For those who have chemistry boards tomorrow... Deep breath.

Remember to draw margins, write as neatly as you can.

It is mostly a subjective exam so simple statements like "this is the balanced equation" or an extra "hence, the answer is sc+3 as it has no unpaired electrons to show excitation" would do wonders to calm your examiners down while checking your paper.

Keep your sections and if possible even your questions, on seperate pages. Pages ki koyi kami nhi hai so use them as you need them.

Write your details down from your admit card, do not be overconfident in that matter.

Do not try to cheat, it is bound to waste a lot of time that you could use to understand the question better.

Leave sufficient space for something you are skipping (how many ever lines you plan to leave, leave +3 lines more than that, trust me)

If you are not confident any part of the answer you have written, and if you also remember any equation/extra tidbit related or under the broad topic, write it at the end of the answer as an extra bonus. ONLY IF YOU ARE SURE IN THE EQUATION/TIDBIT.

Smile at your invigilator before and after your exam and be sure to thank them. Word gets around and if you're polite, it won't do you harm

Keep a watch on you at all times and make sure you complete your sections in the time you/your teacher has advised you to dedicate to each of them. If you're not done with a section in that time, then don't take stress yet, go to the next one. Maybe you'll be done with that faster and then you could come back to this section.

Underline your keywords with a pen itself, use a scale too.
