that business was being conducted at the tables that was undoubtedly not legal. Alfred had already sent the police once, and they had come. Nothing had happened. But since then, the only policemen patrolling the street were obviously of Arab origin. And they were good customers for protein powder. More and more men with enormous muscles could be seen in the street.
At some point, Alfred had begun to adjust to the circumstances. He sold only beef and no more meat. The young men loved expensive, high-quality beef. Nevertheless, one evening Alfred's mind was blown. It was a hot summer evening. Alfred tried to sleep with the window open. But in the bar, the terrace was crowded. All the windows were open. The music was playing at maximum volume. Alfred put on something and entered the bar, full of rage. Two absurdly muscular policemen were standing at the bar, drinking coffee and talking to the no less muscular bartender, who, however, was wearing only a very skimpy tank top instead of a uniform. Alfred yelled at the policemen whether they were not planning to do anything about this disturbance of the peace. While one of the policemen explained to him that one should have understanding for the young people on such a summer evening, the other one waved the manager over. The manager smiled, invited Alfred to a separee and offered him a cup of tea and a shisha. In life, Alfred would not have smoked a shisha. But a tea was a good idea. And after a sip of tea, he somehow also felt like having a shisha. And then his eyes went black.

Fuck, he had overdone it again with the weights. Ahmad must have fainted for a moment. He took a sip of water and looked at his watch. Almost 04:00. Time to finish the workout. He had to go to the wholesale market, he definitely wanted to be back home before the sunrise prayer. He dried his sweat, put on his work overalls and headed for his van. And as he did so, he ran through his shopping list again in his head. He definitely needed pita bread, sucuk and ayran. Fruits and vegetables and so on. Apple tea, too, probably. And somewhere there was also the order from his boss for the shisha bar opposite his Turkish supermarket.

I see Crewel treating the MC in one of two ways
Number one is he treats her like nuisance
He has no understanding of why she’s at the school and finds her to be an aggravating source of trouble
Has definitely screwed her over on purpose at least once
Number two is the exact opposite
While he doesn’t necessarily adore her he applauds her for being able to deal w everyone’s bs at NRC
Has definitely smacked Crowley on the back of the head before for being a neglectful asshole
Probably forces her to deal w Ace and Deuce’s shenanigans in class
Mozus Trein
Definitely has MC as their favorite student
They actually put effort in to his class, and he appreciates that
Has held MC back after class just to check in on them and their living situation
It is my personal opinion that Trein is like a grumpy grandpa towards the MC
He probably buys her small gifts and swears he just had them lying around and needed to get rid of them (He definitely picked them out just for her)
Has threatened the brain cell duo from dragging her into their shenanigans
Ashton Vargas
I feel like he is the most neutral towards the MC
He has no special feelings towards them bad or good
As long as they do their work and give it their all Vargas doesn’t much care one way or the other about them
If he were to have an interest in them it will probably be because of their abysmal appetite and terrible lack of muscles
I feel like after that he probably gets them a whole basket of fitness related things like jump ropes, protein powder, workout books, weights, etc etc.
He definitely thinks it’s a crime that they have no muscles lol
Sam
He’s pretty friendly with the MC actually
The two get pretty close after the constant trips she makes to his shops, and he probably lowers his prices just a little bit for her
Has told her about his friends on the other side on multiple occasions, and always finds it funny how her face comforts each time she hears about them
Has definitely overcharged people who have screwed MC over
He’s the epitome of a crouching bad ass
Looks like a chill could kill you
Has started fights with Mozus because Mozus thinks he’s a “bad influence” on you just because he sold you cherry bombs once!One time!

How do you meet that metric? The .7g per lb? As someone who weighs a bit more, how do you get enough protein in your diet? Is that like a daily or weekly or just on workout/rest days? I tried to meet the recommended amount once and it felt like asphalt after like 90-100 g?
If you have tips. If not totally fair and fine youre not on here to answer these
protein powder or other pure protein supplement is rly the only long term solution to this i've found. i try and eat high-protein foods like chicken, fish, meats, etc. but as you note this can only get you so far before it just starts feeling awful. one or two scoops of protein powder in water/milk + smth like greek yoghurt as a daily snack will boost you 50g easy. i'm ~180lbs so get what u mean, even hitting 100g is hard some days. if u can find a flavour u like, a scoop of powder in oat milk or something similar is okay to down (and good for if ur feeling hungry suddenly but have no food ready). you're right that it's not easy in any case, and i should emphasize that this is for "maximizing" gains! it is still entirely feasible to put on muscle at lower ratios like 0.5g, it will just not be as fast. the best regimen is the one you can maintain without feeling like crap about it :))
