Today I want to talk about the innermost. I have borderline personality disorder. This is when self-esteem changes from "I am the GOD OF THIS WORLD" to "I am a sad shit in a ditch" in 1 minute. And this thing is extremely nasty and unpleasant. I've been through psychotherapy and I'm still trying to keep an eye on my mental health. It doesn't always work out at all. When I first came to a therapist, she said that if I had been a little more, I would have started schizophrenia. And it's really scary! And all because of what? And all because of suppressed emotions and self-rejection. Yesterday I had a consultation with a tarologist, a coach and a psychologist in one person. And again, the topic came up that all my problems are from the fact that I do not accept myself and try to be different. So for two days now I've been thinking about who I really am and how to use it? And how to be yourself, and not seem like someone else.
