What do you know about Windows 11? Which is superior, Windows 10 or 11?
Windows 11 is newest version of Windows, and it marks a big departure from Windows 10 in terms of design. Though the two operating systems are very similar. Upgrading to Windows 11 is a simple affair, but you might be apprehensive if you have been sitting on Windows 10.
The only hurdles are the Windows 11 system requirements. Students of best engineering college in Rajasthan need a recent processor from Intel or AMD, and critically, support for TPM 2.0 on your system. TPM is basically a hardware security processor in modern PCs. Nearly all desktops and laptops support TPM 2.0, but ensure checking list of motherboards that support TPM if you built your own PC. Window 10 does not have this restriction.
You can technically install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware. Microsoft could stop supporting systems that are not certified for Windows 11, and you might not get critical security updates anymore. Microsoft has completed the Windows 11 rollout, so any PC with supported hardware can upgrade for free. Unsupported PCs may be able to upgrade, but they will have to deal with a Windows 11 watermark.
There are certain aspects which suggest you the difference between windows 10 and 11. Some of them include the following:
Performance
Windows 11 is great performer. Microsoft talked about the performance benefits and optimizations in Windows 11 in a YouTube video. Overall, the performance benefits in Windows 11 pretty much come down to the way the newer OS handles system processes that you usually see when you open Task Manager.
Windows 11 does a lot of work in memory management to favor the app windows students of best engineering college in Jaipur have open and running in the foreground. This should ensure that they get more CPU power over other system resources. Microsoft actually tested this by showcasing how even under 90% CPU load, the Excel app in Windows 11 opens up with speed, despite the CPU being so busy.
Other performance changes in Windows 11 touch on the way your PC resumes from sleep and handles standby time. Versus Windows 10, Microsoft mentioned that in Windows 11, your RAM can stay energized when the PC is in sleep mode, so it has power while everything else does not. This will help your PC wake up to 25% faster from sleep.
Bugs
Windows 11 has seen its fair share of bugs, while the much older Windows 10 is more stable. Microsoft has been quick to fix issues with its latest OS, though. Students of BTech colleges Jaipur shows a bug that creates thousands of empty folders in File Explorer, as well as a bug that would massively slow SSD speeds.
At one point, Microsoft recommended against one of its Windows 11 updates, and the OS has seen numerous issues with AMD processors. Microsoft has fixed all of these problems, but it is safe to assume that Windows 11 will present more bugs than Windows 10, even if Microsoft is quick to address them.
Start Menu and Taskbar
If students of top engineering colleges in Jaipur are looking at the differences between Windows 11 and Windows 10, the biggest ones are the Start Menu and the Taskbar. In Windows 11, Microsoft centers the Taskbar and the Start Menu on the screen. This makes it look a bit more like MacOS and ChromeOS. However, you can still move it back to the left if you want.
Starting with the Start Menu, in Windows 11, it is a bit more simplistic. You only see a static list of apps, followed by your most frequented documents on the bottom. That might sound familiar, but it is important to note that Windows 11 drops out support for Live Tiles. If you really want to see information in your Start Menu at a glance, then Windows 10 is best.
Collaboration and remote work
Students of private engineering colleges in Jaipur can use Windows 11 or Windows 10 for remote work, but Windows 11’s collaboration features are much better. It supports background blur, eye contact adjustments for meetings, and automatic framing none of which are present on Windows 10. These AI-powered features are available through Microsoft Teams, though some of them may depend on the hardware you have in your computer.
Gaming
If you want the best Windows OS for gaming, Windows 11 is for you. Recent Windows 11 updates included optimizations for running games in windowed mode, and it supports features like Auto HDR and Direct Storage. Basically, it is an upcoming feature that helps games load in less than one second.
Some of these features, like Direct Storage, are available on Windows 10, as well. Microsoft has made it clear that gaming is a big focus for Windows 11, so it is the better platform for gamers now, especially with some of the performance bugs worked out. PC gamers are updating to Windows 11 in droves, so that is a good sign.
Conclusion
Windows 11 is worth it for most people. It comes with a wide range of new features, performance improvements, and design changes. As the latest Windows OS, it usually gets more attention than Windows 10, too. There is not too much risk in upgrading to Windows 11, either. With some planning, students of the list of engineering colleges in Jaipur can easily uninstall Windows 11 and go back to Windows 10.

Introducing Snappy
I've been using tools like AutoScreenCap for years to automatically capture screenshots on an interval, but I wanted something that was more cross-platform and had more features. I decided to build my own alternative: Snappy!
Snappy is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that can run in any modern web browser, or it can be "installed" to look and feel more like a desktop application. It can be used to automatically capture a screenshot at a specified interval, down to one screenshot every single second. Snappy can save screenshots in PNG, JPEG, or WebP format, and can even send status updates (but not the images) to a Discord channel using webhooks, which can be useful for remote monitoring.
Snappy uses the getDisplayMedia browser API to capture your screen, just like Zoom and other web apps. In Chromium browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi, etc.), the API allows Snappy to capture any screen, application window, or browser tab. It even works for tabs running in the background, which are normally off-limits to native screenshot tools. Firefox and Safari only support capturing screens and windows, and there's at least one Safari-specific bug that I haven't been able to fix yet.
Snappy takes advantage of the File System Access API to save screenshots to any location on your computer. That includes folders inside cloud storage folders, so you can quickly share screenshots with other people if needed. However, only Chromium browsers have fully implemented that API. In other browsers, like Safari and Firefox, screenshots are saved to your Downloads folder.
I was looking at a few different frameworks for building a screenshot application, such as Dart or Python, but a web app ended up being the best option. Since all the screen capture functionality is provided by the browser, and the new File System Access API is pretty simple, the initial working demo of Snappy was under 100 lines of JavaScript.
I know most people don't have a need for automatic screenshots, but I need it for my work on a somewhat regular basis (mostly capturing images from livestreams), and I think Snappy is already one of the best tools for the job. It might be especially useful on Chromebooks/ChromeOS, because most similar screenshot utilities aren't available on that platform.
I have some ideas for additional features, like keyboard shortcuts and camera capture support, but I consider Snappy "feature complete" already. I needed something that could take screenshots automatically and worked on more than just Windows, and Snappy does both.
You can try Snappy at thesnappy.app and the source code is on GitHub.

multiples of 3
3. bubblegum or cotton candy?
I’ll say bubble gum because I want it more often than I want cotton candy. Also more flavors. Cotton candy is fun but only every once in a while and during certain instances.
6. pastel, boho, tomboy, preppy, goth, grunge, formal or sportswear?
Lmao what does any of this mean to me???? I’ll say boho I guess. Idk. I wear the clothes I wear.
9. favorite smell in the summer?
Sunscreen. But specifically the Hawaiian Tropic brand. That shit always smelled amazing!!
12. name of your favorite playlist?
A Heart to Stand In. It’s music by Janelle Monáe, Eryn Allen Kane, Emily King, and Lianne La Havas. Makes me feel warm.
15. favorite book you read as a school assignment?
I really loved A Mercy by Toni Morrison and The Poisonwood Bible by Barbra Kingsolver. Definitely wanna reread both books.
18. ideal weather?
65 degrees, sunny, little to no humidity, light breeze.
21. obsession from childhood?
The Little Mermaid was my favorite movie when I was young. Ariel is my favorite princess. I quite literally got potty trained because my mom bribed me with a Little Mermaid Barbie doll.
24. favorite crystal?
My very good friend gave me a rose quartz necklace, so I’ll have to say that one.
27. favorite activity to do in cold weather?
Sit inside with a warm blanket and a good book.
30. places that you find sacred?
Ft. Tryon Park. My shower at my mom’s house.
33. most used phrase in your phone?
Lol probably this string of emojis ✌🏻✨💖. I always put the first two and then change the third on like all of my posts.
36. what is the first meme you remember ever seeing?
The ones with the plain color backgrounds and like one image in the middle. Like philosoraptor. With the top text and bottom text.
42. jacket pockets or pants pockets?
I love it when my jacket has pockets so I don’t have to worry about having stuff in my pants pockets. Ruins the line of the pants. The look.
45. which genre: sci-fi, fantasy or superhero?
Tie between sci-fi and fantasy. I go between the two a lot. I love how they present ideas and issues in unexpected ways.
48. if you were a fruit, what kind would you be?
Probably a grape. Idk. I like grapes.
51. current stresses?
When I have to check out of my airbnb, lugging my shit around tomorrow, getting to the airport tomorrow, having enough time to see and do everything/everyone I want to before I leave for my next job.
54. what did you learn from your first job?
People skills. Customer service skills. How to sound like you’re enthusiastic about something when you’d rather be asleep.
57. the three biggest struggles you’ve overcome?
A really personal one always sneaks in somehow. I’d say the whole coming out experience, various traumas. That’s all you’re getting.
60. if you were a character in an anime, what kind of anime would you want it to be?
None. I’m not a weeb.
63. five songs that would play in your club?
I Don’t Want It At All - Kim Petras, Harleys in Hawaii - Katy Perry, Teeth - Lady Gaga, Green Light (Chromeo Remix) - Lorde, Soulmate - Lizzo.
66. favorite flower(s)?
I’m basic. Roses are really pretty. Plumerias, gardenias, and hibiscus are also great.
69. a fun fact that you don’t know how you learned?
There’s always room for dessert because your body’s response to sugar is that the lining of your stomach expands.
72. worst subject?
Math. Next question.
75. when did you lose your first tooth?
When I was a child. Idk.
78. coffee from a gas station or sushi from a grocery store?
Don’t eat sushi, so gas station coffee it is.
81. fireflies or lightning bugs?
Are they not the same thing? I like both names. They’re both evocative in different ways.
84. podcasts or talk radio?
I’ve really been in the podcast game lately.
87. your greatest fear?
Oh my god. I’m not answering this! This is a fun ask game.
90. luckiest mistake?
Hahaha idk. This is tough because I think most of my mistakes have been very unlucky. I’m not blessed enough to have made any lucky ones.
93. nicknames?
Hunty is the most obvious/common one. But one of my castmates from tour started calling me Huntress and I honestly stan.
96. desktop background?
It’s a production photo from when I was in Damn Yankees my freshman year of college. I was in the Heart trio.

rules: fill in your answers then tag 10 mutuals you’d like to get to know better
star sign: Scorpio
name: Almudena (or Almu for shor)
height: 5′3″ (or maybe 5′4″, not sure)
put your iTunes or Spotify on shuffle. what are the first 4 songs that popped up?
(dont really use any of them but I’ll just put the most played songs from my phone’s playlist)
1. Jelous - Chromeo 2. Crazy for you - Hedley 3. Bailarina - Maldita Nerea 4. Cheap Thrills - Sia
have you ever had a poem or song written about you? Not specifically about me, but for me, but it wasn’t even a full one lol. A few times someone gave me written letters telling me about their crush on me. And another time some random guy gave me an origami fish (which I still have on my room because it’s so beautiful)
when was the last time you played guitar? I tried to learn at some point when I was 13 I think, but I lost interest rather quickly.
who is your celebrity crush? I don’t really have a celebrity crush. But if I had to pick it would probably be Katie McGrath or Kate Blanchett.
what’s a sound you hate and a sound you love? I generaly hate loud noises, they make me very jumpy and anxious. But I also hate the buzzing some flying bugs make.
I love the sound of rain outside, a cat’s purring or the sounds cetaceans make (specially whale songs)
do you believe in ghosts? Kinda, I do get really spooked pretty easily too.
how about aliens? Kinda. Not sure how, but in some form yes.
do you drive? No, but hopefully I’ll be able save some money to get my license soon.
what was the last book you read? El Libro del Agua de Leonardo Da Vinci (Leonardo Da Vinci, The Book of Water ???? not sure if there’s a translation in english)
do you like the smell of gasoline? Nope, it usually makes me sick and upsets my stomach.
what’s the worst injury you’ve ever had? Nothing too serious. The most I’ve been through is a sprained wrist or knee. There was also one time I almost had to go through surgery because whenever I flexed my thumb it got stuck and wouldn’t stretch back into its regular position. Oh and also removing my wisdom teeth (it looked like I had hidden a tennis ball inside my mouth)
do you have any obsession right now?
I think you can already tell by now that I have at least a couple of them.
do you tend to hold grudges against people who have done you wrong? Depends on what they do. Usually I forgive but never forget.
in a relationship? No, unless you count the fictional ones mentioned in this blog.

The state of Android emulation on macOS x64 is already pretty terrible. Nox and Bluestacks are years behind in development compared to their Windows equivalents. I even looked into running Androidx86, ChromeOS, ect builds in VMs but the lack of VMware-tools makes it too clunky for day to day use.
