Często słyszę "Nie masz dzieci, to możesz sobie ćwiczyć". Jakby dziecko było wyznacznikiem kobiety, ktora się może usprawiedliwia, by nie ćwiczyć! Co za bzdura!!! 🙈 . Ale czynności domowe też mogą być siłownią 😊. Moje ubrania do prasowania rosną w górę i zabieram się za nie dopiero wtedy, gdy boję się, że ta wieża mnie zabije swoim ciężarem. Kiedyś na samą myśl o prasowaniu miałam drgawki 🙈 i kupowałam tylko takie ubrania, które nie wymagały tej domowej czynności. Wszystko się zmieniło, gdy pojawiła się w domu druga połowa, ze swoim rozmiarem XL 😂. Polubiliśmy się....tzn. z prasowaniem się polubiliśmy.😁 . Jestem z tych osób, które uważają, że dom/mieszkanie/pokój jest DO MIESZKANIA, a nie do ciągłego sprzątania. Odkąd sobie to uzmysłowiłam, żyje mi się lepiej 🙆♀️. I fakt wtedy prasuję prawie przez 2 godziny, albo sprzątam i wycieram kurze przez taki sam czas, ale robię to na moich zasadach! . Ps. Odpręża mnie koszenie trawy....dlatego tutaj je Tobie pokazuję. Myślę, że odpręża mnie, bo robię to kiedy chcę, a nie kiedy muszę.😉 . A Ciebie co relaksuje? _____ I am one of those people who think that the house/room is for LIVE it, not for cleaning. Since I realized this, I live better 🙆♀️. Im wyższa jest wartość PPM, tym większe jest zapotrzebowanie kaloryczne. . ✖Obliczanie podstawowego zapotrzebowania kalorycznego(PPM) metodą Mifflin-St Jeor . ➡️Mężczyźni[9,99 x masa ciała (kg)] + [6,25 x wzrost (cm)] - [4,92 x wiek (lata)] + 5 . ➡️Kobiety[9,99 x masa ciała (kg)] + [6,25 x wzrost (cm)] - [4,92 x wiek(lata)] - 161 . 💪mój przelicznik [9,99 x 61kg)] + [6,25 x 165cm)] - [4,92 x 32 lata)] - 161= (609,39+1031,45)-157,44-161=1322,20 kcal .
