¿Qué hacemos con la casa de la cultura?

Hoy en día la realidad de la ciudad ha cambiado, y la de la casa de la cultura también, la mugre que se está comiendo la fachada es la principal muestra de la desidia de los encargados, es un mercado persa en sus alrededores de ventas estacionarias, sus locaciones están privatizadas para el comercio y como si fuera poco, se ha vuelto el epicentro de los residuos de los locales comerciales de su alrededor. Este panorama poco alentador me generó una inquietud: ¿QUÉ HACEMOS CON LA CASA DE LA CULTURA?

En estos días por cuestiones laborales, me tocó recorrer las calles de Quibdó, observando su dinámica laboral, económica y social. En esa dinámica, pase varias veces por la calle 25 con carrera 4ta, en toda esa esquina se encuentra la mal llamada casa de la cultura “Jorge Isaac”, que se podía observar a leguas su similitud con un mercado persa o de Shanghái.

No pude evitar hacer memoria y recordar tiempos atrás cuando este espacio cumplía su papel social, era el epicentro de las presentaciones de los hermanos Ibargüen (Carlos y Liliana) los viernes culturales del Gimnasio Anexo a la UTCH. También, cuando se realizaba diferentes presentaciones de grupos de bailes, o se celebraba el día de la madre por algunas organizaciones, incluso, fue el espacio para actividades de tipo de religioso de iglesias con presencia en Quibdó.

Este panorama poco alentador me generó una inquietud: ¿QUÉ HACEMOS CON LA CASA DE LA CULTURA?

La respuesta a esta inquietud, requeriría de algo que responda a las necesidades del entorno, una ciudad que en la actualidad lucha por sobrevivir como sociedad, con índices alto de muerte, teniendo como principales actores a la juventud.  Además, se vienen abriendo paso una nueva ola de emprendedores, que creen y han invertido en el territorio y luchan a diario (aisladamente) por fortalecer sus iniciativas; y así como los jóvenes que bailan en las calles, tratando de huir de las balas y grupos al margen de la ley.

Me dio vueltas en mi cabeza durante varias noches y estoy seguro que nuestra casa de la cultura, debe cambiar definitivamente y convertirse en el   CENTRO DE EMPRENDIMIENTO CULTURAL Y TÉCNOLOGICO DE QUIBDÓ. Debe ser epicentro del pensamiento transformador de nuevas realidades y visiones dentro de un mundo contemporáneo y cada día más conectado a nivel mundial.

Este centro del emprendimiento tendría como objetivo principal el desarrollo y social de la ciudad, teniendo como prioridad la niñez y la juventud, brindaría espacios que pueda unificar el accionar de diferentes fuerzas y minimizar la dualidad de acciones de otros actores con presencia en la ciudad. Nos podríamos aventurar a generar espacios para trabajar las áreas tecnológicas con la unión de las escuelas de robótica y así fortalecer la educación de nuestros niños. Esto, lógicamente, enfocado a las necesidades de solución del territorio y las ofertas del mercado global.

Por otro lado, sería el espacio propicio para desarrollar programas de capacitación en temas relacionados con emprendimientos, habilidades blandas, historia afro, culturales, tecnología entre otros. Todo esto de la mano con una estrategia de networking que permita intercambiar ideas y establecer contactos, con la finalidad que se generen oportunidades de crecimiento y colaboración. Asimismo, sería la plataforma para la formación y presentación de diferentes grupos de baile de diferentes ritmos musicales, y por supuesto, la tienda de productos locales que generen cadenas productivas con nuestros campesinos.

Quibdó está en una transformación de social y económica, requiere con urgencias de acciones coherentes, los ciudadanos necesitan sentir que hay una institucionalidad, que la gobernanza no se ha ido de viaje, y sobretodo, sentir que los impuestos que pagan son bien administrados.

La banda liderada por el guitarrista y compositor Fernando González vuelve para presentarse en la Casa de la Cultura (ex Piedra Feliz) de Valparaíso.

Para este sábado 8 de julio, a las 20:00 horas, está programada la presentación de La Banda de González en Valparaíso, proyecto musical de Fernando González, miembro fundador del Grupo Congreso y que ha desarrollado una fructífera carrera musical independiente. El autor de éxitos como “El Cielito de mi Pieza” y “Tus Ojitos, vuelve a Valparaíso para presentar un espectáculo que resume en gran parte su trayectoria, que incluye estos clásicos hasta sus más recientes composiciones, como la musicalización de poemas y textos de Gabriela Mistral y Daniel de la Vega.

La agrupación, compuesta por Christian González en Batería, Sol en la voz, Rafael Muñoz en guitarra y Fernando Hurtado en bajo, también miembro fundador del grupo Congreso, se encuentra en pleno proceso de grabación de lo que será su primer EP que esperan lanzar en el segundo semestre del presente año.

“Hemos estado muy concentrados en la grabación de estos temas, lo que para nosotros es muy importante dado que será nuestra primera producción discográfica como banda y que esperamos pronto compartir con todos ustedes. Algunos de estos temas los podrán escuchar este sábado en la Casa de la Cultura de Valparaíso, un lugar que nuevamente nos abre las puertas para entregarles una cálida y entretenida velada que marca nuestro regreso a Valparaíso para llevar nuestra música desde el interior al puerto”. señala Fernando González.

Synopsis: This work is an extension of previous research on different districts, and seeks, for the city as a whole, to “understand the genesis of medieval urban space, to follow its transformations and successive reappropriations” , mainly with the aim of understanding, for one of the ancient provincial capitals of al-Andalus, the modalities of the transition from the Muslim city of the end of the eleventh century (time of its occupation by the Christians) to the Castilian city of the end of the Middle Ages. The main documentary basis of the work is a very important and very detailed inventory of the real estate of the Cathedral Chapter, an inventory carried out in 1491-1492, which covers a considerable heritage of 557 various buildings located in 64 sites or districts. The identification and location of houses, shops, mesones or fondouks and other urban buildings, often difficult on the current plot, has however resulted in the careful study of more than half of these old buildings. The systematic comparison of the text from the end of the Middle Ages with the remains still visible above ground or underground (and this very meticulous and patient work in the cellars of current Toledan houses is one of the great originalities of the research of Jean Passini) gave the results which are presented in this latest publication.
