These are artistic concepts I’ve created for a story I’d like to tell.

In the universe I draw, Tails and Charmy have grown up by now.

That said, I do believe that crafting a harrowing story featuring their younger selves would be a terrible idea. So, naturally, I did it.

I’ll either turn it into a low-quality comic or simply write it out.

As a basic concept, the story explores how Tails and Charmy grow closer, spending more time together and engaging in various activities. However, an accident occurs, leaving both of them temporarily flightless. About a week into their recovery, Tails develops an interest in undiscovered species rumored to inhabit a 700-foot-deep cave.

He asks Sonic, Amy, and even Cream if they want to join him, but no one is willing to deal with tight squeezes and deep, dark spaces. The only one who agrees? Charmy.

This is a niche rant that no one cares about but I HATE that caving has become mainstream mostly through stories of people dying in caves and those claustrophobia videos. Like don't get me wrong I enjoy I good story of a man dying underground but it really has flooded the internet so that when you want real, reliable information about hobby caving all you get is YouTube slop about the hundredth guy to die of asphyxiation. Anyway I like going underground and if I die make sure no one makes an AI slop YT vid about it. Here's a good website by an experienced caver that I've come back to frequently over the years

Visited Cave of the Mounds today! It was discovered in Mount Horeb Wisconsin in 1939 by some dairy farmers who blasted the only entrance to the cave open with dynamite when trying to gather limestone for road construction. The only creature to make their home in the cave is a small bacteria called springtails that are no larger than a grain of sand. They can be found in some of the pools of water that form in the cave during the rainy spring season.

Inside I’m a cavern, all rock and salt, pointing spindly fingers in every direction. There is no soft carpet of moss, or blanket of leaves. This place is hard, untouched, buried deep.

It hurts, it hurts, it hurts.

I want to stay cold, but you’re sliding your sun-warmed fingers between my ribs. I forgot to tell you to stop.

You say you love the crystals, I’ve never seen them. I hope you do. I hope you see them. I hope they’re there.
