Vox Machina thoughts:

Watching the C1E26 and the whole “Tiberius is drunk” bit is profoundly uncomfortable. Not because it began when Liam was clearly trying to set up a RP moment for the two of them, so that Tiberius had a chance to process a loss and Orion decided to make it the “Tiberius Stormwind is HI-LARIOUS drunk!” hour, or that he clearly was working on everyone’s very last nerve. It was because of how he kept touching Marisha. She demanded he stop and he didn’t; she physically recoiled from him and he didn’t stop reaching for her.

Full disclosure I was physically assaulted and sexually harassed by someone I performed with in a theater company and was forced to continue interacting with them for 2 years following that assault. He constantly tried to physically touch, hold, reach for me in shows. Every second of watching Orion grab for Marisha was triggering AF for me. I had to get up and paint a room before I could go back and watch the rest of the episode. I feel so much for Marisha and I really wish that people had treated her better in the Vox Machina days because she had to endure on camera harassment as well as IRL harassment. It’s really fucked up.
