I just came across these of the alginate mould we produced of my bump and partners hands. (What the mould looked like before and after being cast 🙈)

The mould itself looks so weird and it’s so hard to imagine how the casting will turn out. I remember feeling so impatient when waiting for the plaster to set, praying it would come out perfectly! I’m so greatful it come out as intended.. obviously needing abit of clean up.. but it was so worth it for a gorgeous keepsake of my first pregnancy ☺️

Added a blown up clear bag to help stabilise the piece, if I was to ever do this again I know to add an another layer or 2 - but this method is working well to keep it in shape, will use this for stability for final installation.
