Gdynia, Poland... pyszne naleśniki budyniowe z serkiem waniliowym i dżemem... recipe: składniki: mleko 1/2 litra, olej rzepakowy 6 łyżek, woda gazowana1,5 szklanki, cukier 1 łyżka, sól 1 łyżeczka, mąka tortowa 3 szklanki, budyń waniliowy 1 opakowanie, jajka 3 sztuki "M", serek waniliowy homogenizowany 500 gram, dżem truskawkowy 1 słoiczek, woda gorąca 1/2 szklanki Składniki o pokojowej temperaturze= do pojemnika wsypać mąkę, budyń, cukier, sól, wlać mleko, wodę gazowaną, olej, jajka, rózgą lub mikserem dokładnie ciasto wymieszać na dość lejące, zostawić na 1 godzinę na blacie kuchennym. Patelnię naleśnikarkę 22cm posmarować raz olejem i rozgrzać, potem bez smarowania olejem, wlać chochelką porcję ciasta, rozlać na patelni i na średnim ogniu smażyć na złocisto z każdej strony.
