Under the guidance of a strict ex champion, a promising 15 year old girl trains as a professional skiing star.

Another well-told, intimate story about sexual abuse, this time in professional sports. It seems quite common. I still hope it's not the norm.

But it again reminded me of the question if, in general, even without the added risk ob being abused, practising competitive sports at such a young age really has enough benefits to justify the effort.

While she's older too, unlike in so many other movies about adolescents, Noée Abita gives an idea of what being 15 really feels like.

I was wondering, if at that performance level such coaches still exist, who try to crush their students by putting too much pressure on them. If so, it would probably be a red flag.
